I purchased a used Toyota Tundra, and had the pleasure of working with Mr. David Waters. He was kind enough to speak with me over the phone and take a video of the vehicle inside and out for me, as I live 2 1/2 hours away and wanted to see more before I made the drive. I made an appointment with him for the next day, and I was catered to from the moment I walked through the door. It was raining, so he allowed me to park the truck under the covered area and inspect the vehicle for as long as I wanted. I felt absolutely no pressure, which is pretty atypical for a dealership. He answered all of my questions and noted everything I wanted done/inspected on the vehicle after the purchase. He also set up delivery to my address for the following week, which made it so much easier on me. Best car buying experience Ive ever had!

Worst experience ever!! If I could give this place a 0 stars, I would. Went in there hoping to buy a new Lexus, but instead left with a change of heart. Jessi was my associate and I never felt more judged in my life. I was in my workout attire, but I don’t think that should have had any affect on what I could or could not buy. She had a very snarky attitude and this was definitely a red flag. This makes me question if I even want to support Lexus in the near future. I was having a tough time deciding if I should continue with another Lexus or move onto Mercedes. But it is crystal clear on what my decision will be, maybe the extra $$ is worth it with better customer service. Word of advice, if u want commission… don’t judge a book by its cover.

Bought a 2015 Ford F150 the day after Christmas 2020. My previous truck was totalled in an accident a few weeks prior and I was really not in the mood to shop for a replacement. I showed up at the lot to look at this particular truck after seeing it online and I was not immediately swarmed with salesmen which I appreciated. I went inside to find someone and they were quite busy due to the holidays. A younger guy whose name I cant remember told me he would be glad to accompany me on a test drive but admitted his job was normally more on the Lexus technology side of things and didnt know specific details about F-150s. I appreciated him going outside of his normal job duties to assist me. After the test drive I sat with Joey LeBlanc to talk numbers and immediately he came off to me as one of the most relaxed and no BS salesmen Ive ever encountered. I felt zero pressure from Joey to buy this truck. It took maybe 10 minutes for us to agree on a price and then I was signing papers. They brought me to the back where I was impressed by the large, table top sized touch screen which made figuring out the details of the financing a breeze and they ended up setting me up with a loan with almost half the interest that I was paying on my previous truck. All in all, I was in and out of the dealership in about two and a half hours. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

I’ve never heard so many ‘yes’s’ during a car purchase. How refreshing. From warranty and service to features and floor mats, the answers to our questions were all ‘yes’. In a snap we had a deal, papers were signed and we were driving away in our Lexus. Special thanks to Byron George and the team at Price LeBlanc. The Service Department is also second to none. Brought in an older model for a part replacement. Completely courteous, genuine and on the spot. For both experiences, I hardly warmed my seat before it was time to go. Keep up the great work! I can actually say I’m looking forward to service appointments. And did I mention free car washes for Lexus owners? Just frosting on the cake!

Mike provided an excellent sales experience along with the rest of the team at Price LeBlanc Lexus, including but not limited to the financing department and the insurance department. On September 9, 2021 I was rear ended in front of my house. I wasn’t planning on getting a new vehicle because mine was only seven years old and 30,000 miles but it was totaled. My husband and I had not really talked about new vehicle because I was still having PTSD and didn’t want to drive again. October came around and I knew we had to make decision. One of the best experience I’ve had in customer service in a long time. The sales rep Cliff took care of me for 6 hours. Made sure I had EXACTLY what I wanted. I recently purchased a Lexus GX from Cliff Settoon at Price LeBlanc in Baton Rouge, LA. While I love the GX and all of its luxury features, it is the privacy screen in the back that takes the center stage for my review. The screen saved car! I was in a major city in Louisiana, and three vehicles on both sides of my car got broken into while we were all away from our vehicles. It appears that since the burglars couldn’t see anything in my vehicle, they left it alone. No scratches. Nothing. Meanwhile the other three vehicles had windows busted out and were robbed. So hats off to the simple, but very effective privacy screen for deterring burglars and keeping my new car safe!

My wife and I started our search for a car in December 2019. That was when we first met Mike Sheffield. He could not have been more helpful. My wife wanted to look at the 2020 RAV4, 2020 Highlander, and the 2020 RX350.Just about the time we were ready to buy, Covid hit and they “closed down the state.” So we postponed our purchase. In the meantime, Lexus brought out the 2021 models. We renewed our search last week (March 22.)Mike was ever patient with us and took my wife on 4 test drives of different models!!! Ultimately, she selected a loaded RX350 and Mike found her just the right RX350 with the options she needed and worked with us to get a great deal.We will be buying all future cars from Mike. I cannot recommend him more highly. Ethical, honest, and a straight shooter...all great character traits when you are trying to buy a new car.

0n june 29 i was told that my car was repaired to come and pick it up. when i picked up my car i noticed my windshield was cracked and i told the representative and of course she wasnt any help so i wanted to speak to the general manager he came out and told me he could back up the camera and see if the damaged occured on the property. i told him i wanted to watch myself and at that point he explained that the cameras only work under his pavillion that their was no cameras in the back of the building where it was parked. He told me they were not going to be responsible. What was i to do i thought well i know it was wrong but what could i do so i just left. i want everyone to understand i brought my car to reputable place to fix and i trusted them that everthing was fixed. i headed down the highway and it starts to run hot and i call the representative and she told me that the battery needed to be replaced and that could cause the lights and everything to go crazy. i went and had the battery replaced and it did fix the crazy controls but it was still running hot. I did call the representative and she said good but you need to call a tow truck and have them bring it back here to be checked i told her i just picked up my car from yall and lexus should come haul my car at their expense but she told me i had to call the tow. so i went to a mechanic shop in denham springs and the tech said that they had no antifreeze or water in the radiator and the radiator cap was broken. i went to advance bought a cap and he put water in the radiator. the represented told me they checked all of the fluids and did a thorough check on the car. im so disappointed in the service i received and how they ignored my calls all day yesterday i have left messages for the service manager to return my call since this am and its going on 2:30 in the afternoon and no response from no one. This is why im wrting this complaint and im hoping this doesnt happen to anyone else. thank you

I must commend Cliff Settoon for his patience and understanding. I recently purchased a RX and when I got it home, I realized it didn’t have a feature that I wanted. Cliff had advised me that I would want the parking sensors, but I felt they weren’t necessary. Long story short, Price Leblanc allowed me to bring the car back and exchange it for another. Me and my girlfriend went in today to check out a Nissan Pathfinder. We were very motivated to buy and were set on that vehicle. We did not feel that we got the attention we needed to go through with the sale. She test drove the vehicle. The salesman, David could not answer questions regarding features on the vehicle. All features we thought were important. The impression we got was that he was not interested in the sale. We chose to go to another dealer.*Update**, we went back and purchased the vehicle. We recieved a warmer welcome the second time around.

I had the best experience with this dealership! I had been in the market for over a month and knew what I was looking for in terms of price and features and I called to see about a particular vehicle. Mindy had the vehicle ready for me when I arrived to drive it, she let get comfortable with driving it and exploring the features and she made sure to get all my questions answered. She stayed late to close the deal and was loyal to save the car for me after I left the dealership to make a decision. She saved the vehicle for me even though there were other people who inquired right as I made my decision. She was very kind and went out of her way to make sure the car was clean and maintenanced before I left. Melvin helped me with financing and was very patient as we explored several lenders to get me a better interest rate! And Joseph was super kind at helping me get new windshield wipers put on the vehicle and anything I had any questions about looked at.
