This is a very busy location. Parking can be a little tight if you roll in with a big work truck or youre pulling a trailer. Maneuvering to the pump can be rough too.Store is very clean and has a very neat and orderly appearance. Crew here is very nice and friendly.

I read the past 10 reviews and the ones that are saying they had bad experiences are tripping. I have been coming here for 10 years and never had a bad problem. Matter fact today was one of my best experiences the deli manager named Krystal had amazing customer service and the young lady at the cash register was very polite a manner full as well.

Welcome to the Wawa on Eastern Ave where you place an order on the mobile app, choose the time for pickup for 30 minutes later, get to the store 10 minutes later than that and still have to wait 30 minutes for your order because they employees are incomprehensibly slow and dont care. 2 stars because at least the Muzak is decent.

They Need More Than One Cashier At A Time. The Chocolate Cheesecake Shake I Got From Here Wasnt The Same Quality As Other Wawas Ive Been To Either.

Please learn how to make coffee. It seems that the coffee is always made different because its always a different person working the coffee station. Are the employees trained to make coffee differently?!Please make sure that its enough employees to keep the line down. The line is always long, especially during the hours of 9am-11am. Get more help.

This has to be the worst wawa ever 20 min for a begal.

Wawa in general is a very good place to me. But I bought and ate a chicken and rice bowl for lunch today and was sick to my stomach 20 minutes after eating it. I’ll pass on this location now.

Both the times Ive been here within 2 weeks they have made my ONLINE orders very wrong and made me wait 45 minutes for curbside. The manager just gave me a sad apology and sent me on my way. After waiting 45 minutes for a breakfast croissant I wanted to give them another try as it seemed like they may have been busy but that is not the case. At 11pm when there are barely people there they should have no problem creating what I order-- but they do. And they do not care at all. They basically give you what they feel like making. After 2021 this is NOT a 4 star store.......

A joke of a store no customer service what so ever. I’ve ordered from the store twice and both times they messed up the order and said it’s not their problem. I will never be going to this joke of a store ever again. A total joke

WaWa. Located at 6541 Eastern Ave. Was a DESASTER ON 2/13/21. NO COFFEE, NO HOT SANDWICHES, AND NOOO!!! EMPLOYEES TAKING ANY ACTION. @ 5am in the morning. Customers left and went up the street to ROYALFARM Store.

I damaged a pair of Ecco shoes by their gas pump by stepping in something white that wasnt dry, like paint or road striping. They talked to me about the shoes then the conversation stopped. Im not the type of guy who takes corporations for money. I just want the money for my shoes.Its the only place I went that day, so I know I received the paint from them.

Employees are personable. Service is quick and efficient.

When this location first opened up its was awesome, food and service was great. You had a thin fellow cleaning up outside everyday hes gone. Now the employees they are hiring the ones making subs and sandwiches horrible! Hire some people that want to work. And do something about the people hanging by front door begging for money its annoying.

First and only Wawa I have ever been to. This place was very lively a lot of traffic. It was right outside my hotel I was at for a few days I stopped in here a couple times. They have quite the selection and kitchen right in there to order out of. The air hose here was super popular. I now see why they put it off in the corner because there is so much activity at it all the time. Clerks were really cool too.

I am a regular of Wawa but I frequent this location on my commute to work in the morning always good service young fella with tattoos really does a great job keeping up with the cleanliness the outside is always looking spectacular keep up the great work

Friendly staff. Quick service. Clean restrooms. And they are one of the few places left that will still allow you to get FREE water. I spend my money here cuz I think thats awesome!!! Its a win-win!!! 🤣

I love this location! Always friendly. My food is always made properly. Ive asked for exceptional things that other stores always hassle me over and NEVER have an issue here. Doesnt matter who the Manger is, they always accommodate me. Thats why I wont go anywhere else. The only thing I could do without is all the homeless beggars that seem to live in front of this store. Its annoying because theyre really bums. Ive overheard them scheming for drug money. Its disgusting and I hate having to tell them no when they ask for money when I walk in AND when I leave out. Ughhh!

The only true pit stop for those from the Philly region. Hot coffee, hot and cold subs, and a surprisingly creative coffee drink bar - all 24 hours a day. Theres no place like Wawa.

I like very much this place, employees are usually friendly, but I went there on new year eve. There were only one lady working there but wasnt busy enough for her to messed up my order. I ordered a hot macchiato with my order, she went on and make me a cold drink. Im pretty sure, she realized her mistake but gave it to me anyway. I just left without complaining.

One roll of toilet paper in the entire ladies room, a super limited menu, and no dairy alternative at the coffee bar. Im used to Wawa being more vegetarian friendly, so that was a bit of a beat. On the way plus side, the employees were lovely. Overall, this is a great Wawa if you can pee standing up, really love hoagies, and take your coffee black.

Best place in bmore for gas. Safer then most of chity. Problem I have is the sign said 2.79 An pump said 3.15 and when I told the cashier he said that it happens a lot and they can’t do anything about it.

Dont pay at the pump for gas. Myself and 2 people I know got credit card info skimmed.I was first, told my friends, about a month later, after it was supposedly fixed, someone else got it.

Not a bad store at all. Normally I just pick up one of the pre made sandwiches. The lines do get long but after a few secs someone else comes up and rings at a register . Bathroom was clean. I would say the only issue is always someone outside asking for money

Salads are good but frequently are out of a popular dressing - honey Dijon. Good assortment of convenience items and snacks and drinks.

Best gas prices

First time at this location and the waiting experience was the worst. OK so I was the only black guy waiting in line. There was a white guy working the register and one guy in front of me so I was next up. An older white lady walks up without waiting in line and instead of the guy waiting on me he turns and waits on her. I bit my tongue so hard it was bleeding, this is not acceptable and he knew he was wrong. I just happened to be in a good mood at the time thats why I didnt say anything but I will not let this slide a second time at this location or any other location!!!😠😠😠

Not very satisfied with this Wawas. I visit this location because its the closest to my home. I like to buy their grapes. I called ahead to ask if there were any grapes in the freezer section, and Michelle answered no. I came in anyway maybe 7 minutes after getting a no over the phone and lord behold they were stocked with grapes. Very disappointing. All in all i will find another Wawas to buy my grapes. They dont need my money no ways ...right Michelle?? Get better with being customer friendly and business oriented.

Look Wawas are amazing! If youve never stopped at this chain of convenience stores you should definitely make the trip.(If you can skip this neighborhood thats probably the better option)Free ATMs, cheapest gas (no 93 octane- only 92), clean bathrooms, good Wawa brand food, and a made to order counter!When coming from Northern VA for some reason Google takes you off the interstate at 11B ODonnell exit through a terribly forgotten neighborhood - just wait for 2 more exits. The Wawa is perfectly placed next to the interstate.

Understaffed and no tomatoes? It was not busy and my sandwich took a long time. I was not the only one upset with the wait either.

Being from Philly, its hard not to be critical of this Wawa and all Wawas in Baltimore. Theyre not even close to being on par with a Philly wawa. The food typically isnt fresh. Rolls are frequently hard. Pretzels are virtually always hard. Pretty unacceptable considering theyre a high traffic rest stop / gas station right off 95. The workers are nice at least.

Really long line and the cashier was rude. Denied me service but offered no explanation. Im sticking to the Royal Farms down the road.

I spend alot of money here and usually have no issues. This particular time I ordered the same sub I usually order and there are only 3 other people in the store. I order my sub then do my shopping. The other people order as Im shopping. I pay then return to pick up my sub which isnt made yet. The others were standing around while I ordered and didnt even walk up to the screen to start their order until after my ticket printed. I was 505. She made 506, then 509, then 520. I watch the girl make 2 of the other orders that were ordered after mine so after she starts making the 3rd that wasnt mine I went back to the register and explained and got my money back. No apologies or offer to find out why. I will be buying the $600 of deisel fuel I buy per month somewhere else

My wife is from Philz and worships at the altar of wawa. Considered giving them 4 stars bc they always run out of stuffing for the gobbler but not there fault theyre the only wawa in the city.

Its hard to dislike Wawa, seriously. When it comes to doing connivence stores right, Wawa is the gold standard. With that being said, not all Wawas are equal. But, at least for me, this one stands out among the rest in eastern Baltimore. First off its the location, right off the Eastern Avenue ramp from I-95 south. And when i mean right off, you can drive from the ramp, across Eastern, and into Wawa. Second is service and selection. Service isnt anything that will blow you away and like any place their are some bruised apples. But in general the its fast and friendly. Selection wise, well Wawa does it right, ill just leave it their. And then their is the store its self. Clean. Royal Farms could take a lesson or two about cleanliness from Wawa.I have the opportunity to go to other connivence stores that are closer, but ill go out of my way to go to Wawa.

This is a BUSY store. Not a great place to stop for a custom order if you need food NOW unless you get grab and go (they do usually have a good selection). I like to come here. The staff is friendly and they are usually working hard to get orders out when it is 1-2 people with 5-10 waiting on food.
