They are really just out to get your money. They didnt have 1 trailer tire cheaper than $230, which is very high. I went to point S on pleasant view and they got me a solid tire for $112

If I could leave negative stars I would. I had family mechanics put brand new control arms and several front end parts. These aholes took one look at me and took me for a fool, I didn’t tell them I knew what had been fixed and they gave me a 2,000+ estimate claiming “omg the whole front end is original parts you need the whole thing replaced”. I also had AirPods in while I was waiting and they said in front of me “gotta make money somehow” not knowing I could hear. Good for nothing SCAM ARTISTS. Don’t go here unless you enjoy being f’d in the a**.

We have been here three times to have work done on our car.i feel we were treated fairly and honestly.they do a fantastic job every time.we will continue to come here

I had an Ill experience when dealing with this tire company and let me explain why.. First,they deceived me when I was buying a tire because of the lack of knowledge I have In the industry by selling me a tire that could have easily been fixed.i know this because I took the tire home and a friend of mine who works in the industry asked why I didnt plug such a small hole. In other words, the tire could have been plugged. Then, they sold me this tire for $280.0 above the average cost of the tire. This is a company that should be shut down. I will be filing a bbb complaint as well.

My girlfriend took her jeep there and they changed a light and they didnt call and ask her if she wanted it changed. Then charged her an extra 100.. I think they took advantage of her . I personally would have had them take it off.. we are never doing any business with ever again

Went Another shop for an alignment and they had told my husband and I that we needed to replace and part that had been replaced just 4 days ago and in a panic, I was told to call up here and Katie was so sweet and probably could hear the panic in my voice, we drove from Southaven just to be taken care of. Nothing needed to be replaced, just tightened up more, got my alignment, and tires were needed. Katie really helped me keep peace of mind because she was so kind and so concerned ❤️ 10/10 will definitely make that drive any time we need something else!

Worse experience of my lifeThey took a completely fine running vehicle & trashed it to the point of having to replace the motor. Wouldnt even crank at time of P%U plus they carged 2000 to destroy it

It took too long for 2 tires to be installed on vehicle. I will never wait anymore if the tires are not on the premises. 4 hours is too long for a customer to wait.

My family and I was driving in a old 1998 Nissan Quest from Arizona to Pennsylvania - Only The Most High knows how we made it, but during the trip, when we were in Tennessee, my left front wheel was sounding shady, so I was recommended to Bartletts by the jiffy lube right up the street and they fixed the problem in a timely manner. I have had no problem with that wheel since, but driving that far in a old car with a lot of miles already on it did do a lot of wear and tear on the car, but its still working.Meant to do this review weeks ago, but better late than never!

Stopped this morning in an emergency situation with a flat tire. I was told they dont do plugs only patches and they are $30. I had no choice so I paid the $30 and got the patch. Got back on the road and my tires were wobbly and not balanced so I went back and had them balanced. Just left and my tires are still unbalanced. I drive 6 to 8 hours a day and my tires were not unbalanced before this work, on my way to another tire shop. I do not recommend

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They will RIP you off even if you know what is wrong with your car when you take it in. First off the company name is -Bartlett Tire Service- but on the invoice it says -SUMMIT TIRE & AUTO SERVICE- look at the address on the invoice tho and you will see they are the same place. I needed a conventional oil change, tire rotation, and back breaks for my 09 Camry. Walked in and said thats what I needed and was told I need the smooth ride package which was rotation,balance,oil change,alignment, and windshield wipers for $99.99. That is an EXTREMELY high price for minimal work done. The invoice looks like it is more work but if you read it its not. Anyway, if it was synthetic oil I could understand but it would still be high. Said I didnt need the windshield wipers but apparently i would have had to pay the same amount for the stuff I needed done. Told, Adrian Osborne, which was who was behing the counter that I needed back breaks and tried to get a quote. I asked three times on a quote to which he dodged and then we would have to see once we put it on the life. The final time I asked. I knew that ment they were going to try and sell me rotorts aswell that I DONT need. Which is exactly what he did, screenshot of text for proof. All the rotors on the car are perfectly fine. I replaced the front roatars and breaks myself 3 months ago but the back rotors had minimal to no wear,just needed breaks. I said I just want the breaks and he said it would be $169.99 total which is ridiculous! The tires are already off the car so you go from $99.99 to $169.99 just for one set of generic pads? I said no to everything and just give me what I originally asked for to which he said ok. When I went to pick up the car and got to the counter he said $172 was my total. I said $172 for a oil change,rotation,and balance!!! He said you were charged $48.99 for a break inspection. I said I TOLD YOU MY BACK BREAKS WERE BAD FROM THE BEGINNING! Then he said we had to do our own inspection to make sure. ....The tires are already off the car for other work but you charge $48.99 to LITERALY just look over at the breaks?!?! I argued with him and he finnaly took it off which brought the total to $115.23...which is ASTRONOMICAL for the work done. I pay and go home then notice there was a $2.55 merchandise and a $5 other fee....Im assuming the $2.55 was for the crush washer to the oil pan but the $5 what for NOTHING. If you look at the picture iv included it was hidden at the bottom just above the name brand logos. The beginning of this review sums up the whole thing. This place is nothing but a bad joke with bad business and ethical practices, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

When I bought tires there several years ago, I bought road hazard. Then when I had a flat tire, they told me that road hazard didnt cover flat tires and charged me $30 to fix my flat. So what was the point of buying road hazard protection? I will never buy tires from them again. I bought tires from Wal-Mart the last time.

My wife & I are senior citizens on a fixed income. On Mon,12/10/18, I dropped my daughters 93 Toyota by to check intermittent starts & oil leak. I received a call a few hours later informing me that I need a new radiator and oil leak repair would cost $600. I got a call Wed informing me that car was ready. When I got there I was shocked to see my bill was $1533.95. Included in this were unauthorized windshield washer reservoir(cost $145, labor $99) 4 spark plugs(cost $31.96,labor $59.40) 4 plug wires(cost $59.99,labor $79.20) My radiator cost $199 & labor was $198) Oil cooler gasket cost $29.99, labor $198. Total costs $642.84, total labor $732.80. The only reason there is 1 star checked is that I had to check to post this review. I will tell relatives & friends to stay clear of this den of thieves & liars !

I headed in the Saturday before New Years with a leak in my left drivers side tire and walked home. Katie Briggs, the sales manager, called me shortly after and explained that I really needed new tires. The tread on my present set was too thin to hold a seal. Id had the feeling this was coming as the car had 36,300 miles on it, so this was fine, but I had to head out to NC the next morning, no ifs, ands, or buts. Katie asked me what kind of driving I did and asked if I would trust her to find me a good set of tires. I agreed without a qualm, and shortly afterward picked up my car with a new set of all season Eagles. They also took care of an alignment problem. I felt so much safer hitting the road the next morning and continue to be thankful for such wonderful service.

So first of all I went to a fundraiser good thing I aquierd A coupon for that particular location went there for oil change oil all-over my engine then I was supposed to have a all fluid flush not even filled so no fluid at allWas supposed to have leaking tiers fixed all they did move the tiers arround no fix it not even Air filledTalked to the lady at the front desk I wanted window vents put on told her I can bring them because I get millitary discount at local auto storers she said dont worry about it U get them for the same price and we put them on for uThere Stick ons keep in mindAt the end the oil change was paid for so are everything else I mentionedBesides the window visorsShe then said I owe $180 I said for what??? She said window vents 72$ plus 99$ for labor STICK ONS SHE FINALLY WOUND UP CHARGING ME $139DONT GO THERE NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED NEVERTHELESS I WENT BACK BECAUSE THE WINDOW VENTS MY WINDOWS HANGING UP ON THEMI WAS TOLD ITS NORMALSERIOUSLY!!!!

They have horrible customer service. Man walked in & out of office without saying 1 word to me after I had been standing there for 10 minutes. 3 employees completely ignored me!!!
