The manager lady is so nice and knowledgeable she went to the back to check to e of they had an item and then told me the days the truck would be here for the new stuff !!! 5 stars

Very friendly and courteous staff. One of the nicest and cleanest Big Lots I have been in. A good place to shop for furniture and home stuff. We were all impressed until we went to make a purchase. Both the couch and the dining table were out of stock! Why have this on display if no one can purchase it! Very disappointing waste of time for us

Its a nice place to get good products at a reasonable price. The store isnt that crowed and it is clean. They also have some really beautiful furniture and household decor.

They had a really nice, & priced well, sectional sofa which I bought! Ill be buying a mattress next for master bedroom. Ive bought 2 from them for our other bedrooms - they have worked out well for us.

Odd items a good prices. Do wish they carried more but the addition of furniture eliminated isles.

Jeff and D are awesome and very friendly and helpful. They helped my husband and I get our new couch and sign up for the Big Lots reward card. Weve been to this Big Lots 3 times now and every time, everyone was been friendly and helpful. The store is clean and orderly. Great service.

Its definitely one of the smallest Big Lots stores Ive ever been to, but I can count on getting some dry goods and pet food here at a good price. Employees are generally pleasant and helpful, and the store is generally easy to navigate. The manager is probably the hardest working employee at that store. He makes he checkout process fast and friendly at Big Lots.

I thought they were a discount store? Product s cost just as much or more than Walmart.

Cashier was rude when I was only picking up my item that I already paid for online... All she/ he had 2 do was scan my bar code on my email and she or he didnt even bother 2 look at my phone.

Had a great experience! Had not been to a Big Lots since 2011. I found some really nice pieces for my home decor here! My main store was in Cedar Park, where we lived years ago and I love that one as well, GREAT customer service and always loving the inventory!

Really big store full of goodies! Sometimes you have to dig, but I always find something. They carry furniture, groceries and frozen food too.

I recommend checking out big lots before making similar purchases on Amazon. Ive found stuff here, particularly inexpensive electronics, that are just as good as Amazons products and cheaper too.

Havent been here since the remodel and I have to say its a huge improvement. Nice layout. More decor selections. Nice seasonal items. I was impressed with the various food items. Prices are pretty good. Customer service was great as well. Very friendly staff.

Ive been shopping there since they opened in the 90s here in Austin like that they pretty much sell everything from household goods to groceries even furniture.

Its beautifully well kept inside! The day I went was not ons a weekend and it was quite slow. I was so surprised with what I could find at a discounted price. Lots of gems here, worth stopping in to just browse odds and ends in furniture or pantry.

I hadnt been to Big Lots in probably 4 to 5 months, coming here recently I was blown away by the awesome incredible remodel of the store. Its very clean I love the way its laid out I love the way its decorated and I love the way you get awesome service in the furniture Department. Everyone is very helpful. Love the Big Lots off of William Cannon and 35 I have been frequenting this store more since they remodeled it.

One thing thats not true is the T.V. say they deliver is not true.

Went to this store Im Austin to see what Christmas stuff they had. Didnt have much of anything left.

It was a nasty place. Nothing was in place. And they didnt have AC filters. Their staff is just mean as can be. That is the last time I go over there. I wouldnt recommend to go there. They have nice furniture.

Great service in the furniture dept and were able to have a sofa we purchased delivered the same day and the old one removed for an additional cost through a recommended delivery company.

Lots of good reliable items can be found. Reasonly purchased a Cal King bed, Love it! Priced just right.

This place is a nice place to go for decorating and if you’re into the holiday spirit they always have quite a variety of things to choose from but make sure to go early because things do run out fast. I went today to get a few things for Easter and noticed that the staff was saying to call the police. I guess they caught a shoplifter and asked him to leave the store.

This location has actually gotten better. They remodeled the whole store and it looks great! And they even have more staff with good customer service. Hopefully it stays a good place to shop at.

Most of your housing needs are located her at Big Lots. They carry bedding, general house decor, outside funiture and decor as well as outside equipment and tools. You can find most of your handyman tool needs along with a few automotive items. Big Lots carry pet care from treatments to food to bedding and toys.There are sliding doors entering and leaving the establishment. Customer service is professional and courteous.

Clean store, nice selection, not sure Id buy anything from the furniture department after hearing one of the sales associates tell a customer Are you ready yet or what?. I know what my answer wouldve been with it being my money, other than that good store.

Havent been to a big lots in a very long time and came in for a large decorative bowl to use as a sink and found so much more stuff that would be better for my project than I found at the previous store. The staff was friendly and happy to help as well. I dont like not being able to find what I need and they help so good! Lol

This review is just for the customer service over the phone. I called to check on a fireplace that Big Lots may or may not carry in the future and was put on hold. They were selling the display for boxed price without box. I asked if they would bring the price down and was put on hold again. I dont mind the hold because I know they most likely are busy! The salesperson came back and said they didnt have any or the display. This was a 7 minute call and I suppose they didnt want to come down on price. Thats fine but it felt like they lied because maybe they just wanted to sell the display at boxed price. 🤔

Good prices on simple furniture and shelving units and other household products. Not the absolute best quality stuff but its not awful. This place has really helped us out when we have needed household items but we are on a budget. Not a huge variety.

Lot of great deals but they have upgraded do its starting to get expensive

The store seemed under staffed, however the employee s were nice. The whole process to get approved for the lease was harder to do than Conns in store credit. The prices seemed reasonable and the had a wide selection. The employees worked hard!

I went in to exchange curtains. It became a bit contentious at first because I didnt have my receipt and the rewards account info didnt bring up the transaction (every time I go to ANY big lots theres an issue with the rewards account either they cant find it or they create a new one). After some pushback I was allowed to do an exchange for different window coverings.I am pleased with the new ones. No issues with first merchandise just didnt like the color after I got them home. Store was typical big lots.

They have some pretty good deals, you just have to dig for them sometimes as the store can be a mess. They always have a big selection of seasonal items like Halloween/christmas decorations. I dont know about the food items they have. Might be okay

If I could give zero stars I would. I found a couch online I liked this was the only store that had it in stock so I called to have them hold it for me because I was coming from San Antonio. When I arrived at the store to purchase and pick up I was informed that the couch was in a storage unit outside and they couldnt go out side because it was dark. The guy then proceded to take a mattress set out side for a customer (in the dark) he then told me I could purchase the couch and pick it up the next day. None of this was conveyed to me on the phone before I drove for over an hour. Customer service is definitely lacking in this store.****UPDATE****Jeff the manager of this store contacted me and made the whole situation right. Thank you Jeff, I love my new couch!
