Didnt go to Price LeBlanc service, but to the Bagel Shop they have onsite. Closest place to my office to get fresh and good bagels.
Service is always exceptional. Both Jessica and TJ are phenomenal. I appreciate how thorough and kind they are.

I sent my car to get maintenance like usually. When I received my car back . I have an extra set of floor mats on top of the original. The extra floor mats I had was throw in the back set. I would rather them be on the back floor instead of the seats. I will not be setting an appointment with this dealership for service unless I really have to
The salesman Chris and the finance officer didn’t keep their word. I think they like taking advantage of women! We negotiate a price for a car. $27,999. We were approved for 0% financing. So the next day I had to work. I thought all my wife had to do was, sign the paperwork. But NO, the finance officer took it upon himself to change the price to $29,999.We came to that dealership in good faith! This was my wife’s first time purchasing a car on her own. Instead of honoring the price. We were told that we could keep it $30k or return it. We return it! I wish he would have told her that while she was in his office. I believe he deceived my wife!It’s May 13, 2020. We’re in a depression. I hope they feel it! Like the pain you put my wife though. Will never return to Price LeBlanc again. Remember we were approved for 0%. Could have been a life time customer. But $1500 came between that. Keep taking advantage of woman. You might get more than a bad review next time!

Instructions: unclearI was kinda confused my first time here but apparently you just roll up under the pavilion and queue up in line. Stop at the cone that says stop here and the service people will walk up to you. Youll exit you car there, leaving you keys in. For my most recent visit, I went in for an oil change and the guy I talked to outside didnt ask me what I wanted so I decided to volunteer the information. I was then handed off to a lady inside. She also didnt ask me what I wanted. As Im sitting in the waiting room, Im not entirely sure were on the same page but she did ask if I wanted to include a car wash. I should have taken more time to read the couple of things I signed but life moves fast. Cant hold the people up. Presumably were all straight though.Update: They made some assumptions and I was ultimately informed that my next oil change will be in 5k miles. Apparently oil changes are only necessary every 10k miles. Whoda thunk? Regardless, I received a multipoint inspection and left. It all took ~30 minutes.
Since I have been coming to Price LeBlanc I could not ask for better service . Theyre truly a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.
