Every time i go to Walmart i pick up more than what i came for. I went for the Lays Funyuns and came out with other things 😂😂

Nice location. Can be easily seen from the highway and had the essentials i needed. Got great feedback when I requested for the location of an item. Since its a big Walmart, the line is usual long during check out but I believe it is better later in the day. Prices are within reach.. Great store and recommended for your everyday grocery shopping as well as other essential materials

Always find everything Im looking for. 2 dislikes though. Everything in Beauty is locked up so you cant really look around, compare decide. You have to know what product you want, have someone unlock and give to you and only one register open. Thats so affects the customer experience.

Was only 2 lanes and self checkout took almost 20 mins to get checked out redonk...PUT MORE CASHIER IN EVERY LOCATION MORE CHECKOUT LANES OPEN !!!!!!! PLEASE

Bought 4 new tires. Paid to have them balanced ($50) and while I was driving back north it felt like my car was going to rattle apart. They either didnt balance them, or did so incorrectly, and still charged me. Id take it back to them but clearly they dont know what they are doing, so I guess Ill pay extra to have someone else do it.

It was great to shop here. Im from new orleans so it was amazing to walk in here and find everything I came for plus got to see things our Walmart doesnt have. The employees was super helpful and polite. It was clean and organized. Great job🥰

Rude staff! Tried calling the automotive department to check on my truck...no answer. I try speaking to management and the refuse to get on the phone. Terrible terrible customer service. Ill never come back here again 🙄

Alright. I wouldnt expect good shopping experience or extra ordinary customer service,, after all its just a Walmart. But, this is my first time in America seeing such horrible customer service! Here is the context: 4 self check-out machines are broken. Out if 13 checkout stations only 3 were open, lines are just unimaginable. A customer approach this super rude staff asking them if someone is coming to fix these machines or it would take a while so he can leave. With all rudeness they responded back yelling you can see they are broken, I mean you have eyes right?. You can start to understand why Im passed off. Now this is a message to all managers at Walmart to ask their staff to have a decent, not much, just decent attitude towards the customers. I understand the staff was frustrated or angry for whatever reason. But if your staff doesnt like to work there you can simply tell them that they can just find somewhere else that suite their attitude. #Walmart

This one wasnt trashed out like some Ive been in nice and clean the staff was helpful and nice found what I needed definitely coming back.

The only complain is the lines. So many registers they have but instead of paying for cashiers to work and check cuatomers out we are forced to self checkout to do the work for free and check outselves out. Some stores are worse like Lockhart where there is 1 regular register but still not what I want to be doing...especially for free, I didnt come shopping to then have to work for free. Scanning 40 tiny bottles of paint and dealing with the checkout constantly give me issues with weight is very very very annoying.Makeup and makeup bag selection could for sure be better but thats what Ulta is for.Store is clean. Employees I saw were friendly. Bathroom was clean. Products organized and in its place. Overall Id say its a good store.

Bought this Acer Chromebook from Walmart south park Meadows Austin tx and now I am having same problem as 1 at&t internet installer installed internet at an apt in California I rented back in 2012 that completely destroyed my brand new laptop and tv I bought back then now this same internet stuff is happening in Tulsa in Sept 22, 2021.

Its Walmart, you walk in planning on buying a fee things and you walk out with a bunch of random stuff you find along the way lol. Hard to stick to your diet when they have all that junk food literally everywhere you look....and so cheap. Youre not playing fair Walmart

Okay, this garden center is awesome!! Asked for assistance with finding umbrella bases and they dropped what they were doing and both gave me their undivided attention (a manager and sales associate). They were in fact sold out but took the time to even check the stock to make sure. They clearly have integrity in this store because that garden center was so well kept. I WILL be back and I live all the way in Kyle. Appreciate you guys!

As far as products they usually have what you need, but a competent staff and common sense procedures are no where to be found. Waited almost 30 minutes to check out because they only ever have self check out lines open. While in line I hear an elderly woman say she needs help ringing stuff up, and the employees response... We only have self checkout open and Im the only one here, so I dont know what to tell you... Ill leave it at that.

Picked up an online order with curbside service. The employees were very prompt in bringing out my order and loading it into my trunk. Very nice and polite young men.

Walmart used to be so reliable when it came to finding what I am looking for, but now this store generally (literally any location) only appears to sell clothes for short, round people, ie. 40+ waist and inseam 32and shorter. My size is 32x34. I also wear Hanes comfort flex underwear, but only one location had large, the shelves at the other locations were virtually empty--this was also the case in the Midland, San Antonio, and Taylor locations. Tonight I had to go to four locations in South Austin to find what I needed (the fourth store had everything, even in my size!), and when I was finally checking out, the cashier informed me that their store was only accepting cash because their system was down. I cant even believe a business can operate this way. It is SO VERY frustrating.

It is a big Walmart. Fairly clean and organized. Has everything a Walmart usually has. The electronics section seemed to be out of lots of things like tablet computers, they only had 3 displayed. Very few phones.

I absolutely hate shopping at Walmart! How can you have 0 carts available to use for shopping? Either you don’t want us to buy much or you want us to get the carts forms the lot ourselves. I had my 3mo old grandson with me, no carts inside, had to go outside to get a cart from the lot. When I was leaving an hour later, the cart corral was still empty! You can do better Walmart!!

I didnt buy what I went in for because theyre want any prices and I didnt want to go hunt down an employee. This is often a problem at this location. That and alot of boxes are damaged in the shelf. I dont want to take the chance of buying something thats been dropped them getting home and finding out when I open it that I have to turn around and take it back due to damaged product. I dont have time for that.

The most horrible experience that I have ever had. I was picking up an online order. Got there and called the number, no one answered and the mail box was full. I called my wife and she tried to call the pick up number. When she couldnt get through she tried main pickup number. They tried to get the store on the telephone and they couldnt. My wife tried the store customer service line. Line rang 13 times and it seemed like someone picked but she was apparently placed on hold. After holding for seven minutes she hung up and called again. No one answered that time. She called me and said to come home as I had been waiting for Over an hour. I was able to catch a young man and he said that only he and a small girl were working the pick up. This was only our second time to try online ordering. Checked our order and some things are missing that should have been included in our order. Now have to deal with that. Not sure if we will try online ordering again.

I received vaccinations at the pharmacy. Staff was great even though they were busy.

Please train electronics staff on cell phones phones. No need to be a cell phone guru, just the basics. Keep the staff, good people.

Interesting Walmart. Not really stocked a lot. & the things that are stocked seemed to be locked up in a lot of areas within the store. I understand this location is right on a major highway, but even so... almost 70% of each section of the store is locked up (ie: bike pumps? Really? Hair products. Certain electronics & phone cases or chargers?) Just very strange. Walmart should cut down on all the unused registers and up their security, not lock items people use on a day to day basis. High ticket items should be locked. 🥴🥸

Called several times to electronic section and the lady answers the phone and hangs up every time. Even when she does she will hang up in the middle of the conversation. Someone else picked up and said her name was Laura. Very unprofessional. If you don’t like doing your job you should find another one.

This place can offer good customer service if you demand it through a floor manager. Its dirty, customer service is poor due to the general unhappy staff who are grossly denied full-time benefits and low pay.

They keep forgetting the concept of customer service but they never forget to put profit above all else, including customers. In the evenings,, they have no employees checking customer. The customers are the only checkers and you have to wait in long lines just for the privilege of working for free. And security stops you at the door to make sure youre not stealing anything while youre working for free. If they had checkers, they could drop half the security force and make even more money!

This Walmart is ghe-tto. Enter at your own risk and lock your car doors and hide valuables. Not as bad as the one on Mopac though. I will say they had lots and lots of product and variety. Theres a McDonalds inside.

Found everything I needed and more always great prices items always in stock.

I have never had such sorry service as their delivery. Today was the worst and the last time I will do business with Wal-Mart. I have consistently had wrong orders but they were small enough not to worry over. Today, I had over $75.00 of ordered and paid product that was not delivered. When I called, I was told they could cancel the order and reorder. Now get this, I wont get a refund for up to 10 days. So, I dont have my groceries and you have my money. I dont think so Wal-Mart. Never again!!!!!

Horrible service. Ordered on line-said items were available and pick up before 8pm. No further communication . Went to the store the next day, waited 30 minutes. Manager never came back. Cancelled order and going to Target. Much better service there.And staff at Walmart not wearing masks.

Was surprised at how limited their selection of socks was in the mens department. They clearly are having some drastic stocking issues because almost the entire isle was empty shelves. Seems like they arent willing to spend the money on associates to make sure this location is taken care of properly. Ended up going to Target instead.

Variety of things to choose from. Handicap parking and access. Good location. They could always use some more of the handicap scooters though. Half the time, they dont work. McDonalds inside of this location. Restroom is okay.

I try to avoid this location, but I was in a hurry. Its gotten better than it used to be, and better than the next closest one here in Austin. So itll do Im a pinch.

There were no shopping carts.The one i got was loud and hard to push, changed carts 3 time.

Difficult locating assistance in make-up area but once she arrived, she was very helpful.

Lines are so long and when people actually jump on registers, they pull from the back of the line. Frozen items are completely defrosted even before you checkout.

Theres a reason why i go to the Buda store instead. Cashier in Garden didnt know how to ring up my lawn mower with a serial number. Then I couldnt pay a partial payment with my gift card because he didnt know how. I decided to go to the self checkout instead (which was ridiculous on both sides) and he had to void out each of my items. Including the lawn mower and serial number which was a chore itself. At the self checkout I was done in one minute after I made it to the kiosk

This Walmart deserves zero stars.. the do not accept WIC and the never have more than 2 lanes open. There’s more homeless people inside this Walmart than there is actual workers. I will never go to another Walmart again.

Had an online pick-up order. I’ve used this service before and haven’t had any issues, but if your order is larger than what fits in the lockers, expect to wait 30 minutes. I arrived and checked in at the tower. Waited 15 minutes. Called the store to let them know I had been waiting. Waited 10 more minutes. Approached an associate who put out another page over the intercom. 5 minutes later, an associate came with my order. Not worth the waste of time.

Horrible. They never stock here. Its dirty and trashy. Been trying to but a belt here for weeks. Only size 50 and up. And usually only 3 or four belts period. Same with under shirts and pretty much all the things carried in electronics too. If looking do a specific item you know to be at Wal-Mart, go to a different on than this one on Ben White and I35 in Austin, TX.

Its in South Park Meadows which is convenient for everything you need. One stop shop strip mall. Eating whether casual, evening or shopping is all around you and a brand new HEB for your more sophisticated consumers and college students. WalMart in the Meadows also has an automotive shop in the back for oil changes and tire rotations. I find this WalMart better staffed and more selections in their produce and deli isle. Home and garden section. Fashions for working folks and jewelry for men and women. The electronics department in the back would be my only complaint. If you need a cell phone or have an issue with one this would not, and I repeat would not be the place to get help on most levels exception being purchasing. No problem selling just be warned when returning or in need of assistance this is not the kiosk to get help. You will leave with double the stress and worry you entered there with and find yourself more frustrated and confused than before your trip to these ambassadors of no help on every shelf. Ha! So there it is in a package. Shop at Walmart at South Park Meadows and walk to most of all your other shopping, dining and entertainment needs.

Good luck getting help at the store. Ask two different associates that work there to pay somebody for automotive department and neither of them seem to have any clue what Im talking about or how to go about doing so. This store has gone down. It is hard to find product, much less to try and find someone to help you look for items. And when you do, they have bad attitudes like your bothering them. The lines are always long to check out and no one in the front checkouts seems to care of the lines. Why have all those registers with no one working them. Im going to HEB or Target from now on!

Its rare that I come in to this store but I needed something quick. As usual no cashier at the electronics and when someone finally came out of the back she told me to come to the front and. He k out there. The item I was buying was in a plastic box that I know has to be removed thats why I was waiting for someone.

Very large WalMart Supercenter. Well-stacked and clean with good parking in busy part of Austin.

I went to this store to simply buy a toaster. The self-checkout stations were completely closed down. Maybe there was a technical problem. These things happen. With no self checkout stations open. Why in the hell was there only one cashier. I repeat, only one! I stood in line for what seemed like an eternity. When I finally checked out, I turned around to see a line with at least 30 plus people waiting behind me. This is piss-poor management. There were other employees piddling around doing other chores, but no one at the cashier stations. Needless to say, I will never return to this store again!

Perry much the same review I give for every Wal-Mart. If youve been to one Wal-Mart youve been to them all. Ive never had an exceptional time here nor have I ever had a super disappointing one either. 😕 Although I will comment I do not like the self checkout, super annoying.

Only one check out lane open on Saturdays when store is busy! You have to use self check out most of the time! Store seems well stocked and clean most of the time.

I was disappointed in shopping at that store, only one cashier and a long line! And it was the Express lane, and people had basketful of items! I wont be going there anymore!

Cheap items are great although they have too many staff standing around socializing instead of helping the obvious long lines of customers

This is a real Walmart, but it is a high crime Walmart, so their very strict with how you come in with return items, which makes me feel uncomfortable when I return something here. It’s better up the road some at Ben white pkwy to shop. A little more friendly at the others nearby.

Wal Mart has surveillance everywhere. Especially on the checkouts. So why am i checking out twice by having a clerk run my receipt at the door. It seems you dont trust your own checkout operations. I am also not under contract or even made aware that its a policy. Stop violating our rights. Fix your systems and eliminate double checkouts. Very frustrating and as millionaires you should compromise more and make less errors. Especially in judgement.

Easy to park. Fast self checkout. I bought lactose free milk, a bowl, and a small trash can.

There was items they were out of during the storm and I didnt receive them on my delivery. I waited awhile until lines calmed down before going in to complain and was no problem with manager. He let me get the missing items. They are also very good about accommodating me when I need boxes.

I came to pick up my groceries on July 9/2021 I was there for almost 5 minutes then other people started to pull in and they brought their orders before mine I was mad Sooooooo I left without my groceries I will get my groceries from Target or H‑E‑B from now on/ don’t send me a text that said I picked up when I did not get any groceries like I said I left without my groceries because I was sooooooo mad

They close @11pm now....... and they make SURE you know..... Every 5-10 mins from 9:30-close........
