My husband and I purchased 3 bedroom sets and a ottoman for our new home. Upon entering we were greeted with very friendly customers service. They have a lot of beautiful bedroom sets to choose from to fit anyones taste. They also have a huge selection of ottoman’s to choose from and if the one you are looking for is not in stock they will order it. We lucked out and was shown a ottoman perfect for our couch which was in stock. Thank you Jordan’s furniture for outstanding customers service. Horrible service! These people are just leaving there good reviews. I went to purchase a bedroom set and they had a 4 piece bedroom set on sale. When my order came in I didn’t receive no mattress and they didn’t even bother to help me set up anything!! They just left all my stuff there and told me to assemble it. I called and told them my mattress is missing and they said that the mirror that is attached to the dresser is the 4th piece!!! I have never ever heard of that. I have purchased at other furnitures and never had this experience. They didn’t even bother to help me when I called. So frustrating now I have to pay for a mattress separate.

Samantha helped me with my application process and helped me with my purchase. The other employee there also was very helpful and they both made my 2nd purchase smooth and enjoyable. Amazing customer service. Will be back. Sofa sleeper is amazing.

We bought a large sectional for our home. They were very helpful, and were able to find us what we needed. I enjoyed working with the Saleslady, and our furniture was delivered the same week. The chaise that came with our sectional was the wrong one, I called Jordan Home Furniture and told them. The next day they picked up the wrong chaise and gave us our right one. It was hassle-free and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I’ve been here twice in the last month and both times carolyne has helped me. The first time I had to get dressers for my kids to match their bed. The second time I needed a desk for one of the kids and ended up with a desk and a rug! Can’t complain one bit. Carolyne has been wonderful both times and I’m sure she will be again when I see her in a week or so to pick up my stuff. I really like the staff and store selection!!

Honest, trustworthy owners! I bought a MacBook Pro for school here. It was a fair price. The girls in the office were very friendly and quick to help with financing. We got to meet the owner and he was also very friendly and polite. I also recently met the manager and one of his brothers who helps move the furniture. I would recommend people to go here and feel safe that their getting their moneys worth.

I have been buying furniture from mo and caroline for years and I used Acima credit but I told them that our sectional sofas broke down not even a week of owning them. They refuse to do anything about it. I hate to say to them but they have lost a loyal customer for life dont waste your money or time here. Not worth it go somewhere else go look around you will get better prices and better treatment.i feel ashamed and disgusted of how they think they are above the law.

I had such a great experience buying my dinning room table from Jordan Furniture. I was having a hard time finding the one I wanted & when I seen their posting on Facebook, they had the exact table I was searching for! But not only was I able to find the perfect table, I was even able to get the 2 extra chairs to accommodate my family of 7. They even were kind enough to let me keep it at their store for a few weeks until my family was ready to move into our new house. Thank you Jordan furniture!! I will definitely be going back!!

Customer service is trash! As I walked into the store a worker was right there in the front and he didn’t even acknowledge me. Then he walked past me again still not seeing if I needed help or had any questions. To top it off another worker noticed me and told him there’s someone up front. He must of said something under his breath because the two guys and girl worker started laughing.

We bought a sofa that broke down within 3 days. They refused to replace or repair it. When it arrived slightly damaged the guys on the truck down played it and complained about other customers who had spoke up when receiving damaged items. They did not validate my concerns about the damaged furniture. The company we financed it through believed Mo (the owner) and refused to hold him accountable. I was told they would take it away and settle with us but it would show settled instead of paid in full and my husbands credit score would drop. I said that seemed punitive and the representative said yes, youre being punished for not paying your bills. NEVER GO HERE!!!

Went there and bought my King bedroom set at a Lower price than MOR or Weatherbys. Excellent customer service. Delivery guys are awesome at setting up furniture. Best Deals in town!!

My mother in law went and purchased several items for her house. Found she didnt have room for something she ordered. She immediately tried to cancel the order for that particular item. They told her there was a 35%restock fee but the paperwork she got said otherwise. She tried to work with them but ending up canceling the entire order and had to pay to do it. She WILL NEVER do business with them again. I wont be doing business with them either nor will anyone I know. I wouldnt recommend anyone does business with them either. She will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau first thing tomorrow. WATCH OUT for their shady business practices if you do business with them.

DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!!!!After shopping around we ended up at Jordan Furniture on June 21st. We bought a beautiful table and 8 chairs for a fairly resonable price. They even delivered and set up that evening for free. All in all it sounds wonderful, right ?? Well, fast forward to August 30th, ten weeks later. We have a dinner party and half way through dinner, 4 of the chairs broke underneath our guests.So the next day we take the 4 broken chairs to Jordan Furniture and wait for a while until a manager comes. The first words out of his mouth are THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON CHAIRS. I said I understood that but these werent even 3 months old. All I wanted was for him to fix them or exchange them or work with me, however he had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS at all.Only after I stormed out of the store threatening to post this on the internet, did he come after us and said he would fix them.Then, 4 days later, my husband calls to confirm they are ready and he drives over there to find out that NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE !! All in all they replaced 2 of the chairs with new ones and left the other two broke.Now it will cost about $250 to resecure the remaining chairs so our friends and family dont end up on the ground again.Oh and by the way, he told me his cost of the Leather back dining chairs was $29, so if you feel so inclined to purchase from them, check the markup.

Worst place to purchase from,I had my dining room set for not even a week an they started falling apart I called an asked them for either a refund or have there installation men who put it together to come pick it up an repair it they would not give me a refund an when the guys came back they of course started talking in non English like they were pissed off they left an actually made the chairs even worse til this day after having it for almost a year an half my husband has had to gorilla glue all the chairs multiple times to keep them from falling off I had to toss on of my 6 chairs because it was unable to be repaired .I will never get anything from this place of business again an my friends an family that start looking for furniture I give this place a 0% satisfaction Im very disappointed .
