My husband and I had been looking on line for an Infiniti QX50and had even contacted a dealer out of state that we never could speak with the same salesperson. We drove to Baton Rouge and was greeted by Bernie. Bernie was very detailed about the particular vehicle we wanted. Show us details that the vehicle had that we hadn’t read about. We thanked him for all his assistance. Before we left he gave us brochures of the vehicle with his business card. After a week we decided to purchase locally and called Bernie. Told him which vehicle we wanted and told him we didn’t want to spend the day and that we were headed his way. When we got there Bernie had the car washed and pulled to the front. The dealership was extremely busy that day but Bernie focused on doing what we asked getting us in and out. He had us financed and on our way within and hours time. I have worked in sales for 25 plus years and Bernie is an awesome sales person!!! Looking for and Infiniti see Bernie he is amazing

I’d had my eye on an Infiniti QX50 for a few months and finally decided to pull the trigger on it. I looked at another Infiniti dealership closer to home, but they didn’t have the combination of interior and exterior colors I wanted, so I decided to come to Infiniti of Baton Rouge. Not only did I receive a more than fair trade in offer for my 2020 RR Evoque, but they had the exact color combination I was looking for in the QX50 on the lot. The car buying experience was nothing short of amazing. David did an excellent job, as did the gentleman in finance. Everything was quick and easy, and most importantly, I drove away in the car of my dreams! Thank y’all so much!

Worst experience at any service center EVER! I scheduled an appointment hoping this would decrease wait time. It absolutely did not! Upon arrival, no one was at the service podium. I had to park my own vehicle and go inside for a service representative. I was shocked that not ONE associate was wearing a face mask including the front desk person who had the audacity to cough several times without even covering her mouth.I was not introduced to the service adjuster which was pretty unusual from previous visits at other locations. The front desk person had no clue who was working on my vehicle so she yelled across the room to inquire. I was scheduled for oil change at 9am. It was 10am and my vehicle was still sitting in the same spot. I inquired about the wait and was told another HOUR! No one updated me or even attempted to explain anything to me. I definitely wasn’t sticking around for more terrible service for another hour. After I requested my vehicle the service adjuster never apologized and gave a very passive aggressive “have a nice day”. I WILL NEVER return to that place again. We are in the middle of a pandemic and not one person wearing a mask smh. The most irresponsible and asinine thing I’ve witnessed in ANY service center since this pandemic!

Friendly but not very “professional”Didn’t mind paying extra for a oil change on a car I recently purchased, and was a good experience overall until they offered to wash the car after for free. Almost 30 minutes later, I told them I really needed to go, not realizing it would take that long.I didn’t complain, but they pulled my car up without a apology or explanation.Also, I ordered some touch up paint and paid for it while there. Called three weeks later after receiving no notification when it came in (a email text message or voicemail seems like it would be “standard” these days).And again, no apology or explanation.Not a bad place in my experience, just not worth my time/money, without the courtesy and professionalism I’ve had at other places.

I was looking for a used VW Tiguan online all the way from Colorado to Florida because the used car market is garbage right now. I found a black Tiguan at Infiniti in Baton Rouge. I called asking about the car getting Thomas on the phone. He had me fill out the application online. A short time later Mr. Paul the finance guy called me to go over my options. Yes I have in the tank credit from a bad car accident a couple years ago that is in legal still. Mr. Paul worked the numbers with my down payment amount. Not only did they get me approved but got me a pretty decent % rate where others would even talk to me or were trying to take me to the cleaners. A couple days later I drove from New Orleans up to Baton Rouge to test drive the car. From the time I walked in everyone was friendly. Mr. Tommy brought the car around having it ready to drive. Of course I wanted the car so signing the papers was quick. I was leaving out of town a couple days later for a week so I was going to fly back into BR where Mr. Paul offered to have someone pick me up and bring me to the dealership to get my car. But I have to fly into New Orleans so I will pick the car up when I return. But from start to finish this was by far the easiest, relaxed and most efficient car buying experience I’ve had ever.

After having a DIFFICULT time trying to get closer dealerships to answer my emails/texts...we drove the 5 1/2 hours from MS to Baton Rouge get the car I wanted. And I’m so GLAD we did!This was THE EASIEST dealership I’ve ever been to. From the beginning of my internet inquiry all the way thru buying car/finished process.Everyone here was so so nice! My saleswoman KIM Guidry was AMAZING! I didn’t feel pressured in any way to buy the car. She is so energetic and sweet! Walked in with a preapproval from my bank. Now my salesman was amazing super sweet and friendly. We went through the entire process fairly easy. I knew coming in what vehicle I was interested in. Now we’ve signed all documents at this point. But for some reason I felt a very unwelcoming vibe from the manager. Now we’ve went through the entire process all the way up to me signing the paperwork to me buying my insurance. Then to be told it’s a no go. also was very unwelcoming hearing the manager discuss things on my credit across the hall and laughing. Someone told me don’t go there because I didn’t fit the general sales criteria. But I went against everything because I loved the Q50. Just very sad with my experience. Again, Mr.Jerry was wonderful. It’s the management team that needs some revamping.

My husband recently purchased a preowned vehicle from your dealership. The sales person was extremely pleasant as was the finance person. After the purchase and after the 3 day return policy something changed not with the sales rep or finance agent, it was the manger. I will not publish on this forum what I witnessed and how I perceived things turned.My four star rating is strictly for the sales rep, and finance agent. The middle aged over paid commission sales ladies in the service department ruin the Infiniti service department, especially the lady named Tina, and the other one is just as bad. Their sole purpose is to OVER SELL you to make money for themselves. No one spends the time to check the with the under paid mechanics are doing in the back. I paid $1200 for a break job, got my car back and realized nothing had really been done. Useless

After they ran my credit4 to 5 times with different lenders they told me I was not approved Wasted time send info and waiting for few days. Will definitely buy the SUV I want from elsewhere. Gotta have perfect credit for infinity baton rouge to consider you, Even if you make 80k + The sub I wanted was only 15k. Negative experience, will never consider you even when my credit shoots up.

Brought my car to the service dept. to get fixed for an issue Ive been having. I was charged $600+ total, including $330 for what I was told was the main reason for the issue. Immediately after paying $600 for them to fix the issue the same problem existed, I called INFINITI back to tell them & they decided to place blame elsewhere. I was told to replace a part with an official INFINITI part. I already replaced the exact part they told me & the problem STILL EXISTS. Their service dept. is suppose to have knowledge on fixing their own vehicles, instead they took $600 from me, still havent fixed the issue Ive been having, & refuse to try to fix it. Save yourself from visiting this place, theyll just give you the run-around to take your money.

My husband and I had an all around great experience with Infiniti of Baton Rouge. The receptionist was very courteous and welcoming and the finance department was very personable. Our salesman, Bernie Hahn, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, the different packages offered, his inventory, and financing options. He was able to answer our many questions and provide explanations and reasons for his answers. Mr. Hahn was extremely thorough, honest and mindful of our time. The entire experience, from the greeting to the purchase, to the one-on-one guided tutorial of the vehicle took about three hours. We left the dealership very happy customers due to our great new car and the wonderful buying experience.

Overall the experience was great. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted without too much hassle. The salesman Jerry was nice. Everything was fine until we got to the financing. Ive never had to haggle for a lower interest rate at a dealership! The lady in financing tried to give us the higher interest rate until we questioned her. We told her we normally get a lot lower interest rate and she laughed and said Good luck finding that rate! Then she looked at her paper and said, This bank has a lower rate. Do you want it? Or course, we want it. The next day, I found an even lower rate at another bank. So now I have to go through the hassle of refinancing the car for a lower rate. Other than that, the experience was good and I love my car and I am happy with my purchase so far. I would go there again, but probably find my own bank to finance with.

I purchased a Tahoe a couple of months ago from the Preowned side and the vehicle turned out having a issue with its shocks as well as has transmission failure... Ive spoken with the sales manager as well as made multiple attempt to speak with my sales rep before that multiple times but they are not helpful. This is my second time purchasing from infiniti. The first time everything went smoothly... but this time may be my very last time doing business with them. This is not the way to do business. I need a vehicle in good working condition and spent about $30k on a lemon. I contacted them to see if they can assist with getting my vehicle fixed and they basicallytold me that Im on my own...-I need assistance

Honestly, this was my most pleasant car buying experience ever. I got exactly the car I wanted for a fair price. I am completely happy and satisfied with my purchase! Jerry Amoroso was my salesman. He was upbeat, friendly, straightforward and very helpful. He was easy to deal with, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Kelly Walls did my financing/closing. He was very pleasant as well and explained every option to me. He got me the interest rate and the warranty that I wanted. I arrived at the service department at closing time. Tim had my car brought out and let me check out even though the register was closed. As if this wasn’t enough, he noticed a plastic piece sticking out from under my car and secured it with a special clip. My door was making a squeaking noise when he opened it so he brought out a tool to secure a bolt which to stoped the noise. Meanwhile, the young lady checking me out noticed that the battery in my key was running low so she replaced it. The service at this place is always outstanding and never disappoints.

I love Eddie with Acura/Infiniti used cars. He was very helpful from beginning to end. I told him two vehicles I was interested in and he kept me informed with each one on specific things I was looking for. I decided on the Q60 3.0T and he went over everything with me. I had got in a wreck that totaled my car so I was dealing with insurance and trying to buy a car all at the same time. Eddie and Andrew (used car manager) made the process amazing and smooth. Even had my car ready to take home that same day. Jonathan in finance is the ABSOLUTE best. The team at Infiniti makes it great from start to finish. Shelly Graves was our service adviser. I cant say enough good things about her. When I brought my vehicle in, a 2017 QX60 that I purchased a week before from a Nissan dealership in Monroe, La., for service, I was disappointed and defeated. I had such a bad feeling regarding my Infiniti purchase. My fear was that this issue had been present and now dumped on me. That feeling dissipated quickly when I realized Shelly and her team had my absolute best interest at hand and wouldnt stop until the issue was resolved. She took the lead in a full on investigation on this vehicle and sorted out what exactly needed to be done to correct the issue in a timely and cost effective manner. When Shelly called to update me on the vehicle, she patiently waited and accommodated me including my husband on the call so we could all be involved in the conversation. I appreciated that so much! She ended the conversation with Dont loose hope! We will take care of you!...not only did she say that, I knew she meant that!The process of dropping my vehicle off and picking it up with so quick and efficient. They had a loaner waiting on me. What could have been, and what I expected to be an absolute nightmare was hardly (if at all) an inconvenience. I am thankful for this team ensuring we were well taken care of. Although I hope to have no future needs from Shelly and her service team in the future, I have complete confidence I will, again, be well taken care of. I will certainly use no one else.

I saw a used 2019 Mazda CX-3 online that I was really hoping to get. The staff members were incredible in making sure I got to know each feature of the vehicle before purchase. We recently purchased the Infiniti QX60 and I Love It! Mr. Bernie made this experience one that we will never forget! He was friendly and made everything easy to understand. This being our first Brand new car purchase, I was a bit green but he was patient and made sure I understood everything. The process was easier than Id expected and I couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. Service needs lots of help. I purchased 2 a QX 80 and QX60 around 150,000 in autos and drive all the way from Mandeville. I have had more than one bad service experience they left off a locking lug nut once and last service didnt even fill washer fluid not sure what else they may have missed. Now my 1 year old QX80 battery went out so I call and they want me to drive it to BR Im like no just send someone with a battery and they say well we will tow it, dont even call me back so I call at end of day. Same story this service sucks will be going back to Cadillac. They also sell you a car and dont even call to follow up or say thank you!!!!!!

I have an Infiniti QX60 my car stop on me while driving to Baton Rouge from New Orleans. Nothing about this dealership has been nice my car only towed to Baton Rouge because I was close to there if I had a choice I would’ve had it towed to infinity of Metairie because the service there is a 100 time better when I arrive to the dealership it was after 3pm this pass Saturday 11/23/19 I was stranded i ask the service supervisor for a loaner car and I was told “ it’s too late in the day we don’t have anymore.” She never once explained or made a jester and maybe if someone doesn’t come in or we get a return I can provide you with a loaner car but I was told you can go to enterprise I then inform them that enterprise was closed and I had no way home I was told go to the air port. Not until I told them my that I was receiving very poor customer service and that I was going to call cooperate I was told “I’m going to leave a note by your name so that someone can call you when and if a loaner car becomes available.” And that I should receive a call after lunch Monday with some answer on your car well it’s now 2:11pm I’m still without a car and answer my service consultant is Tina Lanoux all I’m getting is that we are short staff we had 6 cars left over from Saturday and your car was one of them and I know the answer will still be no on loaner car because we had so many reserve only if someone canceled we can get you in one but I highly doubt that the answer will still be no the worker here they are not compassionate at all I feel like my car is still setting where the tow truck drop it at and no one ever touch I don’t feel confident In they’re service some one please help

I work in the Marketing department for Infiniti and was talking with a cute little old man waiting in Service with his little lady, I talked with Mr. Paul and his little lady for a while and they told me that he has had his Infiniti G35 since 2004 and that our service department takes such great care of him and his car that he would never have to buy another vehicle! He mentioned that Tim Landry and Gary Fields were two of the kindest men he has ever has the pleasure of dealing with. He also said, If this dealership only sold bikes: I would only have a bike. That is how wonderful you people are!Those were probably the most amazing words any customer has ever personally said to me.
