I felt very comfortable coming here as a 25 year old woman. I just want to say you can trust these guys completely. There was a problem things happen. But they were genuinely concerned and made it perfect. So many businesses are done with the customer after they get paid but that is not the case here. Drop off your car without worries.

Amazing. They have done work on two of my vehicles and both times they went well beyond what I was expecting. The employees here should be the subject of corporate instruction manuals on appropriate treatment of customers. They are always anxious to help when you call. Every time I talked to them they look for a reason to say yes where other companies are just looking to make money and send you on your way. My experience with them is well beyond what any other repair shop (indeed most companies) would go in terms of assisting. If my mother/grandmother needed to have a vehicle repaired this is where I would send them. Hell, if the Pope needed his car fixed I would suggest he visit here.

I bought my 2013 Scion FR-S about 3 and a half weeks ago. It had the most rock chips I have ever seen on the bumper. I brought it in on a Tuesday and picked it up the following Friday! The paint matches perfect and brought my car back to life. Brandon’s customer service is some of the best in the Baton Rouge area.

I saw good reviews for ART Inc. on google and decided to get a quote from them. Steve explained to me about the repairs required and discussed multiple options to get my car fixed within my budget. I got quotes from 2 other body shops. ART beat them by $200-$300 for the same job. The blending on silver/gray paint was great. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Steve really cares about his customers and loves his job. Definitely not like most other money-hungry body shop chains that add unnecessary repairs to their quote. I was extremely satisfied with the work. Highly recommended!

Our 2013 Ford Escape was in a minor car accident where another individuals insurance was responsible for covering our repairs. Excellent Service at A.R.T.I had deep scratches in my vehicle (Honda Fit 2015), from a recent accident. They were able to restore my car back to its full shine again; making the vehicle look like it came right off the dealership lot as brand new.In addition, the price for service was very good! Excellent service.Jimmy, the shop manager, was able to repair a very big scratch and dent in my car back to normal. Because he didnt need to replace any parts, he was able to do it for a fraction of the price of other body shops that I had quotes from.After the repair, my car had been scratched in the parking lot. I called, and Jimmy and Steve were willing to buff out the scratch for me at no extra cost.Great people at this shop. A.R.T. Body Shop is the best! I used touch-up paint myself on a Mercedes that I just purchased (don’t ever do that lol) and needless to say it was a disaster. I definitely was not prepared to spend thousands of dollars to repaint my new car, so I called these guys and they had me bring my car by on the same day to check out my DIY paint job. They were able to remove the bad touch-up paint job from the rock chip on my door in about 30 seconds and gave me a very reasonable quote to repaint my hood. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’m so excited!

Finally, I was able to find an automotive body repair /paint shop that welcomes small jobs . The bulk of auto body repair /paint shops want those high dollar insurance jobs and dont want to be bothered with small scratches, dents, and rust spots . Oh, they SAY they like small jobs and once they get your vehicle take days or weeks to get the most minimal thing done. They use the old ploy of working your small job in with the high dollar jobs .You can well imagine how pleasantly surprised and encouraged when I paid a visit to ART Inc and met Brandon Pennington the manager. Before I allowed him to look at my vehicle, I told him that if they didnt want a small job to tell me so and Id go on my way, no hard feelings . Brandon said they welcome small jobs . He was courteous, polite, and respectful . Of course, I took my vehicle there for body work .When the work was complete --and get this --ahead of time, he emailed me . Wow ! I was stunned. I have yet to receive that kind of conscientious and personal attention from some of those other so-called reputable shops .I highly recommend ART Inc

My car had been keyed. I went to several body shops for a quote. Most of them wanted to keep my car for at least 5 days and wanted between $400-$700. Steve quoted me a much lower price and only took a day and half to fix my car. I was so pleased with his work. It looks brand new. He even fixed some other scratches as well. Steven is a straight forward guy that does excellent work. He recently painted the door of my Ford Explorer after getting a large scratch. The paint matched perfectly and you couldnt even tell that the scratch had even happened. His prices were fair and the service was excellent. Turn around was much quicker than what Ive experienced at other shops for similar work.

I highly recommend this place! I dealt with Brandon and he went above and beyond all expectations. I had front and rear bumpers that needed repairs done before turning in my leased Infiniti and it passed inspection with flying colors! My older model Camry had a pushed in rear bumper. I was searching the web to find alternative ways to fix it in lieu of spending $1,000 - $2,000 at a body shop or collision center. I came across A.R.T. Inc. on the internet and decided to check it out the next day. First I wanted to see where it was and if I felt safe going there. I called for directions and the person I now know is Steven, answered, gave directions and also asked the make and color of my car. As I drove past his shop, he came running out waving his arms in the air. That impressed me right away. First, it told me he really wanted my business and second, he was concerned for my safety. He didnt want me to be lost. He checked out the bumper, asked my expectations, and said they could touch up the rest of the rear bumper, the front bumper, and a few marks on the drivers front door. He said the car would be ready in one day and it was ready in one day. The results are awesome. I could not be happier. Steven is extremely personable and he and his guys do excellent work. Price - also amazing.

A.R.T Inc. is AMAZING! I had a job that required paint and I needed it to be done within a very short time period because of an upcoming road trip. Not only was A.R.T. Inc able to fit me in, but they did so at a price unmatched by anywhere else in town. The staff was honest and genuine, they effectively communicated to me the cost of the repair and it even ended up being less than originally quoted when I picked up the vehicle! But please dont think that just because the price is great that the quality of the repair is poor. My CRV looks better than ever and I could not be more pleased. I was refereed by a good friend. I saw they had great reviews and decided to give them a shot. I had some paint problems with my front and back bumpers from minor accidents. They fixed everything and had it back to me in about 1 day and even took care of a couple things I didnt bring to their attention. I scratched my mirror cover and figured the best way to make it look right again was to get it done professionally. I was timid to bring it to a body shop, because it would usually take the shop a week and a few hundred bucks to do anything. I called Steven, and he told me he could have my mirror fixed and my car back to me in 24 hours. Sure enough, about 9 hours after I dropped it off, I received a call that it was ready for pick-up. His price was unbeatable, and he was incredible personable and professional. The finished product looks like the way it was when I first bought it new. All of my paint and body work needs will be going to ART Inc. now. There isnt a better shop in town. Its not even close.

I discovered this shop from the great reviews. Cant express how pleased I am from the whole experience. From day one I was treated like a friend, not just a customer. My insurance company wanted to overcharge the estimate and replace my rear lift gate. Steve and his team quoted me for a hood, roof, bumper, drivers side door repairs on my camry. The work was right on time as quoted. The work is amazing the blending on silver/gray paint is very difficult and they more than exceeded my expectations. They beat two other body shops on price as this was not an insurance claim by a few hundred bucks to boot! Which made me very very happy. No one wants to see a body-shop but if I have too again they will be my next call for sure!

I had a truck that was beyond any waxing or buffing due to oxidation. Basically the whole front cap would have to be painted. I took it by the shop and was able to agree on a very reasonable price. All the work, and even some extras, were done in no time! My experience with the staff was amazing, they took all the guess work out of it. They took their time and got it done right. I wreaked my 2010 dodge ram and my front bumper was pushed into my front tire. I called A.R.T. inc. and Steven answered the phone, I told him what happened and he told me to bring the truck in. When I got there the staff was very professional and Steven greeted me at the front door. We walked the truck down and went over everything with me in great detail. This all happened on a Monday and by Wednesday my truck was finished! The work they did was flawless, couldnt ask for more. Highly recommended and will return for future business.

My car is a unique orange color so after some guy backed into me the other day in a parking lot I was worried that whoever I brought my car to was going to have trouble matching the color. Got into a wreck Oct 06, 14. Looked on line for a good repair place. I found A.R.T. was close to my house. Gave them a call, spoke to Steven. Very polite, courteous, person. I emailed him the pics of the damage. Not a problem. Brought truck to them, to inspect LF fender, dent in hood, front bumper, & RR windshield for ins. adjuster. It took longer for my ins check to come in than for them to fix an paint. Truck looks brand new on the front. Great place, wonderful people.

This was my very first collision repair experience it was absolutely AMAZING! The injury that Bianca (my cars name) had was right above the driver wheel well and front driver side panel. And since I was already getting this done via insurance, I figured that I would (out of my own pocket) get my hood painted due to some massive paint chipping. Basically Bianca had a nose bleed along with her broke jaw. LOL! Not only does she look amazing but Monica stepped in and spoke with the Insurance Company about blending the paint properly and they ending up covering $300 more than the initial check they had given me. At the end of the day, my out of pocket expense was cut by at least 60%! Cha-CHING! Very professional, and quality service. Couldnt of asked to find a better paint and collision center closer to wifes job. Car was sideswipped and just cosmetic damage, paint looks like oem. Went even further and did some touch ups on the hood from rock chips. I would definitely recommend and would go back.

The servise was exceptional with a quick turn around. couldnt ask for a better job. I had several deep scratches and one large dent in a tricky area on my tqilgate. I left it in his capable hands hands and two days later BAM! Like new again.
