I came in for a CR-V. There was one stock photo on the site. I asked a lot of questions before arriving because I suffer from chronic pain and looked all week for something decent in a tight market. The actual car was woefully different (accent lines missing and faded, little nicks and scratches, a burn hole on the drivers seat, rusty rims). I was told I could not negotiate the price. I told my initial contact (Daphne) I would be there at 1:30. It was not clean at 1:30. It was not washed at 1:30. I hoped my mechanic would arrive at this time but he was backed up and could not make it. There was a check engine light on. I took it to AutoZone for details. My mechanic said the code was minor and the dealer should be able to fix the issue before I buy it. It took about 40 minutes for the dealers so-called maintenance tech to come, and he did nothing under the hood. He asked questions on his phone to someone else (perhaps an actual mechanic) and stayed inside the car for 20 minutes. I would not sign the sales papers until the issue was remedied, so he turned the check engine light off and the salesperson said it was fixed (Nicholas). I did not get home (6 miles) before the light came back. You will sign at least 8 papers which say they are not liable for anything that happens post-payment but they lied about resolving the issues it had beforehand. One of the car keys also has a dead battery. I wasted a lot of time on issues which should have been resolved with the 2+ hours of lead time I gave them. I have not had it for a day and I regret it. Well see how long the car lasts.

I purchased my first new car here and I express how easy and stress free the process was. Joel provided nothing less than stellar service. I was provided with the correct info and guidance to make an educated decision on my purchase. Coming from New Orleans, everything was prepared and ready for me when I arrived, all I did was sign the paper work. He also sat down and showed me all the feature and set up all the services inside. I can’t recommend them enough, they took a stressful experience and gave me the confidence that I was making a correct purchase. I have no buyers remorse and love my vehicle.

CANT BE TRUSTED. I live 2.5 hours from dealership so I made a cash offer over the phone which they accepted. They were adamant that I came in the next day so I rescheduled multiple appointments and we scheduled an appointment for next day for delivery. We confirmed the appointment multiple times and we let them know via our text thread we were leaving and what time we expected to arrive. We even had gone to the bank and got a cashiers check. They acknowledged and replied with a see you soon. They attempted to call me 35 minutes before I got there to tell me someone else committed to buy the truck. In fact they had just sold it conveniently to a friend of the finance manager. No character. NONE. How could any business survive that treats people like this? They, of course, offered to give me a deal on another truck. Dont believe a word they tell you. I am typing this on the 2.5 hour trip home. Livid.

While we didnt have any issues with the sales area of this dealership, the accounting department is awful. We waited over a month for them to get paperwork to our credit union so that we could sign the paperwork. And each time we had contacted them about it they said, oh it is being worked on. This is far from the first car we have purchased and it never takes this long...usually can take an hour tops for this to be taken care of. This situation is uncalled for. It has taken so long that the temp tag on the truck is almost expired. Dont make excuses, just do better.

Terrible customer service and complete lack of communication about our vehicle. Took four days to check diagnostic codes, then tried to tell us a new fuel filler neck would cost $700 to replace. Highway robbery.EDIT FOR FORD: Should be under Brenna Womer. We dropped the vehicle off five days ago and picked it up yesterday. The excess cost is less of an issue (expected from a dealer), but the long wait for a simple code check is ridiculous. We made the appointment online and the website showed a lot of availability.

I had an appointment for a test drive and the employees were very polite and professional. I mentioned the type of vehicle that I was interested in and I was brought to a vehicle that just came in. It was used and had some good amount of mileage on it but that was fine with me. I heard their asking price so I had two friends both mechanically inclined look at the vehicle. One came in person and pointed out a lot of issues but I was still interested in the vehicle. I offered a fair price when considering the damages but I was turned down. I dont think I will visit this place again.

I was in the market for a used pickup truck. I had looked on line to see what was listed and decided to take a personal look at what was available and stopped by Hollingsworth- Richards Ford dealer (my first stop) and saw a Nissan Frontier that I was impressed with. The mileage was very low and the price and condition of the vehicle was excellent. Josh Smith, the sales rep. was knowledgeable and treated me very respectfully, no hassle, just very straight forward. I did check a few other dealers and came back to Hollingsworth-Richards and did the deal. I believe vehicle buying should always be that simple. I have bought Hondas there before and yes, I came back and was satisfied again.

The worst experience ever! Do not bring your car/truck to be serviced here. They will ignore your issues to get you to come back and have the same problem fixed. Weve had the same issue fixed three times this year and thoroughly explained when and how the issue occurred to Jazmon Olinde. The last occurrence we asked to speak to the service manager, Hope, and had not received a call back after four weeks. Deciding to pop in and talk with her, because she didnt return calls or messages, she was very off-putting and unempathetic. After an unresolved conversation with Hope we asked to speak to her manager, and then Hope informed us that her Dad was the owner and he was unavailable to talk. She instructed us to email his secretary. Wow! I couldnt believe the treatment here, we were really hoping to find a Ford company with good service. Very sad.

Their service department is is beneath acceptable. I brought my F-150 in for repair for them to say that it was repaired but still having the same issue. After speaking with the service department, I was told that they felt rushed to get it completed because it was needed back. What? Huh? I was then asked to leave it with them with a completion time to be determined at a later date. I imagine the mechanic are not capable of fixing Ford trucks. Or is it they want to run the charges up and complete or not complete the work at their convenience. I will never recommend anyone to have any repairs done at this dealership. If I could give less than one star, I would. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT NO ONE BRING THEIR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR!!!
