Called and scheduled a appointment with Robert that same day We went for a mattress. Robert was so nice and welcoming his place of Business was very clean and also welcoming. Had a good variety of mattresses. We had been shopping around for a mattress but couldnt find a good one within our budget. But we got such a great mattress very comfortable and ended up purchasing a box spring also. Great customer service great mattress, great prices. 10 stars. Thank you Robert.

I recently purchased a King bed. It was the Arctic gel bed, and after a few weeks, Ive never slept better. Quick and easy transaction, Robert was super helpful. I tried a few different beds and the thought i wanted a reclining bed, but after laying on most, the cool gel top won out! Robert deserves 0 star for customer service.We recently bought 2 mattresses from Robert at Box Drop. He clearly told us that the basic mattresses come with 30 day warranty in which we were ok with. Within 4 days, both mattresses sink. 4 DAYS.We brought up the issue to him and he refused to take responsibility. He said that he cannot take them back as he operates a clearance center. We then asked him then why do they have 30 day warranty. He said 30 day warranty does not cover foam. It only covers springs and stitching. He never informed us what is covered. He said he is not required to inform every customer of what is included in their warranty. (Please go on yelp for our whole conversation as google is not uploading our photos)If you plan on buying from him, pay by credit card so that you can charge back with the bank in case he runs again. See photos for our conversations and you can make your own decision.EDIT: And NO, Robert did NOT offer a full refund as he mentioned in his reply. After we said we will give him bad feedback, he offered $260 for the mattresses, not the box spring and we paid $513 for everything. Why would we want to keep the box spring? When you sold the mattresses, the box springs are included. Now you say you give us full refund but just for the mattresses only? Come on! See photos for proof. Robert is a LIAR!!!!
