Great iced coffee! I am not a donut lover.. but their coconut donuts was AMAZING!

Sometimes coffee places will offer breakfast bars, muffins, scones, something extra besides coffee and this place had that, but they werent marked vegan and I was hungry and in a hurry and knew I could go elsewhere and not have to waste time figuring out what was what. So maybe they had a vegan food item, you can ask if you care to. But the coffee and tea we had was fine. It was raining and we were looking for a place to get out of the wind and rain, so we ducked in here thinking it was a sit-down place, but its not.

Blueberry iced coffee with French vanilla, so good!!!! We came back every day!!!

Cute vibe, but NOT the place to go for quality espresso. Should have turned around when saw the “fake” steaming of milk. Friendly staff and pastries looked good.

Excellent coffee and awesome selection! They also sell an array of cocktail mixes in mason jars, to be mixed and steeped. Neat idea and great flavor options.

Disappointing drip coffee. The darkest (Backdraft) was overbrewed and weak. I didnt try the espresso drinks. The main attraction seems to be the donuts and sugary coffee. Friendly staff. Very small touristy in-and-out place. No seating.

Nice coffee spot! Great tasting coffee, great donuts, and a wonderful experience. Would go back again! A side note, the place is small and I imagine the owners work together, just the two of them. They got busy right after we showed up and the place was cramped and I think this will become a friction point in the future. May need to hire another hand during peak times to mitigate wait times and too many people being smashed into a small space. Overall, wonderful experience and best of luck to you both. It was a courageous decision to open a business during COVID-19.

Nice coffee spot right across from hotel. Got the Bad Dog coffee, but it was all too good!!!!

Meh. This is NOT a coffee shop for coffee aficionados. The high marks are for blueberry-flavored coffee, not a great pour over or espresso drink. Brewed coffee is generic. Unless you are looking for flavored coffee, skip it.

Finally found the BEST coffee in Bar Harbor! Great place with friendly owner/staff. The Blueberry Cobbler coffee (no syrup added) is delicious.

Super super super slow service. We had to leave due to a time constraint. We thought 20 minutes would be enough time to order two black coffees, but the staff apparently had better things to do.

Had the hot blueberry cobbler coffee, was great & I went back for 2nds & a bag of coffee to take home, a must if you’re in town!

We stayed across the street at Harborside hotel. It was great walking across the street and getting a fantastic large Americano in the mornings. Nice friendly people as well! Highly recommend

This coffee shop opened for the first time the last day of our trip. The dark roast tasted AMAZING. It had been 3 days since I had anything that wasnt keurig from the hotel room. I was shocked by how few coffee options there were in bar harbor. The owners have certainly identified a much needed product and delivered with an outstanding location, fast and friendly service, and high quality coffee beans. Strong work, Black Fly CC!

Good coffee, good service and a fair price. What else do you need in a coffee shop? They also had fresh donuts from a bakery in Bangor that were incredible. Brand new little shop currently set up for grab and go service. If I am looking for coffee and a pastry in Bar Harbor, ME again I will stop in to see Black Fly Coffee co.

New coffee shop in bar harbor. They make great iced coffee. They also make espresso drinks although this option has not been included on their menu board yet. They offer a variety of milks including oak milk. The staff is really nice and friendly!

Stopped in here twice during my stay in Bar Harbor. Good iced coffee and delicious doughnuts. They opened just a month ago, mid-pandemic, worth the stop. The owners are so nice!

My fiancé and I tried different coffee shops around Bar Harbor and this one was our favorite! We woke up almost every morning and went and grabbed coffee from this cute little shop! Definitely a coffee shop to stop at in Bar Harbor!

Nice little coffee shop just around the corner from the harbor and park. They were brave enough to open during the pandemic, go small business. They have good coffee, not burnt or acidic. The customer service was amazing, great people who really seem to enjoy their work. You get the feeling that everyone is a part owner and wanting to creat a great customer experience. Donuts were pretty good, more breadie than sugary. Great with a cup of chai.
