Great service! Under new management but the people working are great! Getting a unit was really easy and they had plenty of extra boxes for you to purchase if you needed any. The facility inside is very clean and has lots of camera which made me feel at ease when I leave my things locked away. They also have carts to help you move your stuff in. Highly recommend and a good location too!

Kylie(unsure of spelling) was super helpful and kind and on top of everything. The facility is VERY clean. The space for parking is limited but hasnt been an issue for me personally. Everything has been wonderful so far and I would definitely recommend.

I have had a storage unit at this location since it was Cube Smart. I have always liked the facility and ease of getting my things when I need them. The change to Springwood required changes to my autopay and getting proof of homeowners insurance again. This was a bit of a hassle, but the staff was helpful, friendly and effective. The customer service provided by Alfredo, the manager, and Kenzie made all the difference. I recommend this storage facility.

Very attentive to our needs as we have had 3 different storages there...Chad is such a good Manager! The Building was always clean. As well as the restrooms. I was sorry to leave but I could no longer afford. My Daughter still has a Unit there. A very very good experience.

My husband and I use CubeSmart we have more than one unit and are extremely satisfied. The location at 9206 Anderson Mill Rd, Austin, TX 78729 was extremely helpful as we were looking for a unit in that particular zip code. I would definitely refer people to this location. Each and every time we enter CubeSmart we are greeted by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lance and his team are fabulous !

JB was AWESOME!. I went to to rent a unit at 6pm when he was suppose to be closing. At no point and time did I feel rushed and he made it a point to acknowledge that I was not holding him up because customer service no matter what time it was, was his priority. I would definitely recommend this place. It didn’t hurt that they are currently also running a promotion where your 1st month rent is free :).

Ive been wonderfully cared for by JB three times now since leasing my storage unit in August. The staff there are quick to meet your needs (even if youre that person that walks in five minutes before their closing time). Today, JB was both a problem-solver and efficient when I had a dilemma with my storage unit. Im not one to write reviews -- ever -- but their customer service must be sung praises.The facilities are clean, theres fun music playing and, as an added bonus, its never creepy to walk in alone, even at night! The security is top notch since you need a fob to get into the premise after hours and you need a specific code to get into the storage units itself.TL;DR -- some of the best customer service around with secure premises!

We just needed a storage building for our daughter for a few days. They have a special with the first month free and thats exactly what we got. Its very clean and the office personnel are helpful and friendly, The only problem we incurred was the key fob for the gate after hours doesnt work.. Everything else is excellent!!

Shelli tended to me right at the 11:00am when the store branch opened and she helped me get through the paperwork and the process of moving my storage unit to a new one with absolute ease. I would recommend this branch location and her to be your first choice associate for any of your needs.

7-2019Had been checking out a place to store my household belongings and decided Togo with CubeSmart that offers “climate controlled” units. Although more expensive it was the best choice for my situation (bearable climate to store, pack and organize my items especially here in Austin Texas area where it’s hot most all year round).

Our experience with this CubeSmart location has been totally positive. Chadd Lane has been extremely helpful, personable and always available if we need anything. I would recommend CubeSmart to anyone. Thank you Chadd and CubeSmart!!

I visited CubeSmart on Sunday (10-1-17) and although they were closing, Zachary took his time to help me out and explain some questions I had. Im definitely choosing CubeSmart for my personal storage, as the other places I went to (Public Storage) seemed to want to rush me out of the building if I wasnt buying a unit right away.

1) First trip after renting the unit the password wouldnt work and I had to call customer service and deal with a temporary password and reset all while waiting there with all my stuff. 2) The gate was left open for the first month or so. No explanation. Not a huge deal, plenty of security at the door. Two months later I find out you need a remote to open the gate after hours. Had a whole car load with me and had to call and go back and forth with rep about some spare hidden in their mail box. Never got a clicker & now have to make a second trip tomorrow to make sure to pick up the clicker I should have had from the beginning. Sucks to never be sure if youll be able to access your property without issue or not .

We rented a unit here recently and they DO NOT tell you their rules and policies up front, they email them to you after you have signed. If you plan to move out, do it in plenty of time before because they will threaten you with high fees and more fees... along with threats of sending your info to a collection agency. This place is expensive and they’re not friendly at ALL.You’ve been warned, I wouldn’t use this place if it were the last storage facility in Austin!

Nice clean facilty and safe

I was with the last storage company. They took over, did not notify me of the price increase. I told then to keep the items (under contract 30 days is abandonment). The items inside are worth more than the rent.Well Matt Crill keeps telling me I will keep being charged until I come in and sign a piece of paper for abandonment. I cant I have a disability.So, instead of just closing my account, and selling the items (as the contract states- and Texas law). He is trying to force me to go sign a piece of paper not listed as a requirement on my contract.This is just very unethical. I wouldve been there a month ago if I could actually go. What is even sadder, is that when I told him I got no notice of a rent increase, he sent me a notice that day with no option to even give a 30 day notice. So Im just stuck because I cant go sign a piece of paper that Im not legally required to sign. Horrible treatment
