I went if for 1 day of juices and she made sure every juice was in order and that I knew to drink lots of water

We stopped on our way home from vacation and the young ladies were very patient and helpful!! We truly enjoyed the juices and will most definitely visit Main Squeeze again!!

So many great options to choose from the menu! We had the delicious Green Power Smoothie and PB Banana Toast. Soooooo good and definitely recommend this place if youre wanting fresh and healthy food + drinks.They also do a good range of coffee which is great!

I went for the first time earlier today. As expected, I was 100% satisfied. Ive had the Lemon cayenne and ginger shots before and loved them. Today I ordered the avocado toast and a smoothie that had peanut butter and spinach and bananas, maybe? Sorry I cant remember the names of these menu items. But they were super fresh and tasty.Its not always easy or cheap eating/consuming healthy foods. Places like main squeeze eliminate the shopping and the prep and guess work. Its really worth it in the end, and you leave with a high quality product that fills you up. Your body will thank you too.

I’ve been to Main Squeeze many times, and every time is always great. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Not to mention the smoothies and juices. They’re SO GOOD. If you’re looking for something refreshing and healthy, go to Main Squeeze. You won’t regret it!

I ordered the Mango and OJ because I typically dont venture outside of my normal comfort with new flavors/foods and this was a pretty good blend! My son had the PB&J and it was also pretty good! So if you like playing it safe, I recommend those two items for sure!

I was in Lake Charles today and was really thirsty and a bit hungry. After all my shopping and errands were done, I looked up the nearest smoothie place. I got the Green Protein Smoothie, and that was AMAZING. The taste and consistency of the smoothie were perfect. I loved the peanut butter taste in it. I wish there was one of these closer to where I live!! Ill be back every time we go to Lake Charles, thats for sure!! Thank you!

My new favorite indulgence! The staff was very knowledgeable about what I needed to stay keto friendly and my shake was amazing! The girl at the window was also very sweet to my dog (which is a big thing to me). It can be considered a little pricey but I believe you get what you pay for!

The Classic was wonderful, nice and refreshing. And knowing that all the ingredients in all their drinks and smoothies are very healthy is a big plus for us. And the kind lady that took our order was so patient with us, because it was our first time visiting and she very helpful.We willl definitely tell all our friends and relatives about Main Squeeze.

Yummy smoothies and great service! My kids love them as well!! Its a great healthy treat. All dairy free, from what Ive understood. I love that bc i am lactose intolerant. The gluten free avocado toast is bomb! I havent had 1 thing I didnt like, and I think Ive tried it all!

Went in for the first time and they were so kind. Emmalee offered recommendations, answered my questions, and even let me sample the juices. She was very patient and informative. Now I havent been to a juice place ever so I thought $8.00 for 16oz was kinda high, but I understand its fresh squeezed without added junk like store bought juices. It was delicious and I will go back but I wont be a frequent flier. I mean who can afford $8.00 a day for just a drink. Thank you Emmalee for your kindness.

Main Squeeze, and Yoga Yall are both hidden treasures in Lake Charles. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about these companies. Main Squeeze uses the freshest ingredients and serves them with impeccable customer service.I have lived all over the country and have taken many yoga classes. I have to say that Yoga Yall has some of the best teachers and classes that Ive ever experienced!The fact that these companies are in the same building is not a coincidence. If you are lookingfor a change of life and or a new way of being -This is the place to achieve it!

Oh my gosh! I cannot say enough about this place!! Their pressed juices have been a staple for me this summer. Their smoothies are so fresh and beautiful. And I just love their variety of bowls are so delicious for any occasion. I could eat every meal here, I just feel so much better after I have anything from there. Oh, and every so often they have happy hour smoothies. Amazing!

I absolutely love going to Main Squeeze! The customer service is always spot on and the staff is always so friendly. I decided to try a “glow” juice yesterday for the first time and fell in love with it! It has a strong cucumber and spinach presence so if you’re not used to a more “earthy” taste, prepare yourself. Overall, I will be back as often as possible!

My experience was so great! I wasnt quite sure what I wanted and the hostess walk me through everything I need to know plus she looked up the nutritional value so we can meet my goals and needs. The smoothie that she recommended was above fabulous! And I will be back again and again and again! I cant remember the exact name but I think it was something on the lines of blue tart!

Today was our first time trying it. I’ve been a dedicated fan to another local smoothie business but a friend of mine loves Main Squeeze. Figured I’d give them a shot. I am so glad I did!!!!!! The prices are cheaper, the sizes are bigger and the girl working was super nice and helpful. I ordered the Chocolate one and it was delish! It didn’t taste all chalky and needless to say, I only got about 2 sips out of it. My dad, who declined getting one at the time, decided it was good enough to steal lol. That gives me even more reason to go back now, though! The only cons I have is...I didn’t notice the calorie count on the menu (could of just over looked it) and the straws are a little too big and girthy haha!

This was my first trip to Main Squeeze and it was awesome! Emily provided great customer service, was patient with me as I changed my mind a couple of times, and then delivered an amazingly delicious berry smoothie. Ingredients are all clean and healthy so I enjoyed it guilt free! I will definitely be going back and have already told others about The Main Squeeze.

They are really fast! There is also a drive through and the staff is so pleasant. My favorite is the Green Protein. I would recommend for anyone who wanted a quick full filling smoothie.

Great juices!!! They have a juice for any goal you may be trying to accomplish! Even if it’s just wanting something tasty but healthy!! I love the detox. Was a little sceptical at first with it being a black drink but it tastes just like lemonade and def gets the job done! I also love that their juices are 2 servings since I live across town. I don’t have to drive there daily!!!

Love love love the freshness of the juices! Every juice and smoothie I have had is delicious. We like to “elevate” our smoothies to help cut out some of the natural sugar amount and it’s still just as fabulous!

Ever since enjoying their most amazing açai bowl, I order them everywhere I go (travel a lot), but have never found another location that even comes close to this amazing Lake Charles gem. Also, I find the best way to get the most out of the cold pressed juice is to take it first thing in the morning, or after exercise when the body is especially receptive to all of the amazing, raw, plant-based, cancer fighting anti oxidant compounds that are preserved through the coldpressed process. Been feeling great and healthy ever since they opened. Also glad that unlike many other places, their juice is made right on site to so it’s extra fresh!
