The associate/MUA greeted me and helped me immediately upon entering the store. Not only did he match foundations to my skin tone, but examined my skin (which is very dry and sensitive) to find something which best suited my skin type. Not only that, but he offered samples he recommended for my dry skin. His customer service was immpecable and his attitude was even better. I’ve never had such great customer service or attention at any other makeup or skincare store or facility. Thank you Travis!!!!

Im pleased with the customer service and overall feel of the store when I walk in, its always clean and organized, but even better you have a well educated staff as well. One employee however stands out to me more than anyone; Rachel. When I come in I usually only come to buy what I need and assure that this young woman is working. She takes the time to help me match foundation colors and shows me all of the new products that she feels would help my skin not just to make a sale but to suggest only what i truly need. She can multi-task between customers and still make me feel like my visits there are personal one on one sessions. And have you seen this girls makeovers? Just wow! She even takes the time to show me how to apply the makeup or skin care products that I would be purchasing to make sure Im 100% set on the product before making a purchase. Your other employees are great but Rachel definitely goes above and beyond to help me make smart purchases and is always so sweet and pleasent. Each and everytime I come in she smiles at me and makes sure to acknowledge me even if she is busy with another customer. I can assure you that when i visit, Rachel is not letting me leave without feeling beautiful and 100% knowledgeable on the products I purchase. Keep up the good work!

I am shocked by these reviews, I never thought I would be writing one however I was searching for your number & stopped to read. If these woman are talking about the only Rachael I have ever met at your location then I find it VERY DIFFICULT to believe these accusations against her!! Every time I come in your store & she is there, Rachael is ALWAYS so eager to help & teach me amazing tricks & tips! She is so kind & considerate when helping me pick out the things I need. Almost everyone in your store is! So I truly hope that these horrible reviews do not affect me from seeing good people, doing what they love to do, because in that case I will follow them! Keep up the GREAT work ladies & gents!

Wow i will never be coming back to this location. I saved up for a long time to buy all new makeup and spend a few hundred dollars and was so excited to shop... it was NOT the usual fun shopping experience i have at Sephora. awful customer service. The girl that works there was on her phone the entire time. I had to continually ask her if they had certain products. She would look for it, go “nope we don’t have it” and instead of showing me a similar product from a different brand just walk away. I had to keep going and bothering her to help me! I told her i was looking for foundation and wanted to be matched.. she said “yeah Just do swatches” and didn’t offer to help me find my shade. I spent the majority of the time wandering around looking for things while she played on her phone and tried products on HERSELF. Also the store is messy, dirty, disorganized and was out of a ton of products. And high pitched security alarms were going off the ENTIRE time. NOT a nice relaxing fun experience getting new makeup.. I’m honestly so shocked by the state this store is in. Whoever the manager is, they need to be fired and replaced. This seems dramatic but i work retail too and this experience was just seriously bad. If i wanted to be ignored while shopping i would buy my makeup at Walmart.

Love this place. They would let you try differnt make ups and foundations that you desire.The price are kind of high but I think its truly worthed to try.Always aks for specials they have because you would be surprised what kind of bargains you can get for brand name stuff!!!

I went into this sephora with the sole purpose of returning an item I had bought online that was the wrong shade. I also WANTED to pick up a few things. I have never had a worse or more insulting shopping experience. It was so bad that I contacted sephora customer service and was ensured the store manager would get back to me. That never happened. So I called myself and spoke to the manager, who said she would follow up with me. That also never happened. Im so surprised that I had that experience that was so awful and no one has resolved the problem with a follow up. This experience has prompted this review. Shoppers beware! Well played sephora.....now I go to Ulta.

The girl who works there, Rachel, stalked and harassed my sister on Facebook after getting a bad review for her horrible customer service. As a former Sephora employee I can tell you that is not only uncalled for, but she should be terminated. I will never shop at this location and I will make sure to tell all of my friends to go to a free standing Sephora so they wont be met with the same harassment and psychotic behavior. I also find it suspicious that all of her 5 star reviews come from people who are friends of hers. Shes trying to hide her bad reviews by having her friends leave 5 stars!
