My absolute favorite planet k to go to! It’s such a convenient location since it’s right off 35 and the staff is pretty helpful as well. The taller guy with the black nail polish has always been super friendly to me and makes me feel like a valued customer. Will be coming back next time I need something.

Very nice atmosphere inside to go along with the Cool people I met there today. Talked about music while getting The best cigarettes on Earth Lucky Strike -unfilterd which made it relaxing and smooth, Ive Enough Stress already So its great to go into a store and Chill A+++ without any Drama or absence

Planet k is always a safe bet for all your smoke shop needs. Some products cost a bit more than you could find them in the specialty shop, but its convenient to know if you are looking fir something planet k prob has it. They support the local music scene and local causes. The customer service is usually really good and there is almost at least 1 person on staff that knows about a specific product if you have questions befire you buy.

Ive been here a couple times since its pretty close to my apartment, but they have the worst customer service. Employees are always rude and not helpful at all. I was interested in a water pipe and I waited nearly 15 min before anyone offered help. Did I mention there was at least 3/5 employees doing absolutely nothing besides throwing paper baskets?!?? So disappointed with this place. You guys need to hire new employees or do some training on customer service/satisfaction! Please check out any other local smoke shops in Austin. Youll probably get more for your buck anyway.

Poor customer service. Asked for the location of a product they sold and was told that they wouldnt sell it even though its on their shelf.

There was some really cool and unique items there. Smalls and bigs and lots of different selections of stuff. Like souvenirs and trinkets

Usually when I go into some planet K stores they can be a little standoffish towards me but this is by far my favorite one to go to!Charles helped me find some kratom I was looking for and mccaye helped me find a really nice container to store it in! This will be my go to Planet K from now on! Thank you guys you rock!

Always got to be considered one of the top stories in Austin with its great history here..... .but things are store went through to stay open and be open and provide for us here in Austin... Most will never understand..they went to store raids harassment of employees arrest off at the store down taken them downtown..I eyewitnessed and seeing some of it was pretty crazy as what they went through..ThanksP.K.

They had a small selection of glass pipes but the ones they had were quality glass from reputable companies at very good prices definitely quality over quantity but all in all a very cool novelty and glass shop.

Not a place for the kids, obviously. But its a laid back place. Staff is beyond laid back. They have a decent pipe selection, but over priced for the quality. Good selection of shisha though.

This store might have a lot of thefts/shrink and that may of explain my experience 5 mins ago. As a person of color Id advise people like myself to avoid this place. I went there to buy plant food bc I heard it was on sale. I paid for it but I wanted to look around and as soon as I left the counter the manger / person came from an office or small room and Im assuming she is a manager due to the changed demeanor of the employees behind the counter when she approach me to ask me to give her the product and I quickly advised her I paid for it. However, she was persistent that I hand it over... as an aware adult I know making a bold comment such as this was racially targeted might be too much. However, Im inclined to say... the beach blond lady (w/ long hair bc there is two) who works there needs some type of customer service training bc if I experience this ... I wonder who else feels like they are thieves bc their appearance or the lack of control one has over their skin tone.
