Found exactly what I needed here, and for a great price! This shop has great energy, the owner is very polite and professional, he tested my product before purchase to ensure working order! The shop smelled AMAZING and I complimented the incense! I will definitely be making this my go-to shop in the future!

They are totally not honest the wholesale price for 250 g of tobacco is $6 and I bought it from for $25 there is a difference between making money and stealing good people money. The owner and the staff they don’t have any customer service skills

I feel like the bad reviews here aren’t fair. The owners barely speak English but are friendly and helpful every time I’ve been there and I’ve been buying my glassware from then for several years now. When I smoked, I never had a problem with fresh shisha flavors and he would even order me what I wanted if he was out of stock. The glassware I buy is locally made and very affordable. I wish I could give them more stars.

Wonderful place to locate any and all smoking related items for your personal use or to give as gifts. The inventory includes (but is certainly not limited to) tobacco products, lighters ranging from Bic to Vector, all sorts of pipes & pipe components, a wide variety of e-cigarettes and vaping equipment as well as lots of flavors & strengths of the liquids to use with them, knives, clothing, and jewelry. This is not a vape franchise or cheesy chain store - its a mom & pop operation (although mom & pop are quite young) with excellently low prices and sometimes on-the-spot surprise discounts. I love this place & recommend it to everyone.

Zero stars for this shop. I came in today to purchase a pack of rolling papers. My total came out to $3.78 and I pulled out my debit card to pay. The clerk advised me that they could only swipe my card if I bought something else. Given there is currently a national coin shortage as well as a deadly global pandemic, I understood most businesses were operating on cards only. If I have to spend more than I intended to in order to do business with them, I’m not interested. FYI debit companies to not charge a fee to the merchant per card swipe- this was clearly an attempt to get me for more money. I will not return to this shop ever again.

Glass seems to be a lot cheaper than other smoke shops.

I was sold a malfunctioning vape pen. The owner was kind enough to exchange it with another malfunctioning vape pen. All of this happened within a span of 24-48 hrs. The owner refused to give me a refund or an exchange for a working product. I dont feel that this is respectful treatment of clientele. If I am being sold bad products from a store, the store owner should at least return my money or give me a functioning product of comparable value.There are many nice smoke shops in Austin. I would steer clear of this one if you are getting anything electronic like a vape pen. Low quality vape products, no guarantee of functionality, exchange, or money back. The owner doesnt stand behind the product he has in stock. Very displeased.

Gee willikers with this place. Over-priced. Awful service. Expired shisha flavors. Expensive glass pieces. Dont look at an item for too long, as someone will watch you like a hawk & not ask if you need assistance. Dont you dare ask a question as a paying customer either! You will get the cold shoulder or a rude response. If using a card, they dont ask if you are paying with a credit card or debit card- either way they charge you a random service fee (aside from taxes) that is added to your total without you knowing. This place use to have decent prices & okay customer service. I do not recommend this establishment.

DONT WASTE YOUR $$$ HERE!!! I thought this was a cool place until the guy sold me a Joyetech Cuboid mod for $75 and told me he was giving me a good deal. Its half that price online! I know, buyer beware. Well, it stopped working within one month and he wouldnt replace it or give me a refund. He literally wiped his hands in front of my face and said, It doesnt work! He offered half price off another mod but since he doubles the list price anyway I am going to buy one online just for the sake of principle.

Ive gone to this place several times(loyally bought e-juice for over a year) and the owner was tolerable to deal with, but never nice or friendly. First thing to turn me off was seeing him tell a locally-made glass distributor that he no want local glass and asked them to leave. Ive spent at least 1k here, only to later find out most is counterfeit. Even the rolling papers we purchased were fake!! I will never shop here again. Shops like this shouldnt be permitted to exist...

This place is super super sketchy.Don’t ask any questions because they won’t answer them. The dude is extremely rude. He yelled at me for opening the drink door while I was reading the ingredients on the drink. He is the biggest jerk I have ever seen at a store. Worst then a third world country.Oh yeah did I mention sketchy? I would love other people to call the city or the BETTER BUSINESS BUERO on him them. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Ive been here many many times and I think only once were they nice. They treat the customer as if you wanted to steal something and everything is actually behind glass. The price on their fluid stated 2.49 $ and they charged 3.49$ even after we showed them the sign but then charged a friend $2.49 later the same day. I wouldnt spend another dollar at this store.

They have an excellent selection of pipes and other supplies at great prices. They also have cool jewellery. Native American tobacco is available as well.

Bought a couple things here and every time I go the Asian guy that seems to be the owner is always found to be in a crappy mood. A lot of stuff is overpriced, smoke house down the street are way nicer and cheaper.

I went in to make a purchase, every ones nice in all, but I did not receive a recite or exsaxtc change, I was shorted 5 bucks and some change, vary diss satisfied
