I was sold a car that was filthy. It has pet hair everywhere in the car and stains. The sales person promised a detail and now shes on vacation until October. I had to pay out of pocket for a detail that still didnt get those stains out. I also just decided to throw seat covers on the seats because the seats are so disgusting. I hadnt even had the car for 30 days and all service lights came on on the vehicle, every light that popped up had to do with the brakes.
Ask for Alyssa Jackson!! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy before we left with our new Kia Telluride!! Very awesome experience!!! Very attentive staff from the time u enter and up to until you leave. I had Jason and Tim for sales. I went to their website and asked them to contact me. Jason contacted me and asked if anyone else had contacted me. I told him no and he asked if the car I was wanting was a K5? I said I want that blue one on your floor. I explained my dilemma for financial reasons. I said if financially possible I wanted that card. Less than hr later he said I was approved. I went up today and signed paperwork. Ryan with financing was easy to work with. No pressure and completely explained my options where I understood it and very personable. I am so happy with the service I had. Will recommend highly and big thing was I was only there a couple hrs. I dont like places where they make u wait

Thank you HW Kia for a great experience with my car repairs. I will be a loyal customer from now on. The warranty is up on my vehicle and I decided to try Kia instead of Cadillac. I am so happy I did. The mechanic Mark Wilkinson went above and beyond to make sure my car was right. He also explained what was going on with my car and what needed to be done. He literally saved me over $400.00 by replacing just the glass in my mirror instead of the entire side view mirror that Cadillac said would be necessary. Words cannot express how grateful I am for his honesty and integrity. Everyone in the service department was courteous and efficient. I had an auto butler detail. It literally made my car look brand new. It protects the paint and makes the car extra shiny. I was given wonderful personal service at HW Kia when I went in for an oil change and tire rotation recently. While I was there I also asked for a touch-up on a couple of nicks on the hatch door. The service department had my car washed before the touch-up so it would be perfectly cleaned. When I went to inspect the touch-up, I only found it because I knew the exact location. The Kia technician that does the touch for them, did a first class job. All the remaining work was completed on schedule. The entire experience was so positive, I will be back for the next schedule maintenance.
People and service was great. Took the van up for service and everyone was so helpful. Even though they didnt have the newer vehicle we were looking for they put forth a valiant effort in locating one for us.Will be back to look.
Heard the commercial on the radio and thought I had a good chance of finding something given my credit situation but was told I need a co signer. The commercial is very convincing but I basically waisted my time applying. Customer service wasn’t the best no one ever called me just basically did everything through email which is not convenient.

I was lured in by some manger on the phone telling me what great deals they had and they would love to share them with me. I came in and was given a price for a Telluride plus $5000 for Market Adjustment. No deals mentioned besides making me pay 5k more for a vehicle. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Me and my wife went to this Kia dealership to look at a Telluride. The dealer told us that they are charging around $7,500 markup over the market price and they wouldnt let us drive a vehicle unless we are committing to a markup. It was an overall weird experience (not to mention a waste of time that we drove to this dealership.). $ 7, 500 markup for what? What value does it add to the car?It makes us wonder, what else will Kia charge us a markup for? For example, if tomorrow we buy a Kia and some part breaks down, and it is in short supply, will they make us pay a charge up for the repair? If theyre short-staffed in their maintenance department tomorrow, will they charge their customers some markup for scheduling a maintenance? I discussed this experience with my friends, and they also had similar experiences with KIA. Now it is seriously making us rethink our relationship with the not only Kia, but also its subsidiary Hyundai, and making us wonder whether we should buy their cars again ever.EDIT: As seen from their response below, they seem to find nothing wrong with this behavior! Shameful! We do not see what value do they add to the car when they charge that markup, other than taking advantage of public. No apologies, nor did they address that they essentially showed their customers the door!

Sales experience gets 5 stars. Justine, the sales associate who worked with me, was very patient as I debated between two trim levels and helped me find the best car for me. Im thrilled with my new Kia! I was less thrilled with the finance experience, however, as I felt pressured even after giving definitive answers on which warranties and extras I was and was not willing to purchase.
I feel like if it weren’t for Justine (my sales rep) and Ryan (my finance guy), this trip would not have been as successful. Justine was very personable and did not try to pressure me one way or another. She humored me when I needed to cal and get my brother’s opinion, and despite how long I was there, she was honestly a fun person to be around. Ryan helped me really understand my options, and I really feel like he was helping me get the best deal. The building is under repairs, and they seem kind of understaffed, but they have a solid staff nonetheless. I love my new Kia Seltos, and I’m so happy that I had the team helping me that I did.
This dealership uses the bait and switch method by listing their cars on the website at a discounted price. The car I was looking at was listed at 15,800 and when I sat down to discuss financing they gave me a price of 19,998 which was 2.5k above MSRP. When I asked the sales manager why they would list the cars online at such a low price he told me all the other dealerships are doing it. Do not waste your time, this dealership is very shady.
I was rolling down my window and it would not go back up I totally panicked and ran to the West County Kia drove my car into the service center . I was asked by a gentleman if Ive been helped and he was totally not helpful, told me that they were very backed up and there was nothing anybody could do for me that day, so Im just standing there by my car still in the service center when Alex came out asked me if Ive been helped yet . I told him what had happened he did say that they were very busy but he said just a minute, he went back got James the service manager, he assess my situation and told me that I was going to need a new motor . He asked me if I had somewhere to put my car until the motor came in and I told him I didnt it was going to be left out in the weather . So James went back got some tools, got my window up for me and then taped it so it wouldnt slide back down. James and Alex went over and above customer service to help me and I am truly grateful .

Be careful with this place, they will rip you off blind. Make sure to get an estimate for whatever car you’re gonna buy and get a deal lower than those estimates. And if you’re trying to trade-in, I wouldn’t recommend that option, they always give you $2-$3k below what the market will offer you. You’re better off somewhere, avoid this dealership at all cost.
We were from out of state but when I called we were told to come in as soon as possible and they would fit us in for a diagnostic. True to their word, we were in and out in about 90 minutes. That included the diagnostic, the repair and a car wash. Jane & Bobby were the ones who helped us and they were wonderful! Great job, yall.
In addition to awesome service I received from Robert (previous review), I must also recognize Jason in Finance, for letting me know that I should receive a letter for tax credit from the insurance company to take to the DMV. He figured my tax and license on the high side, but said they would be less than $1,000. Low and behold, when I went to get my plates today, it was $41.75. Thank God for that letter and Jason for letting me know to make sure I take it with me. I am truly pleased with all of the service I received at HW Kia. Keep up the great customer service!!!
Worst experience. After waiting 6 weeks to get my car after the original promised date, they refused to answer phone calls or return messages about the title application. The lender is just trying to pay them, and I’ve had the car for two and a half weeks. I had to follow up and call every couple of days, leaving messages and talking to these unresponsive idiots. Ryan the finance manager and his boss, Randall, would not return phone calls from me or the lender and were completely no help. I have worked in the car industry for years and never come across such an unprofessional group of people. Alexis, my salesperson, came to the rescue and drove the necessary paperwork to my house. I would work with Alexis again if she goes to another dealership, but I would not recommend buying a car here. Biggest hassle.
Went here looking for a vehicle. Walked around, no one came out or seen if I need help or had questions. Went inside, looked in the vehicles on the showroom floor, no one still came out
I have attempted to call the sales department over 2 days and roughly 12 calls and no one answers, the phone continues to ring then I am disconnected!
Tried to call 5 times to get ahold of sales. No go. Finally talked with reception and they said that they have no Tellurides to test drive and if you want to test drive, you have “agree on a price” (?) and then wait 3-6 months to test drive…? Other car dealers in this class of car have at least one car on the lot to test drive. Not Kia. You can’t even get sales to pick up the phone.
I was in the market for a used SUV for my daughter and came across one I loved online. I spoke to Timothy Devine and he was able to have it ready for me to see when I arrived. A few days later we made a deal (snowstorm slowed the process, not the dealership) and we took it home. Great transaction and a great dealership. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. While I didn’t end up buying a car here, the HW Kia team (Alyssa, Anna) did a great job providing us with info, following up, working up the numbers, finding us a car that could work for us - without ‘hard-selling’. Selection was a challenge (not unique to HW, I might add). If I were to buy a new Kia, I wouldn’t hesitate to go to Alyssa and the Hw team!

I worked with Tim Devine originally through the internet inquiry. If you want to have a hassle free experience I would ask for Tim directly.I originally sent out 7-8 bids for Kia around a 150 miles radius. After speaking with all the sales people around the 150 miles radius, I went with Tim. We finalized the deal all through emails; because of COVID. He even offered to overnight all the docs for us to sign (since we live 2hrs south of STL). However, I am old skewl and wanted to finalize everything at the dealership plus I really wanted to meet Tim in person.Once we were in the dealership Tim treated us like VIPs. We went on a test drive while he finalized all the paperwork. Once we got back it didnt take more then hour and half to close all the papers even going through the finance guy.Tim Devine is definitely the guy working for YOU to get you into a car within your budget. There isnt any aggressive sales tactics but he care enough to make sure you got into a vehicle you are looking for.

I am beyond impressed with our purchase experience with HW Kia. We arrived around noon and were greeted enthusiastically by Nick, he was mid conversation with a coworker and dropped what he was doing and immediately engaged with us. We had narrowed our search down to two vehicles, the K5 and the Stinger. He shared pros and cons of each and had us take them for a drive.We had to leave pretty quickly but we exchanged information and were able to work out the numbers over the phone. I came back to the showroom around 4 PM and after the best experience Ive ever had with the finance department of a car dealership, we had our new car by 5.Major kudos to Nick and Bryan - again, I couldnt be happier with the overall experience and my wife is thrilled with her new Stinger! We left a deposit on a Sorento a few weeks back and were treated well by the staff and they even stayed after closing for us. It was a front wheel drive and we really wanted an all wheel but couldnt find one after visiting 2 other dealers. We had planned on picking it up the following Wednesday. The following Monday we called a few more dealers and we found an all wheel at another dealership that was still available. Despite not moving forward on their Sorento Robert and Jason were polite and refunded my deposit no questions asked. This evening Robert followed up with me to ask me if I had any questions about the vehicle. I was surprised to hear from him (especially since the salesperson at the dealer I bought from hasnt followed up.) I really wish we could have purchased through HW. Thank you Jason and Robert. When my friends ask me where I got my car Im sending them your way.
Seems a little shady that you have to commit to BUYING before test driving a your. Would never buy here! Also suspect bait and switch. Shady and bad business treating your customers this way. Wow

I waited 15 mins to see an associate that knew where my paperwork was. The associate who was handling my car purchase paperwork set an appointment with me on her day off. So now they scrambling. 20 mins later they bring me a 2014 Honda CRV. 54,000 miles $20,000. Yes HW KIAs used cars are just as expensive as their new cars. 1995 Cadillac 34,000 miles $10,000. I will say they will get you approved for a loan wont tell you how much til you get there. Then push $20,000 used cars up to have you test drive. I drove 47 miles to that dealership to leave in the same car I drove in with.

Tim was absolutely wonderful! He was so thoughtful and made sure that I was taken care of, and he really knew what he was talking about and how to guide me through the process. 10/10 service and I love my new car.
