I love their bundles☺️ They’re so soft and no shedding plus it bleached and color so well. Best hair in Baltimore hands down. They have bomb sales and also their hours of business is so convenient especially when you need hair last minute.

The customer service is amazing. The staff responds very quickly to all inquiries. The hair is great and I absolutely love the amount of sales they have for their customers. I definitely recommended them to all my friends and family.

I bought the bundle sale and I’m not sure if it was lower quality because it was cheaper. After a week it was tangled to the max and shedded really bad. Hair was all over the place so I took it out and trashed it. I want to order the premium hair but Im scared I may encounter the same issue.

I ordered wholesale mink lashes and 3 bundles of 40” to try out for my boutique. My order arrived within 3 days and not only that but my clients love the lashes. They are extremely fluffy. The associate I spoke with was very nice and answered all of my questions which made me feel extremely comfortable. It’s good to finally have a trustworthy U.S. supplier.

The hair is super soft and doesn’t tangle, the only downside my bundles had a ton of fly aways and after styling it’ll appear very fizzy. Maybe I just had a bad batch

I drove down from P.G. County to purchase some peruvian hair because my stylist recommended this company. I was assisted by a young lady towards the corner of the store that was so sweet that I had to write a review on square and google. It is so hard to find good customer service nowadays but she was by far the nicest person I ever met in Baltimore. I’ve had my hair for about 3 weeks now and colored it honey blonde and it feels as if I never even colored it. Thank you for the great quality and customer service. I will be referring all of my girlfriends.

My experience with this company was terrible the customer service is terrible I was threatened by the representative that if I didn’t. Take my honest review Down that they will not give me a refund I spent over a thousand dollars with them never received my hair I called to check on my order got put on hold for 8 mins then the phone was disconnected I tried to calll back go no answer and from this believed I was being Scammed I had the right to be upset and apology would have been a great way to start … but I never received that either I wanted the Product… it was my birthday I expected it to be on time shipping like the cite says…. I will be reporting them to the authorities…because I have yet to get confirmation on my refund!!!

I ordered 52inch hair for over 900.00 and never received the product at all when I called they put me on hold never came back to the phone. Then when I called again I got no answer

I called looking for a 360 wig needing it the same day. I Ordered it at 9:30 a.m. and they dropped it off to me by 1:00 p.m. I could not believe it. They were super sweet and professional after I asked 500 questions. Although I was referred, I still like to get my own information prior to purchasing. Ive had my unit for over 3 months now and I love it.

They were the only ones open during this whole covid-19 madness. When I got there it was really busy. But the 2 ladies in the front managed to get the line down. But I just want to say the hair is still gorgeous. You ladies impressed me because upon picking up I was surprised of the area. You ladies were very patient and understanding of all the questions I asked. I will be a continuous returning customer.

I’ve been going to KingRich for over 3 years now and I love their hair. The Raw Virgin Russian and Filipino are the only kind I get. The customer service is amazing, My sister and mom orders from them also. However this isn’t their address, my sister came down from L.A. and got lost. I believe the address needs to be updated.
