Caught a wicked piece of metal in my tire around the time they closed. I got there, showed it figuring Id need to get a new tire, but was told that they will fix it no problem. They patched two holes for very cheap and I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Highly recommended!

I contacted them on ebay asking if I can come and pick up a tire today, and they said yes if I made it here before 5:30, I came here at 4:52 and they said the guy who dealer with ebay is not here today, they should of told me that before they made me drive 35 mins to get to them, wasting my time gas and tolls....

Great set of friendly hard working people. Fixed my flat for a great price! Met the owner, what a great guy, very impressed with him and his team. They turned my bad day around, how many places do that! They interact with everyone in a wonderful way. I will have them place 4 new tires on my car, lets see how that goes. End of part one. I took the car for a spin to check balancing and its perfect. Better job than the dealer did last time for my tires. Theyre in business for a long time and they know what they are doing. Great experience from the time I walked in until I drove out. Very professional staff and although they said it may take an hour to get my flat tire fixed, they got it done in less than 30 mins, and that too at a very reasonable price. Overall 10/10 experience.

I recently took my Ford Explorer here because I wanted to get my brakes redone. After my vehicle was throughly checked the mechanic called me to inform me my brakes was still in great shape he said it was basically brand new . I decided to get an oil change instead and switch my back wiper blade. I recently had my starter changed at Atlantic Tires, but it sounded worse after I got it serviced. After a couple weeks of my car not turning and making a violent skidding sound I took it to another mechanic. As soon as he looked at my starter he said theres no way they changed it. Not only is it eroded and rusted WAY more than it should be, but theres about 25 etch marks 1/4 inch apart in a line. This lead us to believe that someone used a flat head screwdriver and a hammer to tap my starter into to working..... unbelievable

Love them! Ive literally been going here for decades. I remember when I worked around the corner 20 years ago and a co-worker recommended them to me and Ive never stop going. I cant recall the Managers name who has been working there ever since Ive been going and he still looks the same, how is that?? I was the one who came in Saturday and was talking to the girl with the jeep with the sensors (smile). She actually set off a lightbulb to make me think why have I never written a review. Anyway, I really would highly recommend this shop. I generally come for repair on tires or oil change, however Ive had major car work done as well and was very pleased. During the week the women who man the desk, may seem tough, they are a little, but they are the gatekeepers, they mean no harm. Ill start by saying I worked in customer service, so I have a lot of patience for people.... Unfortunately my patience has run dry after getting my car fixed here. Although theyre good at changing tires, anything outside that is a NO GO. I got my starter changed in August, and my car never sounded right after. A couple months later I got stranded...again. What was supposed to be a repair under warranty ended up costing me almost $600; only for my car to still sound strange and not turn multiple times before actually turning. My car sat in the same spot that I left it in for three days for them to tell me they cant figure out why it was making the sound...Oh and they left my car unlocked with the keys inside for the entire day they were closed. Never againDONT LET THEIR RESPONSE UNDER MY REVIEW FOOL YOU! ITS BEEN A WEEK AND THEY HAVENT RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL

I was very impressed with this place. I needed a tire plug for a slow leak. They found found the nail in my tire very quickly with out even using soapy water to find it.I waited about 45 mins but it was worth the wait for qualty work. Good mechanics are hard to find. I will be back for all my tire needs.

First time at Atlantic was hands down amazing. One is made to feel as a well taken care of customer as your tire(s) are examined and given the best options regarding what needs to be done straight away and if it is possible something could wait. (If financially able, never wait in my humble and now experienced opinion.) They do not juggle one around with facts and figures but are to the point with more than decent prices. The owner is a sweetheart and the employees are trained and well educated in all areas. I would strongly recommend this establishment and the quality of work and effort to which they put into your vehicle.

I call and ask for a used tire and some old man answers the phone saying that to come on down we have it, doesnt even ask me my tire size. I ask him to check. He says we have every size. Then rudely hangs up the phone. Then I drive 4 miles on a flat tire to their location for the tire and they dont have it. Rude, poor customer service and unaccommodating. Will never be back! If I could rate it a zero star I would.

I got a flat tire during my busy work morning and was stranded. I called multiple shops looking for my tire size when I was recommended to come here, being told that they have a HUGE tire inventory. Lucky for me they had the tire and the very kind gentleman, Ed, told me to come right in and they’d have me in and out. That was exactly the case! I pulled right up on a nearly completely flat tire. They were quick to jack up my car and pull off the tire, show me the damage on the tire, and had a new one mounted on my car in no time. All in fraction of the time and price other places would charge. I am so happy I was recommended here and will definitely be sending people here as well. Thank you guys!

Great place to have your vehicle serviced. They are honest people, not looking to “get you” like so many shops out there. Very reasonably priced among reputable competitors. Responses to inquiries are almost immediate. I’ve worked with lawyers who take longer to answer questions. Eddie is the point of contact through email and Lisa answers the phone. I would describe the communication as no nonsense, no BS, and to-the-point. Service speed is good. It took about an hour to replace two of my blown tires (due to the legendary NJ potholes). They honored the road hazard program without requiring me to produce the receipts. As a result, I ended up paying only installation for the tires.They don’t have grandiose waiting areas like BMW repair shops do. They don’t have loaner cars for you to drive when your car is in service. They don’t even have free snacks laying around. If you are looking to be treated like royalty and are OK with subsidizing such treatment, look elsewhere. But if you are looking to get your car serviced/tires replaced efficiently at a reasonable price, look no further.

Two front tires on my car was old, wire was sticking out. I end up calling about used tires and prices. The prices were suitable for me. When I drove my car. I became happy. No more squeak sounds coming from the front.

Long story short I bought tires in the same size as the tires I had (understandably) turned out they had a different fit (unexpectedly) and I was worried about them rubbing. I told them this when I was there (I was the last person so they wanted to go home) and I got told well theyre the same size take it for a ride and see what happens. They ended up rubbing so I called and went back the next day and explained what was going on. I thought they were going to be helpful because it seemed they were going to be. I got told that they would see what they could do and that they would be in touch and contact me. Well of course that didnt happen and I just happened to realize that I never got my lug key back either. I get that I bought the size tire that I did but I voiced my concern before I left and when a company says theyre going to contact you about an issue they really should. I wasnt trying to get one over on anybody and I told them I was willing to eat the difference. I guess Im better off doing what I try to avoid and putting my money in the chain stores because at least they pretend to care.

The service here is great. Depending on what you need, there may be a waiting time, but the staff works quickly and as efficiently as possible. Their prices are very fair as well.I needed to get a flat tire replaced and they sold me a used tire that was in good condition and for a great price that included installation which saved me some time.

Ive been going here since the mid 80s always got a good honest respectful price. People who works there are friendly and hard work, I usually get my tires here. However Atlantic tires can to so much more. Love this place now with the 3rd generation helping to keep the place going. I trust no one else with my car.

Fast service good price. I concur with the lot of other folks view on the front desk person to a point. But i would not say she was out and out rude. Some people are different and I can live with it as the working staff was very nice and they did the job quickly enough.

I just upgraded my wheels and tires on my Jeep Wrangler. Eddie and the staff at Atlantic Tires were very knowledgeable about the modification, they were extremely thorough throughout the process, they worked quickly and were reasonably priced. Bought new tires for my SUV have been a customer for over 10 years will never fo anywhere else. Great prices and selection. Also full shop available for alignment and balancing or full suspension work. I was losing air in my tires and still drove to Atlantic with just a enough air so I didnt damage my rims.

Fast service if you get in on a weekday. Good pricing. Have had many tires done here over the years. Even when I was looking for an odd size the owner had given me the name and number of two other tire shops that carried specialized sizes. Along with calling someone else he knew of to try and find it so I could get back on the road that day.

There is simply no better car service center on this planet than Atlantic tire. Not only are they expert at what they do, the owners, Ed and his son, Ed Jr have big hearts, respect and care about their customers like no others. Dont even look for lower prices for quality workmanship and materials. They dont exist. I shake my head every time I think of the times that the Honda dealer in Edison tried to rip me off or actually did and then I would go to Atlantic tire and everything would be taken care of the way it should be. I could never thank them enough!

One of the worst customer services I have ever came across. The receptionist(old lady) was very rude and unprofessional. She clearly hates her job and is responsible for this place to lose business. I will never come back to this place and will also make sure no one that I know goes there. She should be FIRED with this type of behavior. Very efficient place

Went on week end, they had killing wait time.On phone was told my tires will be $50 starting & max $55 for good condition ones. But was asked $70 for the one which were in good condition. Even basic one was offered for $60.I ended up paying more than I budgeted. No one were interested in listening to my concern. This is not right.

Highly recommended, very kind people. They tried to repair my tire but my rim was damaged which they dont repair, so they gave me useful resources to go for repair and didnt charge me at all.

Very poor customer service. Very few auto repair shops charge to patch a tire these days, and not only did they charge, they charged a customer whos family has been going for generations AND for a tire my mother just purchased from them less than 2 months ago under warranty! But my main concern was the customer service- rude attitude, I dont know Wasnt me responses, and interrupting service to me to take other customers while I was standing right in front of her. No willingness to explain charges. I asked if they could review the charges with me, and they literally threw the paper and said What are you talking about? Its flat repair. When I asked about the warranty, I was told someone else must have handled that yesterday (although the car was only there today). It wasnt me. Youd have to talk to my boss. I replied, Ok, well can I talk to your boss? No, Im telling you its not covered by warranty. Im not going to reward poor service and even worse attitude with my dollars. Lost my familys business!

Staff on the floor is pretty cool but the two ladies behind the desk are very grumpy. I sat there and watched them growl at everyone who looks young. The only people I noticed they were nice to were people who looked their age or similar to them. To the owners I say get a grip of them because I’m contemplating if I should ever come back or not. This pair is costing you a lot of business...especially return customers.

First time visit. Two tires, a rotation and an oil change for a decent price. Staff was friendly and the ladies at the front seemed knowledgeable. Only suggestion is that they offer some sort of rough wait time for basic jobs. I asked but never received an answer. Sitting area isnt well equipped for long waits.

Very fast service, very honest. I went in to buy 4 new tires as I thought I needed them and before the mechanics put the tires on they told me that I only needed two tires because my rear tires still had so much tread on them like they were brand new. That saved me $200 and unlike most shops they are all about money. I will recommend this shop to anyone who wants a great deal and service.

They have always taken me same day and have always treated me fairly.

Brought them a rim with a flat tire. They charged $40 for a used tire. The next day that tire went flat again. I brought it back to them explained the situation to the owner, Greg, asked him to check everything, make sure the rim wasn’t cracked. After waiting for 2 hours, they charged me an extra $20, told me everything is good to go. And the next morning the tire was flat again. So $60 waisted here. I brought the wheel and tire to a local mechanic, he told me they didn’t clean and seal the bead correctly. I will never go to Atlantic Tire again.
