The absolute best experience I have ever had with an automotive shop!! After being turned away from 3 other shops Wolfchase Nissian were more than happy to help me.. James Bond was the service employee I dealt with and I could not be happier.. He handled everything and was very good at keeping me in the loop on what was going on from diagnosis to transmission replacement to dealing with warranty company and every step in between.. will definitely be using again for my Sentra..

I had great experience servicing my Dads Nissan Maxima. He has had problems with the battery for 5+ years. Thanks to the Service Manager (Eric) and the case handler (Rusty), the right diagnosis was obtained and we believe the root cause problem was fixed. During the time Rusty stayed in close contact with me and provided timely updates until the services completion.

Mr.Penilton was an awesome helpful man. He carefully explained everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a used or new vehicle.

Salesperson Oliver and the Sales Manager went on a test drive with me where I told them about the clunking noise that happens when I turn the wheel and guaranteed that I could bring my car back the following week to get it fixed. I bring it to the Service department and the man I spoke to said they were doing me a favor by taking my car in and fixing it. They held my car for a week and a day just for me to get it back and realize nothing had been fixed. Very disappointed in Wolfchase Nissan and their Service department. My heart hurts because I went through so much stress by not having my car then got it back with nothing fixed.

I had an app. Today to have my convertible top looked at it wont close. I was told they had a stack of tickets and Id have to reschedule. I told them this is a problem because its about to rain. I was sent away and rain poured into my car Im extremely upset. I cannot get a response from the service manager.

Wish wait was shorter but they give you snacks and wifi so you can work. Great service!
