I found by one of the employees that the they are the ones that take all the designer bedding. He stood right there and told me after he saw me grab a designer sheet and screamed out to another employee that this lady over here grabbed it before he could. He was actually on the floor looking for it but I saw it 1st. So I made a comment to him saying oh I guess yall are the ones that get the good bedding and he said yes we do.. Goodwill employess shouldnt be allowed to do this and I know they do it at all of the stores. GOODWILL needs to put a stop to this .

They get a good review. Because the incident that I did have was my own fault. And they were quick to return the items and give me a gift card. Which works, it’s better than nothing.

Great place for Christmas Sweaters, decor and small gifts. I am ready for the Ugly Sweater Contest! Goodwill even sells the ribbons for the contest winners! 😅🤣😂Oh store was clean. Good selection. Great customer service. Yes! The important stuff.

Super friendly staff stop by and say hi

My friend and I spent 30 minutes shopping around and felt like we were being watched. After we spent $27.00 they stopped me to look inside my purse and of course found nothing! I I I have ihave never felt so insulted at a Goodwill in my life

Goodwill helps me tremendously. We bought most our furnitures from here. The staff at this location are incredibly nice. So caring. I have nothing but compliments for everyone here.

Really well run place to get some great deals! This location tends to carry a lot of premium brand clothing (Nike, Polo, BR, etc) and a small selection of housewares. Always very clean and the staff is always very friendly!

This is probably one of the best goodwills in Austin come check it out they have new stuff daily!

Staff is always pleasant. Came across an exact match chair to my existing Living room suit. It was in good used shape and the manager even gave me a discount because it had been there for a few weeks .

I shop at Goodwill alot because Im on a fixed income. They usually have amazing prices. This time however. I noticed that their prices went way up. I even found a used pair of shoes that were more expensive at Goodwill than new shoes at the Norwood Walmart right behind Goodwill. Same exact shoes. Must be a mistake. I tried to bring it to their attention and all I got was. Aint my job and it is what it is man !!!

Regretting buying the puppet i got here yesterday, my boyfriend refuses to speak to me through anything but the puppet anymore. 5 stars

Large Goodwill location. Variety of items, from clothing, bags, and shoes, books, dishes, housewares. Some furniture and sporting equipment. It was clean and seemed well organized. The people working were very nice/friendly. (Fitting rooms are currently closed as of 6/19/2020 due to covid-19.) Would definitely return to this location to shop again.

Horrible management, sells visible damaged items with no price -- guess prices with none priced items!!! Items missings keys and workings has no clue on how to get access to the items displayed and on floor ready to sell.

Though inflation struck impact fully at the Goidwills, I still frequent them to find vintage and trending fashion wear to either keep for me, or sell on the internet .

This Goodwill is huge and had a ton of mens clothes which is not helpful to me necessarily, but good to know. I only have it 3 stars because there was like one employee and a huge que of people were waiting over 5 minutes for them to even start checking out. In addition, as big as it is, they didnt really have alot of non clothing items.
