This was my first time bringing my Mazda back for service and I had a great experience. Beatrice was very nice and friendly, and took the time to explain anything I didnt understand. This dealership has the worst mechanics imaginable do not bring ur vehicle here.Last month I got my brakes changed cause they pointed out it was low, after completion my car has not stop screeching ever so slightly upon the completion of their work. After that I have had a service shifter and they did, 750 dollars later I still have the indication that it still needs service. To close this nightmare out the brakes still screech and I’m waiting for the shifter to be done. I spent over 2k in repaid over the last two months and all problems still exist
