Chock full of designer clothing for all. Right now there most inventory is reduced more than 50%. Always find something in this store that unique, stylish, and affordable. I also appreciate the fact that I dont have to stand in long lines, and the store is huge so social distancing is not a problem here. This is a very relaxing shopping experience.

I arrived at this store today to be greeted by the Manager. He made me feel very welcome. As I wanted to look at some jewellery, I headed over to that counter. It was busy, and after waiting for a few minutes the lady who was serving said she had called for help. When I looked up, it was the Store Manager who had come to serve me. He was extremely patient as I made my decision. Finally I asked his advice about making a purchase for a friend. He explained the options and all purchases were made. Id like to personally thank Don and several people on his staff, especially Janet, who really went above and beyond normal customer service. Your help and advice was simply amazing. As a visitor to the USA, it has made a lasting impression and I can only hope your efforts are recognized. Very much appreciated. Coral

Stylish, neat... they have variety, and great designers’ names. Not to mention the unique bedding they carry. Large fitting rooms. It’s a shame they are going out of business at this shopping center. Love the location and the neatness of the store.

This store is closing toward the end of August ... how sad! If you need a quilt, bed skirt, or pillow sham you will find them marked 75% off the lowest price. Light fixtures are also 75% off. All the clothing seems to be at least 60% off as well as the purses. EVERYTHING is marked down 60% or more!

I brought my two items up to the cash wrap, the woman scanned my item and then contested the price. The manager then took over half and hour to tell me the price was twice as much as when the ticket was for. I feel as if they were negligent with my time and with their pricing ticket gun. They should have honored the price on the ticket.

You have to dig, but there are some real gems here. Brioni, Ceasare Attolini, Tom Ford.

You can find some great deals if you have the time to shop the store. However, some of the sales associates I have dealt with are atrocious. Actually knowing how to assist a patron and customer service training is desperately is needed especially when selling luxury merchandise.

The Best designer discount store. I love the store, the prices, the merchandise, the cleanest of the store and the people that works here.I really really enjoyed shopping here.Its much better than Nordstrom Rack..

Messy, too few sales clerks to help with anything. Expensive even tho reduced prices and confusing layout. Not at all great if you are plus sized.

Ok so I’ve been coming here with my wife for years but never finished posting my review because we didn’t want to share our little secret. Every trip to Austin requires a stop here on the way out of town. My wife can always find a deal on some shoes or a pair of sunglasses. They have a huge selection of the super high stuff also like Hermès bags and Rolex watches. It’s a discount shoppers paradise!

They carry current and good quality products.

Always a great place to find awesome deals on high priced fashion. In one trip I spent less than $100 and walked out with 7 pairs of shoes. Sometimes the staff is not helpful... but if you just look around you will find great deals for the whole family!

Love the chip and dent shoes! Usually cannot find anything wrong with them and they are the latest style at a fraction of the costs. Got a pair of Frye boots for $40! You may not find something every time you go but have to keep checking back.

Hit-or-miss.... sometimes a great find other times overpriced leftovers that wouldnt sell anywhere else. fun way to kill some time and shop.

Never go expecting to find a specific thing youre looking for but when just in the mood to shop- always fun stuff to buy

I enjoyed browsing in The Last Call but I did not what I needed which was an affordable large table cloth. On other occasions I have happuly bought womens purses and shoes.

Very poor customer service. Called the store to see if my store order was ready for pick-up, and I explained that it had been over ten days and had the not received an email or notification call. The sales person who answered the phone wouldnt even check, and said if you havent received a pick-up email, I cannot help you. So I called the Neiman Marcus Last Call customer service support number online, and they confirmed that it had been delivered to the store two days ago. This is not the customer service I would expect from a high-end store. This will be my last purchase

The customer Service desk was not very friendly, I was not greeted. The look I was given wasnt very inviting. Dont think I will shop there again. My daughter gave me a purse I already have and just wanted to return and get a gift card. Not happy

My all time favorite store and where I get in lots of trouble. I have to limit myself to how often I go because they have so many wonderful things!

A cashier whose name was Pam was rude. I found a shirt and it was on 40%off sale. When checking out, she said 30%off. I told that I found the same shirt which was on 40%off. I understand that It sometimes happens when the system is not updated. However, she directly told me to get the other shirt to get 40%off insteading asking me or asking someone else in her team. Also when asking her the total cost of the purchase because the screen did not show it, she looked at me(rolling her eyes) and pointed out the screen without saying anything. I said I wanted to have her name and her manager. She called out an asistant manager whose name was Paul and said he wanted me to write my name but I dont want to. I am Very disppointed in their customer service. I think they need to train her with the basis of customer care 101. This was second time with her bad attitude.

An Austin treasure. This store has offered mind boggling bargains for decades. Love it!

I keep coming back. There must be a reason for that. Shoes and sunglass selection isnt as good as before, but that also changes from time to time. The fact that they dont provide shopping cart and no associates offer to hold your selection either at fitting room or register like they use to is annoying.

Nice layout and well merchandised. The staff is friendly. The mens selection is significantly smaller than the womens offerings.

Great selection of clothing and designer brands for a bargain! Definitely a must for all bargain shopping ladies.

I LOVE THIS STORE. Just like any other outlet its hit or miss, but when they get the Bergdorf Goodman goods (NOTE the San Marcos location doesnt get BG stuff) it can be KILLER. Especially if you sign up for emails/mail and get the additional coupons. ALSO they have homegoods...almost bought a sofa there once, but I hesitated and when I went back the next day it sold. Im still dreaming about that couch.
