They did a good job. However, I dropped my vehicle off for a 7am APPOINTMENT. You would think I wouldnt have to wait 45 minutes when I return at 4:45pm. I think they put other cars in front of mine, which is fine, but dont make me wait at the end of the day just because you put someone in front of my car that had an appointment.

I had 4 new tires put on a a different place of business and heard something odd going on in the front of my truck, well I took my truck into Wolfchase Honda and Skylar drove my truck tightened all of the lugs, problem solved. This could have ended tragically. Thank you so very much Skylar!!!!

We didnt purchase from this location but they had no problem resetting our system for us and they were very courteous.

When I first went to get my a recall fixed I felt like the service person was friends with all the customers. Kind of felt left out but it didnt take long to figure out that is the way they treat everyone. Great service and support.

This is the best place to take your Honda car for almost anything. To get tires replaced or rotated, to get oil replaced. Even filters of any kind. They always fill your car full of gas as well. Also they will gladly look at the digital data collected to let you know what the car sensors are saying. Also they are so kind, and extremely fast. This is one of if not the best service business inside a companies dealership Ive ever been too. They always wash the car, tune it up, offer you drinks and snacks while waiting, interesting things to read, look at, or even watch tv or use the free wifi. They are always looking to help and ive never seen a service place ever this good let alone one inside a dealership!

My tires have generated a warning message that tire pressure low after getting tires rotated and an oil changs. Car not driven much since being serviced. Was told to bring car back but by the time I left the doctors office, the serice department had closed. Being cautious and afraid, I had tire pressure checked on all tires elsewhere. No problem found. The warning will not go off. Not happy at all. Dont have time or money to run back and forth to the dealership. 😧🙁🙁

Friendly & caring people seem to be great at taking care of your Honda no matter how old or what the problem might be.

Service here is extremely slow. There is a 3-4 hour waiting ... and a lack of sitting area. People getting their cars serviced are overflowing into the car showroom floor.

Just bought me 2021 honda crv!! GREAT!!!!!!

Came in to get a rim replaced and told it’d be a hour until it was done and they told me it was done a hour later and then kept me waiting for another hour so they could charge me for two hours of service. I had places to be and they new it and ruined me making it on time.

The service guys in the bays are awesome, friendly and gets the job done.The cashier staff seems to hate/tolerate their jobs. The information kiosk also seems to only tolerate their job.....bad for business to have the first and last person your customers interact with have a terrible attitude.

If I have any problems with my honda. They are prompt and always get the job done and quickly. Only place we take it to.

Didnt like the service at all .Had to van back to they did not clean it good and they keep it over 4 days just to clean internal. Will never take van to them again they are to pricey.they told me after paying $800. And second visit I need tires. After they serviced van the front end shook. They could not fix it

Decent people work here but they take far too long to complete regular car maintenance services. Budget 1.5 hours for an oil change and 2.5 hours for a brake job if you go in the morning.The service representatives will offer a discount coupon if your work takes too long but that’s still a huge inconvenience.All in all, be mindful of your schedule when you drop your car off here.
