I love this dealership. Heidi, the sales lady took so much time with me to find something I would be elated to leave in. I suggest you request her if you do go-to this dealership.I despise car dealerships, but I have to say I absolutely loved my wonderful experience at this dealership. Heidi is very down to earth, HONEST, and will do what so ever she possibly can to help you choose/decide, and also helped to find THE BEST monthly insurance rates. Heidi was far too funny and more than delightful to work with, no doubt.By far the best sales lady I have EVER DEALT WITH AT TEAM MAZDA.I have never had so much fun at a dealership. She did everything she could to find the Mazda I was satisfied with.
In and out in an hour! Keep it up!
BUYER BEWARE!!!! The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE imaginable. Took my car in for diagnostics. When it was returned to me parts were missing and some engine parts were conveniently stored in the cup holder inside the vehicle!! I called and left a message with the manager Robert for the service dept. person Bruce who helped me. I waited 2 days and left a voice mail for Bruce in service. No replies. I waited another 2 days and called Bruce back - he answered and then hung up on me after I explained parts were missing and the car was not put back together. I called back and asked for a manager who was not available. I left a message and still have not received a call back!
My salesman was very nice and knowledgeable and confident about getting me a vehicle. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I would recommend family and friends to try them.
Excellent experience, helped us in every way. Couldnt ask for a better team with buying our new vehicle. Special thanks to brian zito, couldnt have done it without you buddy
Went to get a new car. Walked in and everything went smoothly. They really worked with me and made me feel comfortable about my purchase.
Not too impressed.Went look at a jeep.Obvious it was just put on the lot as is.lLooked like the original belt was still on it.Crawled under and there was an oil leak by the transmission. Most likely a seal.
