By far the best Starbucks Ive ever visited. Quick, clean, and the staff always goes above and beyond with service. Perfect place to hunker down with work or with friends and get your caffeine fix.

The vibe at this Starbucks is the best in the city! Staff is warm and helpful. And the messages on the lids make my morning sparkle.

Manager catered to all of the guests, bringing water to those of us staying here for extended periods of time. He also went out of his way to greet all of the patrons, making for an exceptionally friendly environment. Starbucks usually just sells a commoditized version of a neighborhood coffee shops relaxing atmosphere, but this store actually feels as welcoming as an independent coffee shop.

Doing Homeless program with Starbucks 2020

Asked for 2 tall black Coffees in grande cups.5 sugars on side. I got two tall coffees with cream and tall cups. Only one other person was there. So I dont understand the error.

I placed an order at the fort ave starbucks location via mobile app. But before placing I checked both the app and the Starbucks website to ensure that the store was open due to it being the new year both the website and the app stated that the store closed at 9:00pm. My order was placed at 8:26pm with an estimated pickup time of 8:35pm. I drive there and the store is closed. This isn’t the first time that this location hasn’t been open when the hours state that they should be. If this is a franchise location who makes its own hours no matter how wacky they are understood. At some point there has to be a level of accountability because this has happened to me on more than one occasion. Location seems to be poorly managed.

Order ahead is always quick and makes my mornings easy. The guy greeting and handling the order ahead table this morning was great. Great energy and very fun, brightened my morning! Thank you!

Well organized and quick take out orders

This location is consistently horrible. 9 times out of 10 my mobile order is completely wrong, as if they barista didn’t even look at the order. Specifically with nitro cold brews. Every time they put ice in it. Every time. It doesn’t have ice! I know it sounds petty and petulant but if I’m paying $5 for a dang coffee I want it to be what I asked for! I’m not returning to this location which is unfortunate because I live 2 blocks away.

They never answer your calls, registers have been broken for weeks if not more and nitro machine as well. And when you do mobile order you still wait quite long.

Lady with purple hair at the Register is lost don’t take customer names, and can’t hear properly!

This Starbucks at Safeway never has what I want. Yestetday they had no eggnog. I dont see how when it is located in a Market.

I cant say enough good things about this Starbucks. I happened upon this one while having a family member in the hospital. During the stay, I went regularly for coffee. Not once did I get a bad drink, which happens regularly at my local starbucks. The baristas are extremely friendly and kind. They really helped me figure out exactly how I like my drink (I had recently switched from being a DD regular). Im really debating driving the extra 15 to 20 minutes past my local Starbucks to come here each day, because the store is that awesome.

Ive been visiting this Starbucks for 5 years and I have never had a bad experience. From Matt, Takia, Erica, Cedrick, Shevy, Sam, and Ian with the new crew. Everyone is polite, kind, friendly, fast, and thorough. I really appreciate you all. This is the best Starbucks Ive been to overall in and out of the country.

This store has gone sadly downhill. I just went to get my venti coffee like I do 2 or 3 times a day and like every time I go in after work one employee is doing everything than pours me half a coffee while the other isnt doing anything. Yes I know the names but I wont say them. I wish another Starbucks was near or they just wipe out all the staff and start over. Ive been going for 5 years maybe longer and today will be the last time I go. Good bye Starbucks from a long time customer. Truly disappointed

Today I was in Starbucks, a person came in to Starbucks with loose trousers, wearing no underwear bent down with his whole naked buttocks (totally naked down to his thighs) showing for eating customers to see. Now do not get me wrong I love Starbucks, but I had to tell this man to pull up his pants. Now i believe Starbucks is like a restaurant and no customer should have to be exposed to such indecency. In restaurants there are dress codes, I suggest Starbucks create a dress code so customers are not forced to take on this responsibility for themselves. I do understand that grown men should know better, but seems society is producing adults with no home training and sense of decency.As a loyal customer I feel this is something management in Starbucks should consider, in response to changing value systems. Other wise keep up the good work!P.S. I must add, this is the second time this has happened with this same individual, the first time I said nothing, but this second more exposed incident I was compelled to speak up.

Iv always had great service at this coffee shop. Everyone has always been super nice, quick, and always gotten my coffee orders right. Today though was one of those days that it was super busy so when I got my coffee I was amazed at how perfect it turned out. I literally walked a block up to rite aid and dropped the whole coffee on the ground. I was so sad because it was made perfectly. So I went back in and told them what happened and said Id like the same exact thing but I have one request...can the person who made the first one make my new one. I had my money out and everything. They told me to put my money away that they would replace it and the girl remade it immediately. I forgot to get her name which I am sad about because she deserves a shoutout but they all do for replacing my coffee for free and for being so nice and quick about it and the second one was just as perfect as the first.

This definitely has that neighborhood feel. Even though I use Mobile Order all of the time, they still know me by my first name (without looking down at the cup) and remember what my order is supposed to be (they ask me if Im ok when I try something new).I would like to also point out one staff member among the many. Sam! She has been a constant in 90% of my morning visits and has been a constant smiling face to see, no matter how my day is going. Its nice to be remembered even though we barely coversated with one another. So, point is that she is awesome at her job and we need more people like her. This is also not meant to say that there are no other hard workers there, because for the most part everyone else that Ive dealt with has been a pleasure to work with.

This Starbucks baristas are the best & theres more than enough parking between the small Starbucks lot & the huge shopping center lot its located in.

Nice location with easy to access parking

Baristas are usually friendly and fast, never a long wait when I’m here. Bathrooms are clean, and there are a variety of larger and smaller tables to choose from. It loses stars due to no outside seating, and that the music playing is always very loud inside, regardless of which baristas are working.I’ve asked on multiple occasions for them to turn it down and they usually do, but not without making me feel like a nuisance. I’m in my mid-20s and attend my fair share of loud concerts, but my personal opinion is that a coffee shop where customers are primarily chatting/doing work/reading shouldn’t have music blaring so loud that I can’t hear a lecture or my own music on my headphones. If I have to really get work done, I’ll choose somewhere else to go because the music is just too loud here, and most other coffee shops around the city are more reasonable.

I would not recommend this location whatsoever; I ordered a double espresso and it was cold when the barista handed it to me. There is a sign directly in front of the coffee maker, as in all Starbucks, to the effect of: if you dont love your drink, well make it right. When I told the young female barista that my drink was not wam, she countered rudely, its not warm? She proceeded to commiserate with her coworkers and pout while remaking it. Upon thanking her for remaking it, she ignored me; I referenced the sign and read her their policy, and told her I would appreciate it if she adhered to it and was nice about it, which she also ignored. This is my first and only negative Starbucks experience, and I walked away feeling like she was both rude and difficult, and sensed no sort of reprimand or costumer support from her coworkers.

Be careful when headed to this Starbucks on a busy day. If the lot is full DO NOT park in the neighboring McDonalds. They WILL tow your car or ask for a $165 drop fee. Park in the other strip mall spots and I think youll be fine. It was lunch hour and the Chipotle and Starbucks will jam the lot. I think the locals must know this because there was NO ONE in the McDonalds lot...at lunch time???wtf Hope this helps someone else from having the most expensive cup of coffee EVER!!
