The staff was very helpful! I made my purchase, they loaded it in my car and I was off. All within 30 minutes!! Since COVID-19, finding a dresser was harder than you would think! Nobody has inventory, weeks long wait! Astronomical prices!!! I got a nice dresser for a decent price! Thank you!!!

A great place for furniture. We bought our livingroom set there first and was so pleased with the customer service and quality that we went back and got our dining room table there also. We plan on making that our first stop if we need any more furniture. Only reason Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because their third party delivery driver overcharged us for us to do most the work of unloading the furniture.

The staff was very friendly. I wanted the furniture in a darker brown but they didn’t have that color available in the store and I didn’t want to order without seeing it just in case it was ugly.. So, they looked the furniture up, put it on a bigger display which helped me out. They let me browse in peace and answered all the questions I had in detail, they were very knowledgeable about what they were selling.

I was happy that what they advertised, they actually had on stock. I was pleased because when I shop its usually because I want it right away, I hate going shopping and ask for a product and they say awww, we are out and need to order not sure when we will be getting more. Had impeccable service. The furniture I chose was at a really great price and even better quality.

I meant to write this yesterday, Saturday, after my lovely new bedroom set was delivered and set up on Friday. However sleeping on my new mattress set (closeout from Macys awesome!) in my wonderful and beautiful new Constellation black bedroom set took up a lot of my time! The setup was great as Joe did an excellent job despite me sneaking in several times to oh and ah about it and talk his head off. I ordered this online and unfortunately due to the huge amount of fraud going on in the world today I had to go into the local store and confirm my ID and Credit card. Would love to state that this level of fraud and financial abuse is due to todays problems, thats not true. I worked at Bank of America in the early 1980s when it was only a California bank. Every 6 months we had the newest FBI graduate come in to give us bank tellers the information on the latest frauds usually being perpetrated on the elderly. We bank tellers were the last line of defense before the victim handed over their money to the scam artist. So it behooves all of us to always be careful with our money and for vendors to be sure they are getting their products to a legitimate purchaser. I really do love the bedroom set and would most definitely purchase more from Oak Furniture in the future. After all there is more of the bedroom set pieces for me to get to round out my remodel and decorating of my master bedroom!

One of the worst experience I ever have had. Just bought a sofa set from here and when they deliver they forgot to bring the pillows with that, and the driver just left really quickly. When I tried to call them they just rotating the calls, the driver said the store salesman will figure it out and the store person said driver is independent they not responsible for it. So I had to go by my own to pick up my stuff even tho I paid $85 for the delivery.Just unacceptable stuff.👎 👎👎👎👎

My first time going there and first time buying a couch really and the staff made the experience super easy.

They have a huge selection of products available that you can browse through either online or in store on their electronic catalog. Me personally, I like to be able to see and feel the floor model of a bed before purchase but either way Im very pleased with my purchase. It was quick and easy to order, the sales associate Ruben was very helpful and answered ALL my questions. It took about a week to get the items I ordered. They arrived properly packaged and flawless, which by the way, returns are allowed if the items are damaged, otherwise they are subject to a restocking fee. I have previously purchased a recliner here as a gift and this visit I purchased a bed and an area rug. I definitely will return to purchase again.

A few years ago I purchased a couch from them and it’s still in amazing condition! So I went through them to purchase a dual recliner set. Eric Sr. has amazing customer service! He was consistently making sure that all questions were answer and went out of his way to total up different scenarios of the furniture I was looking at. He really hooked it up and gave me a great deal! I’m extremely happy with the customer service and the quality of their furniture!

Amazing, fast and efficient

Awesome customer service I went in and right away I was approached by Eric. I had told him that I was looking for some sofa recliners and he made sure it was in stock he also help me with showing me the mattress. With in 20 to 30 mins or so. I was in and out done with my purchase and very excited.
