He helped me choose the best option for me. Chris did an excellent job working out my loan options. They were just all around awesome. I’m so happy with my Buick! BUYERS BEWARE! My wife and I were very interested in a truck they had for sale. Initially the salesman told us it was in our price range and quoted us the price. We were already pre-approved for a loan through our bank and once they found out how much our loan was for they immediately raised the asking price for the truck. (They do not list asking prices on the vehicles you have to inquire. The salesperson Mike and the financing manager Chris told us two different prices). Thats when things got really shady. The financing manager decided to personally call our bank and ask for a larger loan than we were pre-approved for, without our consent and to get us to pay full sticker price for the vehicle. (From what I understand that is HIGHLY ILLEGAL). So please, BUYERS BEWARE. They definitely tried to do the old bait and switch to get us in a car we were not comfortable with. Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this dealership

My experience here was great ..Only had one issue an I only realized it when I made it home but I will contact Chris about it but other than that I had a great experience an Kendrick was nice an Chris was to..Thank u guys an my GOD BLESS YOU🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾..They move really quick..I wish they will just slow down a lil but they are good people 😊😊

Bought a car from these guys they gave me the runaround first off with my financing once I told them I was going through my bank and gave me the hardest time with my license plate being that I stay 3 hours away I was trying to get them to mail it but the head guy here kept avoiding my call hanging up in my face. Just rude and obnoxious

The service I was giving was great service, I like the way Chris went through the obstacles to get me the vehicle I wanted. Problem was, after reading the paperwork from the loan company and the loans, he did not clearly tell me how much I was to pay back, he lied to me about the car payment and the loans🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

The salesman was ok but he was just some guy off the street . The manager Chris hates to lose. Tried to sale me a 2011 Chevy Silverado wit 166,000 miles on it for 16k when I ask him to lower the price he didn’t want to claiming he could sale for 18k to someone wit better credit. No to mention the truck had been in between both lots for over two years. Nice going Chris. Then I test drove a 07 Yukon as soon as we got back it started smoking under the hood. They went and got “T” from the back of the store some shade tree mechanic this fool come from back and starts knocking on the grill of the truck to see where the smoke coming from. Again nice going Chris. Y’all would never sale anything for the prices you on those vehicles.

USE EXTREME CAUTION!!! When we checked out the car & took it for a test drive, the sales person told us that everything was fine and in great condition so we decided to buy it. When we sat down to do paperwork everything.kookrd fine as we made sure to read the fine print. A month after having the car, we noticed a knock in the motor. Brought it to a mechanic and learned the entire motor was shot & needed to be replaced. When we went back to look over the paperwork, we discovered someone had handwritren bad motor & bad transmission after our signatures were made. Had that been written on there prior to signing, we wouldnt have bought the car. This was an extremely cruel & evil act. Words cant begin to express the way I feel. Being a single mother on an extremely tight income isnt easy, but when someone (especially from a trusted business) ideceives in such a way, its unbearable. Out of $3,200 & still no transportation. Cant get to work as needed. I didnt only loose $3,200, I lost everything!! Thanks!!

Unprofessional. Mishandled my loan application and it wasnt sent to the correct bank. None of the salesmen couldnt provide me with answers so once I went to retrieve my loan application, the manager ripped it up. Now I must dispute a inquiry from a bank that I didnt authorized to check my credit

These people and a Crown Financial isnt CONSIDERABLE to WOMEN needs. In which or shall I say perhaps theyre not thinking about their WIVES, MOTHERS, SISTERS or whomever FEMALES in their FAMILIES.VERY ANGRY MOTHER!!!
