This company is great! Highly recommend! So much easier and friendlier than the Apple store in the Domain (plus much closer)! Srini and Nathan are great and very professional.

Staff surly and bizarrely unfriendly for Austin.Also incompetent. I tested them with some questions and they knew less than I did which is not that much. I want to support small businesses but this place needs to higher more qualified staff!

Recommend Highly! These guys were able to fix my MacBook black screen issue whilst I was travelling and were super helpful shipping it back to me in emergency (last flight back to UK before borders closed). Very grateful and great service. Will return to store again in the future. Thanks again.

Just got the keyboard to my early 2016 12-inch retina Macbook replaced with these people. It was a SUPER simple process and in my case, did not cost a dime. Ive been in friendlier and more welcoming stores, but they got the job done quickly. I dropped my Macbook off on a Thursday, Apple sent them the replacement part which took about 3 days to ship to their store. They replaced it and calibrated it so fast that I got it back today!

10 days in line then saying there is no issue even though they did the sanity check before receiving it. And apple support also agreed its a laptop issue. Quite irresponsible Id say, and that costed me $2500 since I had to buy a replacement meanwhile.

Professional techs, they know what theyre talking about. Quick fix for a new battery, iPhone. I was in a time crunch for travel, 30min fix, very impressive. I would definitely recommend.

These guys are amazing. So helpful and superfast. I am in town on a job working with clients and cracked my screen really badly. They had me a new screen fitted within an hour. Honestly I have never had such good service anywhere..Thanks Guys..Above and beyond!

I felt as if I was a nuisance to the person working each time I interacted with someone. The first time in the store my mere presence seemed to cause irritation despite me being the ONLY customer in the store.Next, my laptop had problems immediately after coming back from being fixed. I called and the man who answered was extremely short and said nothing like, wow Im so sorry to hear that or this must be an inconvenience to you. The only thing that was said was, welp looks like youll have to bring it back in. I literally just got it back from them hours earlier and they couldnt say anything helpful to me on the phone?Just go to the real Apple store, these guys clearly dont care about having customers.

I believe they know what they are knowledgable and can help most problems. My computer had some serious issues that were mostly resolved. My main complaint is not everyone that may work on your computer is the most personable and clear on timing of repairs. There are a few staff you need to gravitate to when you stop in for assistance.

I was really upset about breaking my computer!!!! i went here, they told me i could keep my computer until the part came in, but then they called and said i would have to ship my computer off to apple instead. i was really bothered b/c i need my computer for everything i do, had a presentation and a paper due at the end of the week, etc. but there was no other option. so i shipped off my computer and was expecting to get it back in about a week. literally less than TWO days later they called and said it was done!!!! idk how they did it so fast but im very impressed and happy to have my computer back!

These people are magicians. I was worried that my phone was dead forever, but they fixed it in about two minutes.And really - two minutes. Unlike the nightmare that is an Apple store at the mall, I was able to stroll into the store and be seen right away.

Very disappointing. Dropped my Macbook Pro in need of repairs off a week ago after an appraisal, they told me theyd get the part on order and in the shop to repair within three days. A week later, I called in to see if I could pick it up (after a week of not receiving any calls or e-mails about the repair progress) and they told me they still hadnt gotten the part in. Showed up at the shop to pick up my broken computer with no changes to take it to an Apple Store for repairs instead. Shipment delays are understandable but its unacceptable to not even attempt to reach me about updates or possible delays. Both times I went to the store, the employees seemed disconnected and bothered by my business. I wont be coming back here, the Apple Store is kinder, faster, and more knowledgeable.

Found the place pretty helpful. They charged a diagnostics fee to check out a problem that Apple directly wouldnt touch due to a dent on it.
