Today was my first time ever visiting this store. The moment I entered, I had to check my bag. No problem. I proceeded to look at the wigs, where another customer was standing. Another employee stood close by me and the other customer and stared at me while I was looking. Not only did he not greet me, he never once asked if I needed any help. I walked away and continued to look around the store. There were a few other employees behind another counter holding a conversation. Neither of them stopped talking to greet me or ask if I needed assistance either. So, while the store had plenty of nice things, I didnt feel very welcome there. I dont spend money where I dont feel welcome. I take my business elsewhere.

I absolutely LOVE this hair store! There are two hair stores at the mall and i definitely love them both BUT KC just different. All of the staff there are very very helpful, and honest. You can show them a picture your budget and they will point you in the right direction of what it is that you need when it comes to your hair. They also have all the flavor lip glosses, balms, and lip chap. i really enjoy shopping at KC Hair and Beauty

This kc hair and beauty in Westside shopping center has the best customer service as far as I know. Everyone greets you and are super helpful. The store is always clean. Its easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable and legible. Its always a pleasant experience.

While I do agree with some comments of it being overpriced, I must say each time I go I receive WONDERFUL customer service! Someone always speakers and ask if I need help. One day I wasn’t sure what to do with my hair and this lady stopped stocking shelves and walked around with me! I came back in yesterday to buy more stuff and showed her pics of my hair (which turned out amazing). ONLY reason I’m not giving it five starts is for the prices. Selection is HUGE!!!

The customer service was great!! I went in there today and I honestly dont have a clue about hair and atleast 3 associates helped me! They literally stopped what they were doing and helped me without me even asking!The store was very neat and clean! They were fully stocked with everything you may need.Will definitely come back

Beyond my best expectations! Everyone, literally, everyone was helpful. I interacted with the three people behind the counter, another sales associate on the floor and the security guard. The store is clean, clear of clutter and has ample amounts of products on the shelves. And I didnt mind paying a little more for a well-stacked, one-stop-shop beauty supply store.

We need to stop supporting these Korean owned shops & start looking for black owned beauty supply shops. They will RIP you off at these locations. They make you feel like a suspect when you walk in & despite the fact their receipts says store credit, they are full of it you do not get store credit. These Koreans do not care they just want our money. I know most of yall will still continue to shop at these stores regardless, but just maybe Im throwing some light at some folks.

I love this beauty supply store. They have all my go toos, they have unlimited supply of different color hair, its a big, roomy store and the cashiers are nice.

I like the store. It’s clean however their customer service is lacking. No one is ever around to assist and when you find someone they act like they really do not want to assist. They also need more variety of colors and stock with their wigs. I guess it’s time to find another hair store

My nieces love it but me on the other hand not so much. Customer service is a bust and no one in the back of the store where they sell the personality pieces ask do you need any help instead they look at you like your trust.

I was harassed by the standing security upon entering the store for what reasons I am not sure. He must be new because I’ve never seen him at this location and i visit here once maybe twice a week. He asked me a question that he didn’t like my response to and immediately demand that I leave the store and when I went to continue my purchase he aggressively charged at me as if he was going to arrest me or put my face on the counter. It really disappoints me because this is my neighborhood beauty supply store that I always go into and the staff is always helpful when it comes to finding my purchase but after this incident I will no longer support this establishment and will just give my money to the non black individuals who own these types of stores. At least I know I won’t be harassed or discriminated against. The community is already over policed by the city cops that handle that district but for a security guard to be as aggressive as he was is unacceptable and bad on the company’s part. I recommend him for anger management or other security guard training.

KC beauty has the best products. The staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products especially Tanisha. Superb service!

The store is beautifully renovated, and all the hair supplies that you can find, but the wigs arent in good quality AT ALL its disappointing.

Staff isnt helpful. They would rather stand behind the register talking instead of opening a second register to assist you.

I didnt hate my experience there becos I found wat I was looking for at a great price but the wasnt friendly or helpful it seem like they were too busy to help me i didnt like the staff at all I wouldve spent more money in there if the staff was better sooo thats why Im giving 1 star all becos of the staff very unprofessional but good selection of hair products I would visit again hoping the would be better next time please get the staff in order sooo u wont lose customers

However if ur looking for a little cheaper merch there IS a beauty supply INSIDE the mall downstairs next to popeyes that carry some of the same things 4 a few less coins
