This has to be one of the messiest Dollar General! The entire store was a mess! The one star is for the cashier who was friendly!

I shop here often and I am pleased with the new staff. They are doing a great job at organizing the shelves and keeping the inventory stocked!

Absolutely rude rude rude just because its an hour before you close gives no right to make a customer feel uncomfortable being there checking out. Thank God Im only visiting because back home the workers work until the doors lock and are happy to help any customer

Low on supplies but still a good place to get something fast at a good price.

Dirty and empty. Metal carts all over aisles.

Boxes everywhere from stuff being stocked but they always have great customer service and the Manager James is very helpful.

Their items were all over the place. The shoes were all over the floor and out of order. There was only one store clerk at the cash register. The line was super long and the cash register personnel was super slow so it took me almost close to 20 minutes just to check out. I literally offered a customer standing in front of me to pay them in order to cut in front of them so that I can hurry up and get out of the store. Which he was super nice and didnt mind me checking out my items before him. The store being so over crowded could also cause a problem with it being too many people in the store causing safety concerns with covid. This store has a low rating on my rasta because they are not making sure that everyone is staying safe practicing social distancing along with using proper sanitation dealing with multiple customers.

It was great. The cashier was courteous and polite.

Dirty and Run down. Lots of sketchy characters just loitering around.

The employee at the register had no mask on. All the inventory was in dang near every isles, shelves empty. Only 1 guy trying to restock, cuddos to him.

Very dirty I will never step a foot in that place again its very dirty and nothing in its place very empty shelf and the worker there was very unprofessional he was complaining and on his phone and walking around doing nothing I do not recommend this place take a visit just to see its very bad please get this store back up and in good shape

They are generally pretty well stocked and there prices are for the most part very good. But there are some items that the grocery stores are better priced. I live pretty close to a Dollar General store and some times I am not able to get the grocery store so I chose convince. I have found some things in Dollar General that I havent seen in other stores. Thanks Dollar General.

Unlike the dollar tree store where every item is truly just one dollar this store has very few things that cost just a dollar. Reminded me of a very small, miniature Wallmart.

I liked the cashiers Im the hostess with the most es attitude.

Typically well stocked. Great selection of value brands. Dairy products slightly overpriced. Sometimes a little grungy. Mens room could use attention/cleaning.

They may be a DG more disorganized and dysfunctional, but I doubt it! Nothing is where it belongs, or consistently out of stock. Sure ATX has a high rate of employment, but the lack of operational usefulness due to being understaffed is abysmal.

I do not see how people say the customer service is awesome here. Every single time I come here the employees act like its a super inconvenience to check me out. Its always mess you can NEVER find the same thing twice or anything at all for that matter the medication isle is a disaster. Been coming here 3 years and nothings changed. Tonight was the last straw there is a homemade sign that says we will be closing at 8pm. And the girl just jamming on her phone behind the register looking straight at me. So if you just dont want to work just put a sign up? Really? Ill just take that extra drive to Walmart from now on because this is ridiculous.

The manager & other employees are very rude to customers. Especially white people. They also sometimes will not allow backpacks(walmart allows backpacks), but purses are okay i guess? Always close early. Between 6:50pm-9pm

Store is supposed to close at 10:00pm. I get there 15 minutes before and they tell me that they are closed. This is not the first time that theyve done this.
