I purchased hair for my grandchildren the cashier said I can get my money back with a receipt .I went back to the store today Saturday March 20, 2021 the cashier said no i didn’t say that here is the sign on the counter she lied.I had to purchase $135.00 worth of productsI picked out wavy human hair over $60 .00 and packs of eye lashes, eye lash glue and she said go pick out some jam and booster I said ok she gave me my total and receipt tied my bag I just got home and the cashier put a open pack of braided hair in the bag and took out the expensive wavy hair YES you heard it correctly they are changing out your product when you are not looking .

This site has a weird odor. The ppl working were rude.

I really like going there kind, clean a great deal of products to choose from.

Went there to purchase a few items. They had a african/black man there that was “security”. With no uniform on by the way that was following me throughout the store to see if I was trying to steal. I started to go off of him but I ignored it. However when I got to the register the cashier wasn’t too pleasant either. Won’t be spending anymore money here. Terrible business

The man that works at the store at the register is very disrespectful & arrogant. Don’t give him your money. I asked him for a nose ring with a back clip because the regular nose rings don’t have a back part so they always come out of my nose. He no we don’t have them so I walked around a little & then I found the ones I was talking about. I said see you do carry them for future reference. He got all belligerent saying you asked for clip on I said no I didn’t then he got loud & I said it’s not that serious calm down. Then he got extremely loud to the top of his voice get out get out I said who the f you talking to like that & so on.... I spend hundreds on hair & hair products he won’t be getting any more of my money. I don’t like trump but I love the fact that he built a wall to stop them from coming over here. They come over here & get business & they still not grateful. Learn some customer service skills. Now you have lost a loyal high spending neighbor customer

Basically you cant return or exchange any hair dont buy from here unless youre sure. Terrible customer service

The store was large and had plenty of variety. However, they overcharged me for several items. And on one of my boxes it said $6.99 I was charged an extra dollar and I realize when I got home that the manager had even remove part of the price from the box without my knowledge. Never ever going there again. Cant trust them

I give it 4 stars because of the huge variety they have but its just a bunch of men who are around the store I guess for security purposes but who are not really knowledgeable of a lot of the products theyre not salesman theyre just there the space is so big they could be doing so much more and making so much more money but hey Im just a customer who does HAIR 🤗

The man/owner is very rude and doesnt appreciate his customers! I will never spend another dollar in this store! I asked him a couple questions and it was as if I was getting on his nerves.....Its a big store with big variety but its another beauty store down the street with great customer service. I would advise anyone to go somewhere else to spend their hard earned money!

This store is very large and offers a variety of products. The first few times I patronized this store, I felt the staff, especially the man at the register, was a bit cold and unfriendly. Once I began talking to them and being careful to say a kind word or two on each visit, they began recognizing me and making it a point to be friendly and accommodating to me when I come there. I can be pretty indecisive when shopping for hair products. The short older lady and I joke with each other and have fun while she assists me with selecting new hair and styles whenever I come there and she is on duty. Nobody looks over my shoulder or bothers me when I shop. Although may daughter and I frequent other hair stores, we always go here first to find what we are looking for.

The y’all skinny guy is very disrespectful and unwilling to help. He has a nasty attitude and I hate to approach him if I’m need of help, I’ll go without before asking him for his assistance.

The cashier was so rude. He snatched my bank card from me. Wasnt giving me a chance to tell him how to use my card. He wanted me to use credit and I told him I was using debit. He cancelled my entire transaction! Never coming here again! BBB will be getting an email from me!

OMG going in there in the summer you Will melt. I am an young black women, that live in Baltimore city .so yes, people judge you and stereotype quick. Thats expected but damn. I come in speak smile and etc.I go to the back to look at wigs . look behind me one of the employees that i walked passed at the door was now watching me. He wasnt lowkey about it he was very obvious that he was watching me .I move he move . Every step I mad he was right behind me . I look behind me and say hi and asked a question and I dont remember if he answered it correctly but I was over being there . Guess what they just drove away this customer. That was my first time their and my only last time I REALLY HATE THEM its hot, its smell, and they think everyone going steal from them 😒

Very rude I ask the guy for a certain type of hair before I could get to the color he says we have it. I told him Im not finish and tried to ask to a certain color but he rudly says didnt you ask for the hair. You want the hair you want it or not. I walked out. Never will I go to this place again.
