The store is open and the managers are really nice. It is understaffed big time and the managers will tell you that but it looks even better than a few months ago when they had a bad manager. Eddie is the new one and is awesome. They are trying their best to function with limited resources in an urban area and have done a good job

Dollar tree has a variety of items to choose from. From inexpensive snacks, hygiene products, toys, and other miscellaneous. This Dollar Tree is one of the nicer locations as it is spacious and very well taken care of. The staff is friendly and greets their customers upon entrance. Will be returning customer here.

Every since I became aware of DOLLAR TREE STORES, its been my pocket books favorite place to shop, I absolutely love shopping here for almost everything from household goods to party supplies and you name it. And price. Where else can you get such value for your hard earned dollar. ?

Was having a great time in there, until I checked out, the cashier was extremely rude.

I tried getting $50 cash back then was told it declined then was also told there wasnt $50 in tha register. I walked too tha nearest atm & pulled out $60 when I got tha receipt on my phone it said the transaction from dollar tree was complete but tha gurl @ tha register said it declined. Clearly my money was took & this Dollar tree said they couldnt reimburse me smfh. Its tha caucasian blonde headed lady named Amy with tattoos . Definitely go too another line if possible

Understaffed, very long lines with one register opened, and very rude staff that act like they wish they werent there. A very rude employee with glasses aggressively took my bag from me for safe storage then when I tired to get my bag back since my wallet was in it she refused until I asked another employee, even I did I noticed about $60 from my wallet gone. I tried finding a manager but ended up having to leave the store, when I tried calling about this incident kept getting hung up on.Other Dollar Tree locations in Austin wrap up glassware in newspapers to protect from breaking, this one just tosses them all in a paper bag with my batteries and other heavy items.I love Dollar Tree and have shopped at many locations all over Austin they never check bags expect this one, very fishy.

This is a one-time experience so I may update this review as I come back.Great selection and the staff was excellent at clearing a sudden rush at checkout. That is not the normal experience for me when shopping at Dollar Tree.

Good place to get inexpensive household items at the last minute. They are also my go-to place for greeting cards since nothing costs more than a buck. But they also have a good selection of cards that are priced at 2 for a dollar. Just about everything in the store is made in China and is cheap for a reason. Nothing here will last very long before it breaks or otherwise becomes useless. Id stay away from pet food/treats that arent made in the USA cause you dont know what impurities may be in them from overseas suppliers.

Always a great deal although it is hard to find a time when the shelves are fully stocked.

Shelves were a mess and it wasnt super well stocked. But who can really complain about the dollar store? Everything is a dollar and you find tons of cool stuff. Even food.

TP is as good as HEB brand and only a dolla! Yellow Totally Awesome degreaser is totally awesome and only a dolla! Bread selection is wholesome Brand names and only a dolla! Same bar soaps as everyone else and only a dolla! Drain deglogger does not work because its only a dolla! Sliced cheese doesnt melt in microwave because its only a dolla!

I obviously shop here because it is a dollar store. However, I dont remember a time that I did not have to maneuver around boxes to get to the things that I need. Workers appear extremely unhappy.

The cashiers was very rude, to myself and my business partner placing the stereotype around us when we walked into the store. Demanding my business partner leave her purse at the front counter. We are regular customers at this location and how we were treated today Dollar Tree dose not have to worry about us seeking their service no longer.

Was my neberhood DT for years. Was almost a dailly shoperhear. 5hey saved me a foetin. Houshold and Hobby suply must.

There arent enough good things to say about this particular location. The store is always well stocked with items not found at other locations. Its very clean and so neatly organized. The employees are always so nice and courteous. Im glad its so close to my home.

Ive lived in four different states, and this is the first Dollar Tree that Ive been in that was well stocked with desirable items, was organized, clean and adequately staffed! Kudos to the franchise owner of this particular store!

Everything u need truly a dollar or less great product and name brand items. Only down fall is short staffed occasional long lines and few registers. Wanna save money tho its worth it. I say start ur shopping here before u go to regular stores.

After 2 yrs shopping at this location with mixed but not bad results today after wondering the store for about 20 min or so I was told I needed to drop my backpack up front with the pile of other (kids) back packs. As a 42 yr old who normally has her laptop in her bag and a regular customer as well this was insulting, Add to the fact being treated as a child, and when I complained about it I only got a sarcastic have a nice day as I stormed out, plus I was suppossed to leave it unattended by the exit.There is to much competion in walking distance let alone the bus to come back to this location.After all this is a place where everything is a dollar or less it is not like much can walk off, of course the fact there is only ever one or two people up front I guess treating paying customers like children is preferable to actually having someone paying attention to whats going on.Former regular customer...

This is a pretty big store filled with cool items. I was able to get in and out quickly. The cashiers are smiling faces.

They always have the most helpful folks working there.

The staff for the most part is always helpful and in a positive mood. This is also the only store of considerable inventory that does reprogram their POS system to charge that 10 cent a bag racketeering fee. Minus a star for lengthy check out times

A very clean store. A pleasure to shop in.

The store was messy, inside and out. None of the workers greeted me, including the cashier. There were several crates of items, blocking the aisles, needing to be put away. Only one cashier and the line almost reached the back of the store.

This store is awesome the cashier Martha is so help and always welcomes everyone I have seen doing alot of duties However she still vomforts the customers Great To Have Martha

Really a typical Dollar Tree, not the nicest or best stocked (see the one near Randalls on 183) but not the worst I have been in.

Relatively large, clean, open store with a good supply of incredibly inexpensive home, car, party, seasonal, pet & food products.

The aisles are wide and well laid out. The staff are very helpful.

This is my favorite Dollar Tree so far, very well organized, great selection. I found a cable for my phone charger, $1.00!, $7.99 at an electronic store.
