My car has been there for almost 2 months. I have experienced nothing but poor customer service this entire time. My pick up date has been constantly pushed back. There is a serious lack of communication from them. Honestly, I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for any type of service. I was told my car would be done by 5 and when i arrived all of a sudden it’s still in line to be put back together. Management needs to step in to fix these problems. This is no way to run a business.

I can say the work they did on my truck came out great. I would have given 5 stars but there was no communication unless I called and it took forever to get it fixed. Great quality if work though.

The worst collision shop I’ve ever had a car at. They have had my car for almost 4 weeks. I’ve had to call every time to get an update on my vehicle. They told me its gonna be ready in certain time frame but it never happened. I think the manager needs to be replaced asap to improve the professionalism and punctionality of the workers. There’s a guy like Elon Musk who handles 5 companies but here they couldn’t even manage one company in a proper way. Shame on you guys who is not showing professionalism and punctionality. I hope the respective executives will take an action so that the other customers would not face the same problem like me. Thanks!

I swear to god this is the worst collision shop I’ve ever had a car at. They have had my car for almost 3 weeks. Not once have they called me. I’ve had to call every time to get an update on my vehicle. I’ve been told 3 separate times that my vehicle will be ready and it wasn’t. Did they call me(of course not) I still had to call every single time. Finally yesterday once again I’m told my car would be ready for pickup today first thing in the morning. Drive all the way here from Denham Springs and they tell me it’s not ready. They still have to buff my car and put the mirror on it. Not the conversation I had yesterday. TJ you need to be replaced with someone who does a better job. Garbage place

I had excellent service here. I dealt with Patrick and he was excellent and helped me with everything. The customer service is great here and if you are looking for a good body shop that does great work and has great customer service, this is the body shop for you!
