I always love coming into this location. Doesn’t matter which employee interact with, they are always super friendly and helpful. I come in frequently and a couple of the cashiers have gotten into the habit of already knowing what I want when I come in which is really nice and thoughtful.This location seems to have more variety than the other Planet K’s around town - hence why this is the ONLY location I’ll go to.As long as they’re open, I’ll keep coming...Planet K has DEFINITELY made me feel like a valued customer.

I overheard some of the workers there say that I looked weird out loud after I walked in and said hello.When I tried to engage with them they were slightly rude and the overall interaction was very awkward. They did not understand the product they were selling which is not a big deal but no one there seemed to even want to make an effort to make a sell. The girl on register who had piercing in her nose as well as skinny blond boy working there had bad body odor. Being that I lived in Cedar Park I was trying to make this my go to location but people working there made me so uncomfortable that I decided to go to Round Rock location instead anytime I wanted a glass piece. I like Planet K but they need hire better people.

Came in looking for a replacement part that was apparently hard to find, I walked in and the girl at the counter greeted me and asked how she could help. She was nice enough to sell the model because they didnt have any more. I was so happy to find the right part I didnt even bother paying attention to the price, Im sure it wasnt too much. I want to give 5 stars to the store and 10 to Bri for her great service. Thanks! Btw it works PERFECTLY!

The staff here are always super helpful and friendly. This place, like all the other planet k locations Ive been to, has a very chill vibe to it. This is also the largest of locations that Ive been to so far and the selection of merchandise is great. I especially love coming here to load up on insence.

They forgot to give me one of my items that I paid for called & they said they had it, came back the next day for it and they sold it to someone else after I paid for it.

Bunch of cool cats here....Always positive and nice. Great place to walk around. They even have Disc Golf discs!!!

The employees there bent over backwards to help us. They took their time and explained everything and answered every question we had. Incredibly patient. Will definitely be going back to this store. Thanks again.

Very disappointed that theyre not adhering to the face mask regulations that are out right now allowing customers to walk in without Mass meanwhile the representatives and personnel that are working there either have their mask around their neck or barely dangling over their mouth while their nose is still exposed will not come back here as I do value my life and believe that covid-19 is real and thats out there killing people

Expansive smoke shop. I felt overwhelmed looking around. They have great deals too. Around the holidays, we received 15 percent off.

I was disappointed employees do not wear masks. Luckily lots of smokeshops around.

Very polite and helpful, the 3 ladies in there were awesome.

Nice staff, the young lady helped me out with what I wanted to buy and she even took it out of the box and showed me how it works. Which Im sure anybody can appreciate.

PK has always been trashy but every new pipe shop or vape shop makes it look that much worse. So basically, any other pipe shop or vape shop is better than any PK. How are you a franchise and you cant compete with mom&pop shops? Like a dirty, crowded spencers with cheap glass.

Rude employees....when my friend asked one of the employees about a certain item, the employee told him, he didnt know very rudely.

We came here because It says Gift shop, yet there is nothing Texas related. No souvenirs, just sex toys and vape juice. 3 stars because were coming back when we move here in a few years and bring our vape, just not 5 because it wasnt what we were looking for.
