See the photo.With your Lifetime Alignment, Youve gotten 4 alignments in less than two years so youve gotten your moneys worth. Were not supposed to do any more on this car.- So apparently a life time alignment is a 4 time alignment. One of which was to correct a poor alignment they did (like this one, with the crooked straight steering wheel).Integrity doesnt seem to be very important here.Caveat; the shop manager is a good guy. Im sure hes trying to cut cost with hours because hes short-staffed and has some Kool-Aid drinking monkey in a suit breathing down his neck about numbers. So Id say this is a Firestone Corporate issue, rather than this specific location. This is just the location Ive had this experience at.

I wanted to give 5 rating to this store despite my problem wasn’t resolved at first time. Office in charge was honest enough to acknowledge the issue and finally fix the issue to my satisfaction. I understand this is mechanical things and sometimes it may not be correct at first place. What is matters is willingness to satisfy the client which they exactly did to me. If ends well, then everything thing is good. Another suggestion is that Firestone need to work on making the waiting lounge smell free. There are tires on display on waiting lobby which makes difficult to sit while customers cars are being ready. May be they can place the display tires in closed glass envelope so that smell shouldn’t come in waiting lobby.

I would NEVER recommend this place. Took my car in for brake problems and they bled the brake lines and charged me almost $150. Turns out they probably didnt even look at the problem because I had to take it to another mechanic and they found problems with the caliper, hose, and master cylinder. The kicker is after not fixing the problem, they told me my car was safe to drive. Total waste of money and they left me with an unsafe car.

Service was good but not friendly! And always ask if they have any coupons because my $84 oil change with tire rotation cost me 54 so save your $$$

I did a online appointment for a oil change online and when I took my truck In I was told the online must not have updated cause they was fully booked up but the man at the front went ahead and honored it amd did it anyway since I made the appointment and it wasnt my fault it was their systems for not updating the man at the front was very friendly and great customer service I will continue to take my business the Ballwin firestone I was very satisfied

I had a huge problem of having a blow out on the highway just outside st louis, i couldnt find anybody with the tire i was looking for, vw was closed and I was stuck there, Tony confirmed the tire size and got it order through an Express method which had the tire there within 1 hr instead of previously quoted 3 hrs. Had the tire mounted and balanced as soon as it arrived and I was out the door!! Thank you so much!!

These guys were an absolute blessing for me today. I had a string of bad luck that lead to me having a flat tire, I wasnt able to put my donut on because the jack was broken. I pulled into this Firestone and they offered to help me put my donut on. It was truly a blessing that I pulled in there and Im so grateful for them helping me.

I trust these guys. Tony has been here for years and hes a straight shooter. Another local tire store, who shall remain nameless, told me I needed ne tires during the state inspection. Thought I get a 2nd opinion. Tony at Firestone told me the tires were fine. I also bought the lifetime alignment and balance for this vehicle. Pay one time and get tires balanced and aligned for the life of the vehicle. Excellent service. Honest people.

The front driver side wheel fell off my car, truly while I was driving it. Luckily I was not on the interstate. it would have killed my family. I have been loyal to Firestone for years and bought the last two sets of tires from this location and had their credit card. no other garage touched my car. Firestone would not pay for the damages, nearly $2,000.00 or for the rental car. I was told that someone must have loosened the nuts on this professionally tightened wheel. Firestone did not honor the credit card agreement. So watch out.I had to pick a star to get this to post. I would not give not one star.

If there was a negative star I would use that. I bought a set of tires from this location in June. I recently had one of the tires blow out. I have owned several cars in my life and NEVER had an inner sidewall blow out on a tire. I took it in and the manager, who by the way would not come out and talk to me personally said the tire had been run flat and that is why. I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place. So I paid for the replacement. Two weeks later I had yet another tire go flat with the inner sidewall ripping apart.I took it to the location and got the same story. This time I knew better. They did not want to take care of it and told me it would be at least 5 hours even if it would be that soon. The employee said they had too much work as you could see four guys standing around in the garage.I left and went to a different location which told me it was a tire defect and they replaced them for free.

Absolutely love Firestone! Ive taken all of my cars, trucks and trailers to these guys and they do an amazing job. Always extremely happy with the service - prices are amazing and the people that work there are super helpful and polite. I will not go anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys.

What a terrible experience! I brought in my Lexus to replace brake pads only to end up with damaged car. 1st they damaged my brake rotor, and told me it was normal for car to vibrate and make noise when braking. After replacing the rotor, the car now makes squealing noise. After multiple conversation with 2 stores, local GM, and corporate, they replaced my pads and rotors again. However, that still did not fix the issue. The brakes now make even more noise than before. They also scratched the car while it was in the shop. After more than 20 years of being a customer, this will be my last visit.

Was quoted 3 hours to have tires mounted and a wheel alignment.Actual work took less than an hour. 2 hours left sitting in the waiting room, before the service was even started. The appointment was set more than a week in advance. Truly abhorrent customer service.First and last time using firestone. The same service at autotire is done in 1/3 the time, without a prior appointment. When asked what took so long the rep laughed and said they let it drip dry before they started (car was wet from the rain)

They will sell you a tire pressure sensor even if its not broke, quote you 245 for 1 tire and then add on a bunch of stuff when you get there. 295 and not even install it

This firestone is convenient and reliable, my family has used them for years. Ted is always very honest and knowledgeable, he never tries to upsell you. I will continue to use them for all my vehicles.

I was highly disappointed at the reception I got from the counter when I walked into the store. Everyrhing out of this guys mouth was negative. Two hours later when I got my truck, the two front tires were almost flat. I told him it was unacceptable and told him I would not pay until it was done right. The next day I had to fill the right front tire again. Slow leak after I paid $1300.00 for this set of tires. Firestone will here about it when I get back home.

Adam was so awesome! So was the other guys that helped change my tire after relentless going back and forth with my service warranty contract. Im more than positive Ill come to this location over the other ones.

Cant say enough about the team (and especially Ahmad) who went out of their way to help us when it was supposed to be a simple fix due to a nail in a tire. But when it became more complicated than that, Ahmad made numerous calls for us to find the solution and they did it quickly (it all started on a Sunday which didnt help). Thanks to the team there.

Called less than hour before they closed because of a screw in my tire. They were kind and got me in right away. The tire was fixed in less than 30 minutes. Great Service!

They overfilled my tires by almost 20% which caused me to get a side bulge from impact damage. They wouldnt rectify their mistake and wouldnt take responsibiliy and wanted to charge me for a new tire.

We got there close to closing time they fit us in and got the fire on the car in 20 min amazing customer service and real good prices

Used to do good work here, but after last week and today, I would warn anyone against going here. They stripped two (different wheels) wheel studs and lug nuts taking my wheels off. These were all brand new 5 months ago. Thats what happens when you use an impact and not a breaker to Crack them loose.Then they want to charge me an additional $300 to correct their mistake!!!!!!!Wont be using this location again. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Paid $ 950 for two front tires on my truck. Sidewall blows out on one of them after 2 months, didnt hit anything, sidewall just pops and they say theres no warranty. I have to buy another $400 Tire. Only had the tire for 2 months and they say theres nothing they can do about it.

Came in to have assess a problem with my vehicle. Spent little to no time troubleshooting and gave me an incorrect diagnosis which would have cost me twice as much money for just the part. Also lied about things that they had supposedly found wrong with my vehicle. Ive given this store and the one down the road near the Manchester Walmart a chance, NEVER again firestone.

Worst customer service by manger name Adam. I would give a 0 rating but did not had a option for that. I was a customer with firestone for many years, but this would be my last visit .
