Devon is the absolute worst person I have even encountered. She held my car hostage as she has done so many others. Used storage fees to hold my car, when I came to pick up my car Brad Owens had my car still in a bay with the hood up. She told me to pay the $2000+ extra or I wasnt going to get my car. On top of that, they purposely damaged the car to increase the supplemental claim with the insurance company. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. I took my car in for a front bumper replacement and ended up leaving with a slipping transmission and no A/C.

2 weeks means 4 weeks, tomorrow means next week, its in assembly means its sitting in the back collecting rainwater.

Was just informed by one of my friends of the awful experience he had at your location. This place should be shameful of there business operations. Sounds like this place, along with Owen’s Collision need to be shut down for good and the owner needs to spend some time in jail for his behaviors. I’ll be waiting for the outcome of this place daily because something is going to give soon.

Super nice! New to Baton Rouge and they were first to come up on google. Very quick! Dropped it off Wednesday afternoon and got to pick it up Friday afternoon. Nicole and her team did a great job and my busted up fender looks brand new again. Thank y’all so much and that was a nice car wash too! :)

This place is great. I think the real SCAM on here are these reviews that suddenly popped up. The business has only been open for a year or two. No way that many people suddenly decided to post negative reviews. Sounds like one disgruntled customer with a vendetta and some fake google accounts. Allstar does good work at fair prices. I would take my car there.

This business is a scam 100%. Avoid at all cost. They will lie and scam every dollar for you. Look up the business owner Greg Owens through a quick search and you will discover it for yourself

I brought my truck here a few weeks ago to find that is business is OWNED and RAN by con artist that will take your money and leave you high and dry. I was informed by my grandsons after review that this business has a history of running a fraudulent business. Stay clear my friends and do your homework. Doesnt help that I feel victim reading there fake 5-star reviews as well.

Read about this place after reading a story on Facebook about there business practices and it seems that one story lead to another and another. Not sure how the State Attorney General hasn’t closed shop on this place. Hoping justice is served soon to this business. Be careful Baton Rouge residents!! STAY AWAY

I was involved in an accident on 12/2018 - being close the tow company recommended to drop the TOTALED auto there. The next day I was at the business to inform them my auto was parked outside, and the lady Lisa who works at the front desk insured me that the auto was fine at the location until my insurance company looked at the auto after the Christmas holiday as I was . Therefore, I would only be subject to a storage fee each day. Yet what I would find is that I was not disclosed or provided any invoice noting that my bill would be nearly $1,700 6 days later for NOTHING. They had stated that they disassembled the auto when no one authorized for this to be done. After asking to be provided my invoice I was quickly rejected - till I finally requested to speak with the business owner. After no phone call from the business owner I went to the collision center to talk to Devon who was suppose to be the manager, but was far from professional or have the basic knowledge of business ethic. She insisted that I must pay cash or cashier check to get my auto, all while disrespecting both my family members and myself having the biggest laugh like it was joke, as she had done this a time or two. I paid the bill ultimately to get the auto before being told that I would have to go outside to wait for my auto in the pouring rain and that my key couldnt be handed to me -but had to go to the tow company that I had just paid to bring my auto to a LEGIT place of repair. I plan to settle this through legal matters outside the business environment. Yet, as a fair warning DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - NOT ONLY DID THE BUSINESS TRY TO COMMIT INSURANCE FRAUD TO THE INSURER - THEY COMMITED FRAUD TO MYSELF.

These guys work fast and professionally. Had some work done on the spot, in 15 minutes. Saved me so much time and money!

I want to really give cudos to Office lady here. I was actually a customer in office at time of an incident. This family was berading and degrading. She accepted it and acted extremely professional under the circumstances. These people should be ashamed to treat anyone that way and get anything resolved. Possibly if they would of talked instead of cussing and calling every name in the book, she could of received better results. #stopharrasment#stopbullyingIt does not get you anything good.I give this place 20 stars!! Learned news that my friend was taken advantage of this place recently. After reading several reviews I’m alarmed this place is still in businesss. This place along with the other chop shop Owen’s Collision have a history of screwing people over. After reading several news stories about this place ripping off people I feel the need to make it my mission to let people know the truth about this bait andswitch business. Can’t wait to see this string of businesses shutdown

Everything about this business is a SCAM and FRAUDULENT from the misrepresentation by the secretary writing up the work order, to the work order, to the management and owner. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND OWEN’S COLLISION.

I’m writing a review of this business after a close friend was severely ripped off by this business. Being in the collision repair industry myself I find there business practices alarming and a call for action. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Being a resident in Baton Rouge my whole life, I have heard horror stories about Mr. Greg Owens operations here in Baton Rouge. It saddens me that after all the lawsuits, fillings with the BBB, and state attorney general this man is still able to carry out business. Let’s clean up Baton Rouge and shutdown the operations down. It’s been wayyy too long and way too many people taken advantage of. I have told my family and friends for years about this place, and after reading a news story recently it seems it still carries on. Shame on you Mr. Owens. This will all catch up to you one day

They MIGHT be getting better!!I took my car in because I was rear ended and wanted my back bumper fixed. This place was recommended by the insurance company of the guy that hit me, and I realize now I shouldve gone somewhere else.When I dropped my car off there was visible damage to the back bumper, and also previous damage to the back bumper due to a prior collision. When they called me to ask about the damage on the back left I told them directly that it was from a past incident and not caused by the incident that caused me to be there now.So...they fixed my back bumper. It looks OK. However, when I went to pick my car up there was a serious gash in the drivers side FRONT bum that was NOT there when I dropped it off! The manager tried to pull up the pictures that are supposedly taken when I dropped it off of all 4 sides, however she was unable to access them. She reassured me she would speak to her techs and the owners and get back to me. This was 6-8-17. Today is July 4th.I have called and spoken to the Manager on at least 4 occasions and it is excuse after excuse. All lies.How do I know she is lying? I told her to produce the pictures of my existing damage that they promised they photographed and I would PAY them to fix my front bumper. Why turn down my business? Why not be responsible and own up to the fact that this damage occurred on their watch? Why would I take my car in with a back bumper that needed fixed, and not have them paint the front bumper that was supposedly previously damaged?It WASNT damaged when I drove it onto their lot. Do NOT use this place to fix your vehicles, it will come out looking worse than when you take it in.UPDATE:I received a call today out of the blue by the sweetest lady I believe her name was Teresa, and she introduced herself as the new manager of Collision Max. She then said that she needed to fix something for me. I was slightly stunned, and honestly thought it was someone pulling my leg! So I was going to go through the whole overview of what took place, but she simply told me to bring the car down anytime and they would fix it for me! She sounded like she didnt even know what happened, and didnt care...she just wants to fix it! AWESOMENESS! Now that the previous manager is GONE, I would absolutely recommend Collision Max! Great new manager. Im going with 4 stars, and when my bumper is fixed I will make a 5!UPDATE:So I have raised the rating from negative 5 stars to a POSITIVE 5 stars! I took my car in and they repaired the damage I that happened while it was there to be fixed for no cost!The real kicker is the day before I was scheduled to take it in I got rear ended AGIAN! This time is was much worse.So I didnt make the fellow that hit me go through his insurance and when I got there Teresa (the awesome new manager) gave me an estimate and the gentleman that hit me was called and paid over the phone for my additional repairs. So I got a new back and front bumper, painted and it looks AWESOME! The body guy is GREAT as well, and he even detailed my car which was completely unexpected. But I appreciate it. If yall need your bodywork done go to Collison Max! Teresa is awesome. Thanks!

I had the worst experience at this business. They added so many additional fees to myInvoice and conned me by not delivering on there words. FOR YOUR SAKE please avoid.

These are the same crooks that ran Owens. They just donated the property and changed the business entity to avoid the court actions and lawsuits.

This place should never be your first choice when choosing someone to repair your vehicle or the last for that matter. If you want to go to the most fraudulent business out there! Then this is your place!
