I stopped by the store to purchase a mattress for my guest bedroom. I was promptly helped by Chase. The whole process was quick and simple and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. He helped me order and scheduled for delivery the mattress that I wanted. I received a phone call few hours later and was informed that the mattress I paid for is no longer available at the warehouse so they’re upgrading me to next mattress available at no cost to me instead of issuing a refund. I greatly appreciate this level of customer service and the complimentary upgrade since I do need the mattress and issuing a refund wouldn’t solve my problem. Highly recommend shopping here!

Started off cool at 1st but then they told me it was a $50 fee to hold on to an order which in and of itself is not bad however when add however when Im getting text messages and communication about a incommunication about a mattress being delivered to me it makes it sound like they took that money and put it as a down payment instead and I and I did not agree to that and that left me feeling very uneasy so for that reason I do not approve of the service and will not be utilizing their service again.

The gentleman who helped us, Chase, was so inviting. He was easy to talk to and very friendly to me and my family. We found a cheaper price elsewhere but because of Chase’s customer service we bought from him.

This review is based purely on the online customer service and company and not the store in particular. We had looked at ordering the mattress in store but it wasnt available so we ordered online. Big mistake! I should have had it delivered to the store but since the delivery was free I figured I would have it delivered. I was going to get the mattress as soon as possible but the foundation was not available so I had to push back the date of delivery to April 10th. Our new bedroom set was set to be delivered on April 8th so we figured we could rough it a couple of days with the kids. Our new bedroom set ended up coming a week earlier so I called and ask if the delivery could be moved up. They said not at this time but they would contact me if it could be. I was fine with that. I called today to see if I could pick up mattress from store before delivery and was told it is delivered from the warehouse in Fresno. If I wanted, I could pick it up there but they are only open until 5 p.m. I couldnt make that because of my work schedule but had they called me as I asked previously I would have been more than happy to drive to Fresno to pick it up. I just feel that when you spend over $3000 for a mattress they should try to accommodate you a little not to mention it is the afternoon before delivery and they still cant tell me when the mattress is going to be delivered. I just feel customer service could be better.

My wife and I went here first. I had planned on visiting a few stores to really understand what we wanted. Ashlee was busy helping another customer when we walked in. She stepped away from them for a moment to tell us the process. We then were able to browse and lay on every mattress in the store. After deciding we wanted a hybrid, Ashlee did not try even one time to persuade us on anything else. She was super helpful and informative about what we were getting. Went over all paperwork in detail including, warranty, pricing and adjustment period. Unfortunately the delivery date didn’t work for us. She accommodated us with having the mattress delivered straight to the store. Even gave us her personal cell number in the chance we needed to come after hours to pick it up. Super happy with her customer service and not pressuring us like a car salesman. One stop shop!! We will definitely refer people to her when they need a mattress. With a 10 year warranty, I hope to get that much time out of our mattress. I just hope my next experience is as pleasurable as this one.
