Christina Martinez packed our 3000 square foot house BY HERSELF following to the letter my weird requests about what I wanted packed together.

Broke items, unprofessional. Our 72 inch tv was broken, our 55 inch tv was broken, our refrigerator door had the tubing ripped out of it, our couch was broken, and several small items were broken. They were several days late delivering our items to us, and when they arrived, they had hired an 18 and 20 year old that didnt work for the company to unload our items....not professional movers. Needless to say, many boxes were dropped straight off the truck that we witnessed. We did our homework and saw nothing in the reviews that was bad. I would HIGHLY recommend using someone else to move your house!!

These guys were great and moved our family from Austin to the DFW area including a stop at an apartment and a storage unit. Rory and Javier did an excellent job packing. They showed up early and motivated to do the job. They paid close attention to detail with what I wanted them to pack, due to not everything being shipped in the house. They handled all of my things as it were their own I would definitely use this Company again.

Calvin & Joe helped unload all my items from an apartment move quickly. They were very careful to not leave trash, or damage anything as they completed the move. They kindly put boxes and furniture where I wanted them to place it and they confirmed that I received all my items before they left. I had a great experience with them, they are great to work with!

Our movers were Efrem and Billy and they came in to rearrange a huge desk in our branch. They had to disassemble the 3 piece unit, rotate it a 1/4 turn and reassemble. These two gentlemen were so accommodating. After they had it all reassembled, I realized that the desk needed to be moved towards the inside windows. Then after they reset it, we realized that the office door wouldnt close so they got to work again and moved it away from the windows about a foot. They NEVER once complained. I so appreciate their level of service, friendliness and care.

The Texas Board of Architectural Examiners experience was an excellent one. Our accounts managers, James Welch is an exceptional negotiator and calmly, politely conduct his walk-through of this small state agency. I will recommend this company to others both state and corporate.I will also commend the moving team, they asked the appropriate delivery questions and were very polite to me especially during the move. They were quite patient and asked for the correct areas to deliver the items. They also volunteered to open and place heavy totes, boxes and cabinets.The movers were asked to return to the pick-up site with a pleasant attitude. They were also asked to return to move a large heavy cabinet to the correct location; no bad attitude then as well.Keep up the good work Central!

They arrived on time and within 2 hours had completed work that would have taken me the better part of a day to accomplish. They were meticulous in their clean up. Between the items that were mysteriously lost between the origination and the destination, and the many other items that were damaged beyond use while they were in the possession of the movers, and the very poor communication with and lack of help by nearly everyone at United Van Lines, this ended up being the worst move Ive ever had.

Very nice and personable group that went beyond what they could have done to the point that the glass for my dining room table was waxed by them before installed. The biggest saving grace was a mix-up of some kind getting scheduled on a Saturday and that wasnt supposed to be the case. The Saturday was then honored and even though they missed out on half their Saturday, they did not act like it and were still very personable. Would recommend.

This business was the local point of contact for United Van Lines for my move to Louisiana from Austin.The plan was for packing to take place on a Thursday and loading to take the next day. Packing day went o.k. No issues other than them scratching my wall. However, loading day was a complete disaster. The local contact Joy called me on Thursday to tell me the drivers load was running over and that hed be late on Friday. But running over was not about time as I found out the next day. The driver showed up with an almost already fully loaded truck to load my 4BR house, because his previous load went over by 7000 lbs leaving only about 2500 for me and my load estimate was 9200. The contact Joy didnt even reach out to me. I had to track her down. Both blaming the other. I cant see how the driver didnt know he wouldnt have enough space when he called Joy the day before to tell her things were running over. If he did tell her, she didnt explain it to me. And why would the driver even show up? He took about 2 rooms of stuff and I was left to have the rest of my stuff to be loaded onto a box truck and then stored in a facility. I purposely chose this van line to avoid having my stuff stored in a facility. It was supposed to all be loaded into an 18-wheeler and brought to my destination.9 hours of pure hell. They couldnt even promise me if my stuff will arrive in the agreed upon window. And after all of what I had to deal with, you would think Joy the local contact would call me to check on things...but no. For the money I spent, it has been very disappointing. They truly dont care about you and your stuff. Ive relocated 4 times using van lines and this was by far the worst experience Ive ever had. Im starting to think this was their plan the entire time to have two separate loads. Either way, I will be filing litigation against them.I would not recommend this place. Worst customer experience ever.Update: After I posted this review, I heard from Assistant Manager.As I said above didnt, I didnt have the best moving experience with Central Transportation Systems. I recently used Central Transportation for a move when I sold my home & moved to Affinity apartments. I had started the packing then I had a serious accident and knew I was going to need more help with this move than I anticipated. I was referred to Sandra Alton and Central Transportation which was the best recommendation I could have had. I told Sandra my situation and she immediately took over and started scheduling everything for me. I don’t know what I would have done without her. Since I literally could do nothing, she scheduled two people. Jorge and Linda to come over and pack everything. They were wonderful, packing everything with care. Then Jorge came back the next day and helped to load the truck. The next day he was there at my apartment to unload the truck. Because I requested it, Sandra made it happen that Jorge and Linda unpacked everything for me. Sandra was like an Angel sent from God, taking care of every little thing to make sure this move was not stressful for me as I was in a lot of pain from the accident. Kudos to Central for hiring such great people like Sandra Alton, Jorge and Linda.

This mover was hired by my company to relocate me from TX to CA. And I absolutely love it. Professional people carefully wrapped and packed every single item without my attention. All furniture was disassembled and wrapped in carpets while transporting and reassembled at my new home. Every single screw was packed and attached to appropriate item. No single item of ~100 broken or lost. Delivery to CA was completed in about 10 days. Both TX and CA teams were very polite and responsible.

The overall service was great has zero issues. Scheduled the time and date to pick up they were there on time and finished in a decent time. Kept us updated throughout the whole process and made sure we were well taken care of.

CTS was very professional throughout the entire delivery. Calls were made to confirm the time and the men showed up on time.Our bed was missing its legs. Our moving company overseas packed the bed legs into a non-related box with no label indicating the bed legs were inside that box. When I found them later, I called the office. Terry & Charles showed up again promptly to help set up our bed.Any move overseas is a huge stress for anyone but having a company to help deliver the shipment was such a great relief. Id use them in future with no hesitations.

We had a very positive experience with the Central Transportation Systems team. The price was fair and the customer service was very good. There was some miscommunication between what we wanted to done to what the packing and loading crews thought they were going to do but it was all sorted out in the end. The loading crew and unloading crew at our destination were very efficient and respectful. The truck driver was awesome during the packing/loading and delivery/unloading. I would not hesitate going back to them if I needed a household move from the Austin area again.
