This was my first visit to this Advance Auto Parts store, I was there because I was having issues with a battery for my gray Honda Odyssey. The young man who helped me was very courteous and polite, and definitely knew his job. I really wish I could remember his name. The process for testing my battery was going to take 45 minutes, which I was going to have to spend sitting in my car in the heat. Im disabled and have to walk with a cane so cant stand for long periods of time. The young man noticed this and instead of letting me sit outside in my car he went to the back of the store and brought out a folding chair so I could sit inside instead of out in the heat.I will definitely go back here for any of my automotive needs. Again I wish I could remember the young mans name to give him the proper credit.Also, they determined my battery to be faulty and replaced it under the warranty.

There was only one employee there and he was unpleasant. He was trying not to show his rudeness. We were overcharged the item that we purchased and were told that the price underneath that merchandise was the wrong price. We wont make a return trip to that Advance Parts.

I liked they delivered my order to the door. I ordered a battery and tools. They delivered the same day. Big help very convenient.

I had the greates experience at advance auti on stage road. Ive gone there at least three times and the clerk name adam was very polite and helpful. I went to a couple of places to purchase my products and found advance had quality products and i was very pleased. The quality was there.
