I absolutely love this place but Michael is the only person I use he is definitely the best and very friendly and professional. I will not use anyone else but Michael everytime he does my hair is amazing and always looks so healthy!!!

Visited JCP Hair Salon at Eastpoint Mall in Dundalk, MD on 1/13/2020 and my services were done by Stylist Tammy. I came in at 1:30 for my 2:00 appt. and she took me right away. Tammy was professional from beginning to end of visit. She asked what I wanted done and shared info with me so I can have a WOW experience. I got a relaxer and ends trimmed. She recommended the best relaxer for my hair. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I could tell she care about my hair and wanted to please me. I was VERY satisfied with the end result. She took her time with my hair. I will definitely visit this salon again and have Tammy to do my hair AGAIN. Thanks for a wonderful experience Tammy. I definitely recommend this hair salon and Tammy for your hair care needs.

Haircut was fine, but hair smelled burnt for over a week. Had to buy olaplex shampoo and conditioner. I didnt go back I think the curling iron was way to hot.

Me and my husband have been here many many times over the past year and a half. This is by far the best place around.

My young daughter had her hair cut on 9/2/19. When the stylist was clipping the hair on her neck she was cut and burnt by the trimmers in over 10 spots all over her neck. Once she realized her neck was hurting we returned to the salon to see a manager. Karen tried to help us by gifting us some finipil antiseptic cream to protect her from any and all infections. Well after 2 treatments with this cream I realized that the expiration date was 2/1/19. Over 7 months ago. Worst experience ever. Mistakes happen but for a manager to compound them on top of another is not acceptable to me!!!

Great. Place everybody was nice and I would recommend people to go there anytime!!! The people that I referred also had good experiences and return to get their hair done as do I 👍🏻😀

HORRIBLE RECOMMEND TO NO ONEI went there today staff were nice. But they took forever. There was an hour wait my appointment was at 12 I got there around 11:40 and I ended up getting seen around 1:30. THEY MESSED UP MY HAIR!!! I came for my split ends to be cut. My hair is now up to my nose used to be down a little past my chin. AND HALF MY HAIR ISNT EVEN CUT it’s the way it was when we got there. The lady also messed up my brothers hair. His shape up on the side of his head is shaped like this ( ~ ) and his hair isn’t even cut all the way. What a shame

I will only see Michael im sure they have other great people but hes the best
