They are a amazing! Hands down the BEST movers Ive ever used.They were timely. The two men helping me to move were courteous and pleasant to be around, and there was not a lazy bones in their bodies. I had a move that took place on 8/13. The movers called before they arrived, showed up right on time, and were super quick. I would highly recommend ATX Movers and plan to use them again for my next move.

I called 4 movers but only ATX sent a rep out to give an estimate. We chose them based on that. Due to closing on our new house being delayed 3 times we had to reschedule 3 times. That was never an issue with them. On moving day the movers were on time, did an amazing job, and were polite and professional. We did have an issue with a piece of furniture getting a small scratch and ATX had that repaired rapidly and it looks awesome. My thanks to everyone at ATX for truly remarkable customer service, work, and follow up. I highly recommend this company!

ATX Movers saved my life!!!I had a last minute move and April helped me get a quote in just a couple hours. I’m moving via portable storage container, and when my leasing office said it couldn’t be parked outside I panicked. ATX Movers turned on a dime to get me an earlier time AND a truck just days ahead of the move.My movers Manny and Kevin were awesome! They were fast, thorough and friendly. They did a great job packing up my stuff and getting everything loaded in the storage container. Manny and Kevin even went the extra mile to make sure my fragile items were packed carefully and tied everything down with Eagle Scout-style knots and rope. Storage containers are always a crapshoot so I feel good knowing my stuff was secured as much as possible.On top of all this, the cost was a great value and they came in under budget and time estimated. A+++ movers, highly recommend!

Got a quote off their website and April responded that same day. Decided to use their services because of all the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. I had Tommy and Kevin as the movers and they were professional, personable, and careful with all the furniture. Due to the winter storm in Feb, we were forced to move to a different apartment within the same community in a short notice.Manny and Kevin helped us to move all the things within 2 hours. The schedule was 9.30 AM. But, they arrived early which was helpful for us to finish the move early.They were really fast and professional and did a great job.

I highly recommend ATX Movers! I was moving out of Austin to another city in Texas and Jason and Ray were the best! Very professional and treated my things like their own. The whole process from the quote to the end was seamless. They even made two stops, one to my storage unit and then to my new place. It was a tough job going up and down stairs since I moved into a second floor apartment. But they didnt break a beat (but did break a sweat! Ha).I will be telling all my friends to use their moving services. And a plus, they are veteran-owned!

Overall a great experience. I had a team of two guys that moved my 2BR/2bathroom place. I can tell you, they put in the work. They had to move me from a second floor place to a third floor. That is NOT easy. I had a large couch and washer/dryer and some really heavy boxes. Nothing was damaged. They were efficient and friendly. One thing you can do to help these guys is BE READY. Have your stuff staged, organized, and packed, ready to go. Dont have a mess for them to walk in to. Its hard enough work. I felt the price was very fair and my things were looked after properly. Highly recommend ATX Movers!

ATX offers a senior discount which helps. April is a delight to talk with and put my mind at ease. Dillon and Justin worked their tails off never stopping for a break in record heat. They offered to move items that we were going to move ourselves, but we still had time left on the two hour minimum so it worked out great. I highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. I had a large move and was short on time. I called ATX and spoke with April who runs the office. She was able to squeeze me in on short notice. When the guys came out they were on time, fast and professional. They started in the morning and had me in my new home by late afternoon. That was with some minor packing. Moving sux but they made it as painless as possible.

Our company has used ATX Movers a couple of times now. Theyre super responsive, professional, timely and careful with our valuable medical equipment. Ive spoken with April when we schedule a move and shes wonderfully helpful and kind. This week, Tommy and Dillon swapped out our big exam room tables from one clinic to another clinic and then to our storage unit as we rotated tables around. They made it look so easy and effortless. I thought this effort was going to take three or four hours but they had it done in about two hours. Were super appreiciative for ATX Movers and will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a terrible experience with this company today. Please do not hire. They did not treat my furniture with care. They left several scratches and dents on not only my furniture but on my white walls. They also left my mattress extremely filthy. Although I did not provide them a mattress cover they had several blue protective blankets they could have used and did not. They didn’t wrap any of my mirrors and were very rough with the furniture. It took them an hour and 45 minutes to get from one location to another. A commute that should have been 30 minutes max. There excuse was that the elevator was not on hold for them. While that fact is true, when I left them they were loading the last piece of furniture into the elevator so I do not know why it took them almost 2 hours to reach my house. They also did NOT wear masks. I am a very unhappy customer and would never use this company again!

We were given a surprise gift from our friends for moving help from ATX Movers. We were told they would move and pack our truck for us. They told us we couldn’t help because they could do it faster and better than we could. They we’re experts. They asked us to provide blanks for wrapping our furniture and that they would provide plastic wrap. We also had been saving up thick card board for the furniture to be wrapped in as well. My husband and I have moved more times then we liked to admit, loading and unloading by ourselves, in the past. Our friends just wanted to help us out and we we’re so thankful. ATX movers we’re doing a great job we thought being that we weren’t watching them and the truck was loading up fast. When they were all done we had blankets and card board left over??? Why did we have left over card board and blankets? Because they did NOT wrap our China Hutch, Our dinning table top, or our two couches and ottoman! Our China Hutch had several pieces of wood chipped off. Our Dining table top corner is now missing and our two couches and ottoman were 6 months old and now have holes, material is scraped off in areas and stains are everywhere! Looks like they we’re being thrashed around in the truck, but the truck was packed solid. They asked us at times if they could put some of my husbands tools in areas that needed to be filled in. We were busy packing our 6x12 trailer ourselves and cleaning the house so we could leave the next morning. We didn’t need to babysit right Wrong!!! I have emailed back and forth with April from ATX and basically we were told that we did it and the guys from ATX told her that we put the tools in the spaces they totally Lied. The customer is always right lol. We were NOT allowed to help them at all! so how did we do it? They said that if they would have done the job from our home in Texas to our home in IL. they would be responsible! What in the world is wrong with people today? When we unloaded it with another moving company in IL. We all got to see first hand that these things weren’t wrapped with any blankets! Oh yeah that was the left over blankets and cardboard that they said we didn’t have! So now I asked for a total of $2,600.00 to replace our couches. They responded that they would give us $250. 00 to have the couches cleaned! They have lost their minds. That won’t fix the holes in couches or the missing pieces of wood. I thought that we were letting them off easy. So I wouldn’t use this Company or recommend them what so ever!!! I’m Very very angry

These guys were amazing. They moved everything extremely fast and were very professional. They worked non-stop and handled all my items with care. One of the guys was Miguel and I cant remember who the other way that was with him but they were both extremely professional and quick. I highly highly recommend ATX Movers and will be using them from now when I move. It was quite a stress free move!

It just so happened that I found out about ATX movers through a flyer on my door and I am so glad that I did. Their service was absolutely awesome. I choose a traditional move so my items were already packed but they still came prepared just in case. Justin and Miguel were professional and courteous, they asked me where I wanted my stuff located in the apartment instead of just unloading it anywhere. They were very careful with my furniture. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Great price, great service and great representation of the Company!

The best movers I have ever used!!! They were fast, organized and careful with my things. If you are looking to move...call ATX!!!!

I called and told them that I had a two bedroom apartment with a piano as well as a storage unit to move into a home. Everything seemed fine and a time was booked. Come to the day and two guys show up. They knew nothing about the piano or the storage unit and ended up having to call in more guys. One guy kept making comments about how much stuff we had and would not shut up about how hard it was to move a piano. I know its hard to move a piano, dude. Thats why I hired movers instead of doing it myself. They were the slowest movers I have ever had. Every time they would take something to the truck they would sit out there and talk for a while before coming back. We ended up working in the dark by the time they were done and they had started in the morning. They stacked heavy boxes on top of ones labeled fragile which ended up busting quite a few cups and they scratched a brand new computer moniter. The company did compensate me for the moniter but that is about the only professional experience I had with the them.

We could not be any happier with our move from Austin to Dallas. ATX was professional and extra helpful. We would totally use them again.

I used ATX movers in February 2020. I chose them because their price was a bit cheaper than other competitors like Einstein Moving, Square Cow Movers etc that some of my co workers suggested me to use. The guys were punctual if not a bit early and quick. But they didnt handle all my belonging with care. My desks had damages, missing items, minor damage to my chair and I now have a couch that makes squeaky noice which it didnt make before the move. Upon bringing up the issue they definitely got back to me but giving me suggestions as to how to fix it (google links). Now I have to buy a new couch and I wish I chose one of the other movers and paid $100-150 extra who might have handled it with better care and if things didnt go well, accept their mistakes and fix it the right way.

BEST BEST moving experience ever!!! Jason and Isiah were AWESOME!!! Prompt, Polite, Efficient, Courteous, AWESOME!! They didnt say anything bad about my horrible packing abilities and having boxes weighing probably 3x what they should. They loaded and unloaded within an hour basically a 1 bedroom. Final cost came in under estimate. Moved to another state and I didnt have to wait weeks for my stuff to show up, they were right behind me. I basically got home and had time to unload my vehicle and they pulled up. I have made several out of state moves and this one was the best experience hands down!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

From Mickey coming out to meet with me, April keeping me updated by constant contact and the guys doing an amazing job moving our office, this company knows what customer service is all about. I used ATX Movers last year 2019 and they broke my treadmill as it was dragged from one unit to another within the same complex. First I discovered that the key to the treadmill was missing (what a coincidence) so I couldn’t start it right away. I had to order key which I did then hoped on for a workout and discovered the belt had been damaged!I give a one star because I was reimbursed for the treadmill but still had to go through the inconvenience of having to go buy another treadmill and me getting upset at discovering that they weren’t careful and cautious in moving my things.I’m moving again and using another company.

These guys are absolutely incredible. Punctual, cheerful, professional, and efficient. Justin and Miguel are absolute legends, and despite the heat being about 100 degrees, were smiling and cracking jokes the whole time, while at the same time being very accomodating and helpful as my girlfriend and I moved a bunch of furniture up 2 flights of stairs. I wouldnt hire any other movers than these.

I have used ATX Movers for two moves. They are a very Professional staff with Great Attitudes. You immediately feel that you will be Well Taken Care Of from the Dispatcher you speak with over the phone to the Movers that arrive at your door. The Dispatcher sets up reminders and the Movers give you a call before they arrive. They were Extremely careful with our furniture and were able to take apart and reassemble beds and desk Quickly. Tommy and Moe were very Professional,Hard Working and Polite. I Highly Recommend this crew.

I would not recommend this moving company. They moved my brothers house, hooked up the washer and dryer and insured them it was all complete. He did their first load of laundry and the house filled with water due to them not attaching the drain hose. This was especially upsetting to them due to the fact that they had just lost everything they had during Harvey. When they contacted the company they didnt even get an apology. They went straight into denial and damage control. They blamed him for not double checking their work, hung up on him and will not answer his calls now. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is a true measure of a company in how they handle their mistakes.

100000% recommend using ATX movers!! It was my first time hiring movers and they made it SO easy and painless. I had Elijah and Tommy help me and they were seriously so amazing. I was moving from a one bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment (on the 2nd and 3rd floors). I had everything boxed up and ready to go and they emptied out my apartment (couch, dressers, table, boxes and all) in under 30 minutes! The entire process only took an hour and a half and they were super nice and professional and handled all of my stuff with care. Also best rates I could find in Austin. Seriously, if you live in the Austin area and dont want to lift a finger to move, call ATX movers! Tommy and Elijiah- cant thank you enough!!!

I had the pleasure of using ATX Movers recently. Justin and Richard moved my belongings in a professional and caring manner. They moved quick, knowing I only wanted to use them for the minimum 2 hours. When I asked them to focus on the furniture because I could find friends to move the heavy boxes, they insisted they could get it all done and did- with 10 mins to spare! They were respectful with conversation and asking questions about how I wanted things situated, or where I wanted boxes to go when they were moving to the 2nd apartment.Justin, especially, was friendly and sweet, and was the first one up and down the stairs. He handled the paperwork at the end; was clear when itemizing the charges and didn’t frequent a tip.Will I be using them again, and referring others to them? YES!!

Elijah and Justin made my move from ATX to San Antonio super easy. The only stressful part of the move was the traffic! They were also clear with the pricing and charges for the move.

ATX movers and Elijah specifically - basically the Franklins BBQ of moving, except theyre not world famous, but damn they should be (he had another guy with him, didnt get his name but worked just as hard). I have never seen such sweaty human beings in my life (3rd floor move) and they didnt even ask for water until I was like These guys need water Its dank and you want it but you dont have to wait as long, so maybe more like Salt Lick, but basically you cant go wrong withe either just like you cant go wrong with ATX Movers.1) These guys used to work in a glass factory and are incredibly attentive to detail = great customer service.2) I would have smashed the hell out of my toes today moving stuff around at my new place if I didnt hear Elijah say Are you toes clear sir - great learning lesson, saved my dads toes and I later on = great customer service / probably saved me money one getting my toes put back on. This is indicative of working with a professional which instantly earns my respect.3) Excellent customer service on the booking / scheduling side as well as the labor side. It was Yes sir, No sir the entire time. They worked harder than anyone and still asked to use the bathroom. Hell ya you can use it!!!4) Anyone moving local Austin - Ive moved around here about 3 times in 2 years and this is the best moving experience Ive had (3/5 of were bad but this one was by far the best). 2 movers who can build trust in a short span of time is indicative of a professional.5) FAIR RATES - however, always pay people what theyre worth. Check the first paragraph if you didnt read it6) 25 year old writing this review who is a working professional in a logistics field where customer service and fair rates are top priority to earn / maintain business. Technically, Elijah and ATX movers would qualify as the same field. They would be my go-to every time.7) Thank you for serving our country as ATX Movers is a veteran-owned business. They work like soldiers and you can tell. I have a lot of respect for that.8) Dont call anyone else for moving around Texas9) Sorry OCD people for not using commas but that button is broken on my computer so you gotta deal with it.
