I just picked up a car from them a few days ago and Hollis gave me an incredible deal on my car without any hassle he was very upfront with me about when I asked for the absolute best deal I could get! This place is amazing. Hollis really takes care of his customers. Being military its hard to find a dealership around killeen that is not trying to take you for a ride. Lot 6 took care of me and put me in the truck Ive always wanted, without all the pressure of having to buy and made everything flow smooth and really gave it a family atmosphere. Over my life time I have purchased over 12 cars or trucks, (10 used and 2 new), but our best auto buying experienced was on our last purchase of a 2006 Dodge 2500 Turbo Diesel. We were very pleased with the truck. The Salesman was zero pressure and addressed any concerns we had. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Charlotte should have her sellers license revoked for dishonesty. I bought the vehicle and the a/c blower was out. Charlotte said she would fix it at the place of our choice, I called around and received a quote of over $600 at the Acura dealership. I thought this was high so, trying to be fair, I drove it back to Austin for them to fix.I got it home and the DVD players it was advertised with did not work, the blue tooth on the steering wheel did not work. Charlotte from the dealership stated she would fix the DVD players at the place of our choice....lied. We called to set it up, left messages via email, voice mail and through a person. Never returned our calls. We called from a restricted number and she picked up right away, she was very rude and wanted us to bring it to her dealership which is nearly 4 hours away. Needless to say we were so disgusted with the whole thing, we are out over $1,000 to fix the DVD players ourselves.

I think most of his cars are fine, but he has a scion that some kid lowered and it makes the ride crap. He also stripped out the spare tire, jack, and all the plastic that holds them. shaving weight I imagine. It has no fobs. There is also a melted spot on the light. Its priced low, but not low enough in my opinion. The real issue is that Mack doesnt tell people the condition of the car and I wasted a day driving 350 miles total because he cant put in his listings that it is amature souped. Perfect for some kid who wants a fake sports car, but the common person doesnt want a bone jarring ride.

Overall the team at Lot 6 provided a straightforward approach to the buying experience. Very accommodating and not a bunch of time and stress involved in the negotiating process.

Very bad experience from the beginning. I called in advance to gather information on a vehicle, I asked if the car had any defects and the person I spoke to said no. When we arrived, the guy couldnt even stop texting long enough to greet us, which in my opinion is very unprofessional. When he handed us the keys for a test drive I notice there was no remote, keep in mind this car is a 2014 scion. When we went out to the vehicle, the windshield was cracked all the way through, wanting to not be held responsible we notified the guy. He mention it would be fixed so we went on with beginning the test drive. The shifting knob was loose, horn did not work, and vihicle could not go in reverse. When we took it out to the street the car sounded like toolbox being tossed around in a trunk. Oh! Speaking of trunk, the trunk had absolutely no carpeting or any boarder of some sort. The entire test drive was bouncy and very noisy. When we took it back to the lot and showed some of the defects to the salesman, he made jokes of all the cars being in that condition. In the end, this place is very unprofessional and very contradicting to their word.

I have a corvette i have put less than 500 miles on that needs a new engine..it had 50 or 60 weight oil in it when purchased i think ...i changed the oil to 5w-30 and i t started knocking, i checked the old oil and it is full of metal main and connecting rod bearing material... its junk.. im a 100 percent disabled veteran..all ive wanted is this car for a long time..my dream has become a nightmare and money pit that im stuck with..unlike this place i cant bring myself to pass this lemon on to anyone else. i worked hard for my money only to throw it away with this nightmare . the differential cracked the day after i brought it home.i agreed to do the work for free and get a used differential. Hollis agreed to pay for half..in the end they did not even pay for half. the transmission is leaking oil all over the place ..someone hacked up the wiring .. i did not see it at first but this corvette has been wrecked and put back together. alot of the interior panel clips are broken and incorrectly installed. when i went to test drive they unhooked the battery and reconnected to get it to start, i should have walked away there...but the car was beautiful. i hope the money you made was worth screwing over a disabled vet.

We had a purchase agreement with this dealership, had our loan approved and ready to go, but waiting on the title from THEIR bank to finalize the loan. While we were waiting days on end for a copy of the title, the owner sold the truck out from under us.When called to inquire why, I was told you cant get in touch with the owner.Bottom line, he doesnt care about customer service OR his salesman, its all about fast money for him.
