This service was not what I have come to expect from Jay Wolf Toyota. I dropped my vehicle off the evening before since I had a 7:00am appointment scheduled for the following morning. When I checked on my vehicle at 11:00 am it had not even been assigned to a technician to work in it. I was given a loaner car to use while my vehicle was being taken care of. I was notified about 1:00 pm that my vehicle was done. This was not typical of the service I have received for my vehicles that I have taken here for the past 6 years. I dont know what happened however, I am grateful for the loaner car so I was able to complete the other things I had to get done today.
Explained what services I wanted prior to appointment. 1 Wanted oil change 2 summer work for condition 3 vacuuming by detailing department. Spook with person in detailing department. Commitment to vacuum only. While in service explained my customer list again. Made it clear again that I would pay for vacuuming service. Agreed again that vacuuming would be included. Didnt happen. Got the finesse song and dance. To be clear the detailing department is open for service. The day of appointment arrangement they the detailing department said theyd do it.
Experts and Friendly people. I always returned home happy after the service.
I was frustrated with the hatchback on my car. I was there once before, but it functioned fine for them. Kevin H. Helped me. He immediately showed me what he thought the problem was, and he was right. He also said they might not have the part, which they didnt. He was honest and caring. He said it would work correctly when I got it back. Which it does. Kevin is the best. I was considering trading it in for another a competitors brand. But now Ill keep it, and when ready for a trade in, Ill come back to Jay Wolfe.
Purchased a car from Jay Wolfe and while the sales guy was great, the finance guy was rude and insulting. He was nice until extended warranty was declined, continued to question why we wouldnt want the warranty, to the point that it felt uncomfortable and that he was belittling our decision. I understand this is where his commission/kick back comes in but you certainly arent going to get us to purchase by being rude and insulting.
Service is always easy to schedule online, friendly, on time, and high quality. The waiting room is the best around.

Needed a safety & inspection and my battery tested. Got in and out quickly with no problems.
There was a service technician doing nothing when I came in. He told me that I had to see Bill who was very busy so I had to wait a long time. I told him that I wanted to wait to get my oil changed. In a rude way, he tried to sell me the oil change. He then charged me for my tire rotation. They were the tires that I paid for that came with the car. He then informed me that I had to purchase the tires separately before I got free tire rotations. Needless to say, it was a less than stellar experience.
