We drove 7 hours from Dallas to buy a car from All Star Baton Rouge. We were nervous about trusting a dealer so far away. But it turned out to be the best experience we’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Price was unbeatable, process was fast and people were wonderful. There were a few mixups on the phone call so when we arrived they could have really pressed us to take a different offer. But they stood by their word and gave us a deal that was in our favor. Car dealers just don’t seem to do that anymore but they made sure we were treated fairly. Dallas dealers marking up cars over 10k right now but this dealer gave us a genuinely great deal. Just really good people and that makes a lot of difference when your family is making a big purchase like a car! I’d recommend this dealer above anyone!!!
I am in the process of buying a used car from Kia AllStar. Waiting for some issues to be rectified. Staff were personable, friendly and attempted to answer questions on a vehicle they weren’t trained on. Finance was easy. I am just waiting to inspect, sign and drive! “Nacho”. Cody is the best car dealer I’ve ever met. I purchased two vehicles from him in one month. The entire team has my trust! Amazing service. Cody Cambre is an amazing dealer. MILLION DOLLAR EXPERIENCE!!!A few weeks back we brought a Kia Seltos and Cody gave us a excellent deal plus some great LaughsIt wasn’t just Cody that gave us a great experience but the whole DEALERSHIP!! Managers were great, other sales people waved with a smile and the coffee was 100% fresh.

This would be a 1 star review if it wasnt for Cody, at least he was pleasant to us.We scheduled an appointment online, arrived to look at Kia Souls specifically. The first sales person to greet us said they only had 1 Soul and wed be out of luck (there ended up being 7 on the lot available, so I have no idea why he would say that.) When we mentioned our appointment, that person just passed us off to Cody.Cody showed us multiple new and used Souls and we settled on a new model. While discussing price, we got bogged down in financing talk. We mentioned multiple times that financing wasnt entirely necessary, we could pay in full, but still wanted to know what they could provide with a low interest/48mo.The entire finance discussion was a hot mess. The deal fell apart because their accepted forms of payment were not disclosed until the very last minute. Paying in full, on-the-spot suddenly wasnt an option.We bank with USAA and Wells Fargo, so neither of us have a physical bank and cashiers check is the ONLY payment form AllStar will accept. No one bothered to mention this along the way and I have never experienced such a limit in options for my other car purchases. This was totally unexpected and not handled gracefully by the staff.At this point, its closing time and its been a waste of time for everybody. Were frustrated and so is the finance manager. They send in a different associate who tells us they cant hold the car while we get a cashiers check overnighted to us. That turns out to be a lie (again, why?) And our original financier doubles back and promises to hold it for us.After sleeping on it and feeling so blah about the whole experience, we decided to buy from a different dealership and called to cancel the hold. The phone attendant was unpleasant and unconcerned about our shopping experience. They treated us like we were purposefully inconvenient to them, when in reality, they muddied the entire shopping experience from the start by being so hot and cold.
Richie is such a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable, and very patient, lol. I couldnt have asked for better service at the time of pickup. The only thing I would ask for is that maybe someone walks through some of the features with customers? I have so many cool features, and no clue how to use them yet! Great place, and would def do business with them again!

Everyone of the salesmen were nice and catered to my every need . I had never purchased a vehicle on my own but on today that all changed ! UPDATE: I was reached out to per the comment here with an email for added assistance on this issue. Ive emailed multiple times since this comment in January with my contact details and have still received nothing back. Im shocked to find the customer support here reaching out to fix my problem is doing the SAME THING that I complained about in the first place. Ive simply been trying to just get a GAP refund for over 5 months! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!Im very disappointed in their willingness to provide support to past customers. Weve been so happy with our Kia, but we refinanced and have been trying to cancel the GAP and get our refund for MONTHS. It took probably over a month just to get feedback that this is required to be done in person. We live 4 states away and were told to submit our refi docs and they would see what they could do. My docs were submitted in November and here we are mid January and I still cant even get an answer on IF my exception will be made or will be forced to drive 4 states away for this refund. Of course, I still regularly get emails about them trying to sell me a new car but silence when I ask about my gap...

I didn’t even want a new car. I was at another dealership trying to purchase a used car. Star, my salesperson convinced me to go over to All Star Kia. Within minutes, I was approved for a new car. I love my car and experience so much I referred my sister to Kia. A week later she drove off of the lot with a brand new car as well. Thanks Star and Kia!

I absolutely would not recommend All Star Kia of Baton Rouge on Siegen Lane. I purchased a Kia Soul in May of 2019. The purchase went ok as the sales manager, Richie, was involved in that transaction a lot. As time has gone one and I needed to rely on this dealership for good service, they have fallen miserably short! They have no concern or respect for the customer, and poor employees in their service department. For a car that is less than 2 years old, its been in their shop for a total of almost 2 weeks. Most of that time, it sat on the lot because the service advisor, Patrick, was too lazy to actually keep track of my car. Never once did he call to give me an update. I was constantly having to track down the status of my vehicle and at one point a part had been sitting there without him even aware. When I asked to speak with a service manager, he wouldnt even get on the phone. Patrick has entered service requests incorrectly into the system, told me one thing & then billed me for something different. When there appeared to be yet another problem with the service my car received at this location, Kia East on Juban Rd was more concerned about getting my car fixed than this dealership. Reported it to Richie who couldnt even be bothered to call me to understand more about what was happening at his own dealership. The service department seems on the ball and Patrick talks a good game, but they are not very knowledgeable and worse, have no concern for customers. I actually will not purchase another car from the All Star group.

Cody at BR Kia was my go to Kia specialist. He was very knowledgeable about the Telluride and answered questions as I test drove the Telluride 2021. He helped me when I came back several times with more questions or to have another test drive. When I made my mind up to buy one I had to order the color I wanted and he kept me updated with text informing me with when it would be delivered. It finally came in and he text me as soon as the delivery truck came in with it!Thanks Cody for all your help and expertise💕

They do not stand by their sales. they were not enjoyable to work with. they gave me the run around for days until i just gave up. would never recommend this bunch of phonies. i would find a different vendor to get a telluride from. horrible folks, folks.
Scammed me on a used car. promised to do a minor maintenance at no charge. then said it would cost 350$. they lied and said they did a multi point inspection. another mechanic took a look and said it is with out a doubt a lie. THese people are shady just like any other. except maybe more because they lie lie lie lie richie is a disgraceful manager.
I recently visited All Star Kia searching for a used car. I was fortunate enough to work with Trey White and that was a great experience. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and worked diligently and tirelessly with us. As far as the finance manager, he was courteous and knowledgeable. All in all it was a very rewarding experience and I recommend this dealership and I definitely recommend Trey White. He is the absolute best and a shout out to Joshua Adebutu who also was an essential part in making this experience memorable.

Bought a used car from them. they said the maintenance was done. this was a lie. they wont take my call once they realized i knew they lied. the manager richie contacted me then went dark and is no where to be contacted. it was 1 week after i bought the car that i said something needed to be done that wasnt and i was lied to. joshua adebutu was the sales man. this was a horrible experience. i would not recommend this for an honest deal. they are worse than the others i have dealth with in my life. much more dishonest.

Honestly if I could give this zero stars I would. I am a long time Kia driver, I always bring my car back for services. My last encounter with the service manager was beyond terrible. Leading up to this encounter the service schedulers and technicians were very incompetent. I was quoted 2 different prices for a service and when I verified I told that I would pay the first price that I was quoted, instead the day of my service I was told that I had been quoted the wrong price and that I had to pay that price. No one apologized for that mistake. Secondly, the service manager named Jason I believe was extremely defensive and disrespectful, as a customer I voiced my concerns about issues that I had run into with his service team and he was completely dismissive. He was so enraged that he charged at me. Also I paid for a $200 + service only to find out that the service was not completed, when I reached out the the service manager he proceeded to say that it was done but would give me a refund and he recommended that I do not return back to the location. I told him that I had proof that the work has NOT been done. To make matters worse I reached out to All Star Corporate and no one returned my voicemails. If he had not told me not to return I wouldn’t have! Worst experience ever and I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. The incident took place at the end of December. Around December 28th.

Run, dont walk, away from this dealership!! Not only was our salesperson EXTREMELY pushy and ignored us when we told him what we were looking for, but when we came back to make a purchase and requested a different salesperson, we were given the same one. The car we were interested in had a check engine light, which they said was from changing the oil (that was a lie), we believed them, and bought the car, but the VERY NEXT DAY, the car started having problems. They offered to fix the vehicle but it took 2 different trips to the service dept and 2 weeks before we could even drive the just purchased vehicle. Now, 4 months later, were looking at over $1000 in more repairs. (The car was driven less than 2k miles at that point). I get that its a used vehicle, but I expected more for a $7k car that was supposedly inspected.
Jeremy was the best and helped us get the car of our dreams even during the pandemic. He worked with us to get us the best price. No hassling no drama. He was patient and beyond kind and helpful. LOVE our new gorgeous Soul EX and would highly recommend Jeremy Williams and All Star Kia.

On Friday 4/3 I called All Star Kia of Baton Rouge to inquire about a Sorrento they had available. I spoke to a Brianna Wright. I specifically and deliberately asked 3 separate times Can I get the $4,000 bonus cash and also do the 0% for 75 months? and 3 times she confirmed yes I absolutely could. I even stated thats not normal protocol with most other Makes of cars and was she sure and she said she was positive.Today, 4/4 we risked going out in this pandemic to go there. We spent 45 minutes there only to be told by the salesperson you could NOT, in fact, get the rebate and do 0% financing. They wanted me to pay $4,000 more on the price if I wanted 0% or give me a 2-4% APR if I wanted the bonus cash. He then tells me you should have asked me that from the start. Like, seriously, I asked the person answering the phones this SEVERAL times the day before. I received no apology for wasting my time, an hour and half in all.Beware if you ever look to shop here that they dont even know what their own sales terms are.Edit: I received a phone call ~ 2 days after I posted this from a CSR who was following up on the service I received. This call was unrelated to this review. I explained the story just as I did above and she informed me someone from management would call me the same or next day to hear more. That was over a week ago. I will, under no circumstances, ever go to this dealership again and suggest you dont either.

Update: Since this review was posted All Star Kia has responded to all positive reviews and yet mine still goes unacknowledged. Well done All Star Kia. Keep up the good work!DO NOT LEASE!!! When you turn your lease in they will come up with bogus damages. I attempted on 3 different occasions to have my car walked/inspected at the end of my lease and no one would help me. A guy took my keys, read the odometer and told me I was good to go. Then, 6 months later, I get a bill with damage charges after being in no wrecks, fender-benders or anything of the sort. They will send you round and round with creditors until they wear you down into paying. Two years of this ridiculousness and they will just send to the next creditor if you dispute. They will not get my money and I will make sure if they do not drop the bogus charges that I will protest their business to the fullest extent until either they drop the charges or my life has ended.This is what you get after 3 years of no missed payments, no wrecks, 4,000 miles under the 12,000/yr mileage allotment and trying to turn in the car on time properly.All-Star Kia is garbage and the people that work there cant even guide you in the right direction when youre trying to do the right thing.
My All Star Via experience was awesome. I had the honor of having an amazing sales rep. by the name of Maxim, who was very kind and understanding when it came to test driving and choosing my vehicle. Maximo went above and beyond in making me feel special and he was very patient with taking me around the lot and showing me the cars and how all the little bells and whistles operate. This purchase was my second Kia purchase and the choice I made was a good one. Ive received many complements on my new car and would recommend All Star Kia to all my family and friends.
Staff was very in friendly, and troublesome to deal with. I asked if a procedure was necessary on a Kia regarding linking throttle body and ecu. Was told they would not answer my question, and that the vehicle must be brought in to there service center for 200$. When I simply needed a yes or no question answered.
Second Kia Soul in 24 months. By choice, not due to any type of problem.Only ever deal with Seigen Lane location. And when I get extra fortunate, I get to see the ever so sweet and helpful, Miss Dominique, if I didn’t know any better I’d say she was my own personal car maintenance & service rep. That’s how important D makes me feel. Nothing but the utmost professionalism from her with the warmest & friendliest disposition you’ve ever seen. 5 stars? More like 1,000 stars all day err day! Very nice dealership. Buying there was was very easy, not a pressure situation. Ive had service done twice there, one for the complimentary oil change, another for a recall. The service department kept in very good communication with me the whole time. They make service very convenient and easy.
The manager and sales associate agreed to help with a few minor details with a vehicle recently purchased. I called the next day to talk to them about what we need to do to repair the issues and the sales associate responded “the vehicle was bought as is”. The thought behind (John) the sales associates response was that he thought the sale was final. I ripped up the check I was bringing them, brought the car back, and canceled insurance. Nothing was done to keep me as a customer which made me feel as if my money wasn’t any good at their location. Would not recommend, all star should be ashamed of the management of that location. Thomas was the managers name.

That sad fact was simply a result of the lack of knowledge of the Kia vehicle by the service team, which was the problem and my point.In addition, I never mentioned any miscommunication problems. That was not the problem either. Again, lack of knowledge of their vehicles...etc (the real point of my review). Im sorry to be rude, but it really seemed as if your response was canned and did not at all pertain to my review or situation. I would always prefer no response at all instead of one that makes no sense.But again, and it looks like you missed this part as well - it isnt my problem anymore. If you reread my review, you (might) notice I said I got rid of it. I wrote my review simply to forewarn others not to make the same mistake.Seriously folks, nice people in the sales department and in the service dept, but nice doesnt fix your UNDER WARRANTY transportation.
Because I am a twenty year old college student, I dont necessarily have time to worry about my car but Mandi and Jeremy over on Siegen take care of all that for me. I get everything done there and they always get me in and out in a reasonable time. They know exactly whats going on and keep me up-to-date on everything my car needs while Im there. Great effort from them!! Will be back every five thousand miles! :)
From the moment I drove into the service department I felt welcomed. The service staff greeted me and offered assistance immediately. That felt real good. On top of that I was offered complimentary popcorn. The wait time was reasonable and I like the honesty of part replacements from the inspection as quote You will need filters on your next service visits and not to just do if its not needed until then, I was told we will take care of your needs as needed I can appreciate that to the highest. I trust Kias recommendations and the ability to help you drive the safest.
I have had a Kia vehicle for the last 5 years and every oil change has been done here. I love Mandi in the service department. She is ALWAYS very helpful. They let me know what may need to be done with my vehicle but no pressure to get additional services. Sometimes it may take longer than I would like but they have a nice waiting area or they will shuttle me back to work so I do not have to wait there. I also like that they send coupons for services via email.
Clenard was a great salesman. The service was perfect and very smooth. The best car buying experience I ever had . I left with the car I wanted. Yes, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was friendly it was GREAT!

My husband was very pleased with the service All Star Kia provided. There was 2 recall letters sent to the house. We contacted All Star Kia and they set an appointment date right away to address the issues. All Star Kia had our Kia in and out in no time. The problem was well taken care of by the dealership. My husband told me that the gentleman in charge was very courteous and professional. He explained in detail what was done and was friendly as well. So well done, All Star Kia!
I love this Dealership. I was looking to buy a good used Vehicle. As soon as I got there a sales lady there named Holly greated me and asked if she could help me . I advised her I was there to look at a car I saw on there Facebook page. She had it brought a around I test drove it and Holly was with me. We Talked and I advised her that I was looking to buy my Daughter a car and my price range.when we got back she pulled up 12 possibilities they had Holly made sure I was able to drive 4 of the other Vehicles. And pick out the one o wanted for my Daughter. During this time she had another sales person name Trey help her with getting me to the other cars that was ok the Juban Road location.
