I’m not sure I could’ve had a better car buying experience. Everyone was friendly, beyond helpful and professional. I was in a difficult position with my previous car not being in the best condition and not having any money to put down. They will sell you a vehicle with known issues without informing you. The service department will charge you to replace parts without thoroughly diagnosing the issue. Then when issue persists they will expect you to leave it there for a minimum of 2 days (actually 3 to 4) without the option of a courtesy vehicle while they look for a way for the parts warranty not to apply.

Overall solid experience. Spent less than 2 hours on the whole process. Moe - the sales rep - was professional, easy to work with, and I would buy another car from him. May even share a beer. Daniel is the finance guy, a good person as well, easy to work with and good support. Good people. The best selection of Jeep Gladiators I have seen in town!

As always...a good experience. As for the Service Mgr Andrew...never had a better one...very personable which made it easy to communicate. This day & age is a rarity. In addition, I stopped over at the parts to ask/purchase touch up paint...I didnt get the name of the gentlemen that helped me...wore a baseball cap as many due...had a beard. Had amazing service this past week. I called ahead to order a new spare for my jeep wrangler and it was ready same day, however i could not get there until the weekend. I have had nothing but horrible experiences here! The staff take no pride or honor in their work. They take no accountability for their faults and have nothing but excuses for their mistakes. They expect for you to pay them outrages prices for inconsistent work performance before it’s even done. I’ve had to take days off from work multiple times when I’ve been told the work will be done in a few hours. Take your vehicle somewhere else where the service department actually cares about quality and getting things done right. This place deserves -5 stars. Iam so disappointed and very unsatisfied. The worst place ever!

Salesman Chris did a good job during the purchase process was not expecting to jump out of a high interest loan of 20% on a 2014 vehicle to 8% on 2021 vehicle. We purchased our Cherokee from this location back in 2016. Excellent finance team they worked really hard to work out a good deal. I reached out to inquire about a vehicle they have coming in. They wouldn’t work on price and tried to convince me that no one is dealing. It’s msrp take it or leave it. They also said that Fca affiliate pricing program ended. Which is wrong. I called them out on on it and all of the sudden the vehicle I was interested is one of the few that are on the program (also a lie, most are still on the program). I purchased a car from there before and had a pleasant experience. Now they just are deceitful and lie. They feelthat inventory levels allow them to screw people over. They have a “take it all while we can” attitude. Once the supply shortages end and they’re begging for sales I hope consumers remember how they treated people now. Stay away. I will be. Plenty of people out there willing to treat you with respect and honesty even during a supply shortage.

Its a real shame I have to leave the review I am leaving. I myself am a service advisor with a different company, as well as a previous technician, so I know how much of a pain the job can be sometimes. I also know the ins and outs of this industry. I am very disappointed in the overall service I received from this dealership.I brought my vehicle in knowing exactly what was wrong with it and knowing that the part was directly associated with an extended warranty given out by FCA specifically for vehicles with the Eco-Diesel engine. The claim was denied by the dealership because a component that needs to be removed in order to replace the part that failed is not covered under the warranty, I was fed information by the advisor as well as the service manager about this being the cause for the denial. Again, I know the ins and outs of the industry and had gone ahead and called FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Corporate) myself. I was told by them that the repair is something that is covered on the warranty and that the dealership does have the authority to deny the work if they do not want to do it. The dealership denied it just to avoid the repair itself. I was then charged a diagnosis fee, even though a diagnosis was not completed. The process to truly confirm this part to have failed is very in depth and requires time, nothing was touched under the hood of my vehicle. I know this to be a fact as I performed some due diligence prior to bringing the vehicle in, in order to know if they had actually done work to the Jeep, nothing was done for diagnosis, yet I was charged.Alan, my service advisor, was extremely difficult to get a hold of, he had never reached out to me or even provided more than a 2 word response every other day. It was not until I reached out to the service manager (after my Jeep was there for two weeks mind you) that I had actually gotten some true answers.My goal is not to trash talk but coming from a fellow service advisor that takes real pride in his work and provides great care to his customers, I am offended personally at the lack of care and respect given to customers at this dealership. Could not even give professional courtesy to NOT feed me a lie that a customer which doesnt know better would accept. I heavily encourage you to shop around and speak with another dealership if you need to bring your vehicle in for service.

I didn’t like my experience. I was not aware of the appointment process so I had to make two trips. The nice black lady helped me get an appointment. Then when I came back, there was this guy who was not the best to interact with. He seemed like I was annoying him. Lastly, I was never informed my vehicle was ready and had to see it outside to ask about it. I’m just over this place.

I called Nyle Maxwell to set up an appointment to take my Dodge Dakota in for safety recall on the airbag. To my surprise, they sent a technician to my job and replaced the airbag there. I was very happy about that. Jim was at my job at 10 am like he scheduled. He sent me a text when he was finished. Thank you for your professionalism Jim.

In a time of high demand I called nyle Maxwell and Johnnie picked up right away and was very quick to provide me with all of the information about the vehicle that I wanted. When I arrived she was very courteous she answered our questions and made sure she gave us all the options so I can drive off the lot with my vehicle. the service was excellent. Thank you Johnnie for excellent services if I do need another vehicle I will definitely be back thank you very much.

Sales people and their managers are not on the same page. Was provided info over call, went in for test drive, spent more than an hour just for the sales manager to come in and tell me that they wont honor an offer and that the sales person did not have updated information. After that, the sales person did not even talk to us. Just left his cubicle.

We switched our service department over to Nyle after having not-so-great experiences at some other service departments. So far so good. The team seems knowledgeable and friendly and communicative. Looking much more promising going forward.
