Beautiful store but I hope you have a while to wait. Every time I’ve been there it takes forever. Even if you do mobile order it’s never ready. Plus it just seems like the workers are overwhelmed. No drive thru either.

I’ve been coming to this particular Starbucks for 9 months because of its proximity to where I live and it is the most consistent ineptly run Starbucks I’ve even been to. Don’t place your order using the app because you’ll wait the longest. The barista making drinks sets them off to the side without call out names so customers have to keep asking if the drink is theirs. Avoid this location if possible!

Best location in Lafayette is Ambassador.

Wish this location had a drive-thru, because its in a great location around a lot of peoples place of work. Gets very busy in the morning, but the employees are really friendly, kind, and do their job greatly (coffee is always yum!). Doesnt feel like a place to hangout and get work done, but more of a pick up your coffee and go, or a quick lunch break with a friend (casual situation).

Everyone was very friendly. I do not drink coffee, but they have the best Chai tea latte and I get it with almond and coconut milk. The barista told me she tried to get it half almond and half coconut the best she could. She got it spot on, one of the best latte I have had from Starbucks. I truly appreciated her effort to make my drink as perfect as she could.

Service is very slow. 30min+ wait for a coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches. Order by 9:15 got my food 20mins before coffee. Food is cold when coffee came out.

Very quick service and the coffee was fantastic along with the breakfast sandwich I had got. There is a lot of room and beautiful outdoor atmosphere.

The ladies that worked tonight were exceptional, I wasnt in the mood for what I usually order, so I basically said idc something strong, sweet-ish but not really, and cold but not iced. I dont know how they did it but somehow exactly what I needed appeared in front me! Yall are literally magical! I have a new favorite drink now. Of course I had to have her write it down for me so I can order the same next time! Thank you so much! Yall are amazing! This was my first time at this location and it wont be my last!

I live around the corner and come here at least once a week for coffee and sometimes a breakfast sandwich. Staff is always very friendly. I order ahead and the app tells me my order will be ready in 3-6 minutes. I usually wait about 10 minutes and yet my order is never ever ready when I walk in. They always wait to start making it until I get there. Very frustrating when Im in a hurry. So if you like a well made coffee, I recommend this location as long as you dont mind a bit of a wait.

Fast and friendly service! My order was perfect and delicious! Store was clean and bright. Staff was helpful and able to answer several questions my niece had about the different pastries out on display! Nice visit.

This is a busy Starbucks in the morning due to location. If you are in a hurry early mornings you will do best to use the mobile order on the Starbucks app and order 10 or 15 minutes before your anticipated arrival time.

I come to this Starbucks pretty frequently and Ive seen this staff handle the craziest crowds, longest lines, and several broken espresso machines with a smile on their faces. Ive always received fantastic service and am constantly impressed with how they handle stressful situations. I love coming here, not only for the coffee, but for the pleasant atmosphere and fabulous employees!

This Starbucks in Perkins Rowe has really gone down. Very disappointing to order from such rude employees on Friday at 2:30pm. Not the typical Starbucks employees by far.The Coffee doesn’t even taste good like the many other Starbucks I’ve been to. The hot tea tastes like hot water from this store. Why????

Staff was friendly and our drinks were made quickly. However, I order a dry cappuccino and was given a latte. It wasn’t a big enough deal for me to have them remake it, but it will likely deter me from revisiting.

Came here on Sunday morning around noon. I have never seen more incompetent workers in my life. Ordered a green tea. Waited for 15 minutes and had to ask where my drink was just to be told that they were out of green tea. The worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

I dont drink coffee but went to pick some up for family. No drive thru, but I wasnt bothered. Staff was friendly but obviously busy. Reasonably quick service & we got exactly what was ordered which I heard was good. No complaints. Also, theres just no better smell than a coffee shop.

Nice cozy atmosphere. I had the banana nut bread warmed and the cafe mocha hot. The banana nut bread was good. The cafe mocha tasted more like milk than mocha at first, about half way it started tasting like mocha. I did not like it.

This place always has great service and they don’t mess up your drinks. This morning I was given a gift card because they were out of something that I mobile ordered. I was happy with that. I wish the people at the mall kiosk location were as well trained !

EDIT: Since this review, they have been on top of their game. They clearly have figured out the mobile app & my sandwich is available now almost 100% of the time.They havent had my mobile order correct or on time the last 5-6 times. They havent had my 2-3 favorite breakfast sandwiches available at this story for the past 2 months. I dont know whats going on, but its gotten really bad lately. Before the past couple of months, this was a really good store.

Dont bother going here unless you mobile order ahead of time. 30 minute wait for a coffee and a bagel with only a small handful of customers in store. All attention on fulfilling online orders.

I always give Starboucks 5 stars🙃 But anyways, the coffee was delicious. The one thing that was a bit of a problem (not that big of a problem though) is that service was a bit slow.. Other than that we loved it👏👏

Less than decent. Staff did not clean mixing cups until the next time they where needed. Also, a few staff members need an attitude adjustment.

Always excellent coffee and usually experienced baristas. Usually very busy and loud. More of a coffee to go or meeting place than a relaxing or studying atmosphere. Sous vide eggs are terrific. Expect a wait during a rush or just get the app and order, that will be quick!

We ordered ahead on our mobile apps and it said it would be ready in 10-16 minutes. After waiting about 5 minutes to leave our house and it only taking 7 minutes to get here, our orders were still on the stickers hanging off of the registers. All while the employees were just talking at the register to each other. It seemed there were a lot of mobile orders just waiting with no one making them. Whats the point of ordering ahead if it hasnt even been started when you get there?

I go there once a week on Sundays. The service has always been good. It looks to be a popular place and so some times it is difficult to find a place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. Then we go across to La Madeleine. But I have had good experience here most of the times.

The staff is great and extremely fast. Only comment is that its 60 degrees in here and its 50 degrees outside. Some heat would be nice!

No employee spoke to me when I came in. I waited at the register for 5 minutes until someone took my order. I asked for a blonde pour over, and the employee lied by stating that he couldn’t make it. That was ridiculous. Do better, Starbucks.

Having the barista make your drink completely wrong and then argue with you about how its made is real not cool. then.. ordering on the mobile app for food pick up and then when you get there they are out of the sandwich you want.. multiple times. its just a sloppily managed/run starbucks.

This Starbucks cafe has a huge seating area that is clean and well-maintained. The workers are friendly. More importantly, they got my drink right. Wifi is fast with a Google Starbucks connection. I appreciate it that its walking distance to La Madeleine, Barnes & Noble, Zoës, and a McDonalds. Theres ample parking too.

If I could give you a negative 5 stars, I most definitely would! Since I’ve starting back visiting this location, I haven’t had one pleasant experience. I always do a mobile order and no matter what time of day it is, there’s a 5-10 minute wait for them to get my drink.....even though I order 10 minutes before I leave my house. It’s always, “we are a little backed up right now”! You guys are ALWAYS backed up! When Riland was there no matter how many people were in there the drinks were still being served fast. The team he had was AMAZING but NOT this crew! This is the closest location to me now but it looks like I’ll have to go back to the College Drive location where the service is fast & friendly, they know you by name & there’s never a 10-15 minute wait for a mobile order. Here’s a tip for you, hire more people to work the morning shift which is typically the busiest, retrain your workers and bring Riland back!!

I come to this location once a week because I work in the mall. Staff is always very rude and uninterested in customers. They will finish their own conversations before serving a customer. Today, I went in to ask about the new frappe flavors. Instead of simply saying the location didnt have the new flavors she was really rude and pretended like she didnt know what I was talking about. I would assume that if you work at any Starbucks, you should know what the company is doing.

The current baristas are good. The inside dining area is a bit tight, but still nice. Not a lot of outlets, so come with batteries charged.

I have gone to this location several times, and on three separate occasions, I ordered and paid for a venti (large) and was given a tall (small) or a grande (medium).Countless times (at least 10+), I ordered and paid for my my drink, and the employees are either so busy or just want to be left alone that they do “short-cuts” — like not putting whipped cream or chocolate sauce or both on the $6 drink I ordered.I understand the frustrations of the service industry, as I have been working in it for 6 years now, but it’s very irritating when I pay $5-$6 for a drink to have it be made the wrong size more than once and for the employees to not properly make the drink as I ordered and paid for it because it saves them a few seconds. At the end of the day, “it’s just coffee,” but I am a customer who is giving my money to a company for a service they provide. It is disappointing when such services are not being provided in full when I am paying in full.Additionally, this location is very focused on fulfilling online/mobile orders and neglects their walk-in clientele during coffee rush hour. I avoid this location in the mornings, as I was waiting 15-20 minutes sometimes for them to make my drink with only a few people in the store (also waiting for their drink) while we watched them fulfill order after order after order of mobile orders for people who were not even in the store to pick up their coffee.

The barista who made my online order had a very poor attitude.I order from my app for pick up all the time from other locations and receive great service. Unfortunately that wasnt the case today. This girl didnt greet me when I walked up. I thanked her for making my drink order, and she just looked at me. Then I requested that she add whip to my drink, even passing blame to the app for possibly not getting my order right (even though I order the same thing without change every week). After my request she, again, just looked at me and said nothing while she went in to make someone elses drink.When she got to me she just looked at me and said, Do you want me to remake this or what? I reminded her that I simply wanted her to add whip, and she added it, stopping to talk to her co-workers while I waited. She set the drink down and did not hand it to me, again, saying nothing. I said thank you, and she turned around and walked away.I can understand how this may all seem like small slights, but this is not the first time Ive been treated like a nuisance at this location. Im not looking for a red carpet here, rather some common courtesy.I sincerely hope the manager addresses these attitude problems sooner than later.

Allow 20-30 minutes during peak times, especially with mobile order. Watched people come in, order and leave over and over ugh

I am a daily, sometimes twice daily patron of Starbucks at Perkins Rowe. Some staff members greet and already know my order.i am also a heart transplant recipient. I work very hard maintaining a healthy life. This afternoon about 3:4pm I stopped in for my regular order. (2nd trip) I was greeted at the door with a cloud of second hand cigarette smoke. Two Starbucks employees were parked at the table to left of door with two others puffing away. Almost left. I watched from inside as the each puffed down on 2 cigarettes, ashes on table and squashed butt next to their chairs. Hope you do something about this. The are other coffee spots..b barker

I went in at lunch today and asked for my drink with soy and asked that they do whatever they could to make it low fat, sugar free, lite, whatever. The guy proceeded to argue with me and then the girl put regular milk in my drink. VERY pathetic and rude. Will never go there again.

Friendly staff and lots of outdoor seating. Location is a bit weird and no drive thru. If they are busy expect to wait about 8-10 minutes for your drink.

I use the mobile order for a plain coffee and still have to wait 15 minutes (after arriving) for a drink. I tried ordering further and further down the road with no avail. Even ordering 15 minutes before arriving I have people who get to the store after I do, wait in line, and get their drink before me.My mobile order was lost once and the staff was very rude when I asked if my order was ready after waiting 20 minutes.I use 3 other stores regularly who are just as busy and they do not have this issue. Save your money or go across the street to CCs.

Never bern able to stomach the candy flavored coffee. Dont even enjoy it when it is someones Treat.
