They always have interesting and cute stuff here, but they are a bit pricey. I have gotten some good deals in the clearance area though! Its always a fun stop!

Covid prevention was in place, causing a line. The staff was polite and professional about the line that formed. Staff asked if we needed helped while browsing. At the check out register the employee checking out was helpful with our multiple transactions and if reminded us how the sale worked and held our items so we could continue shopping. Overall great experience at this location.

I dont really like anything in there anymore, and dont understand how I ever did. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But there is nothing wrong with the store. My tastes just changed.

It was a trip down memory lane to visit Hot Topic. Its a bit more chaotic and cluttered than I remembered and everything was impossible to find. Still, walked out with a Funko pop and a t-shirt.

Great variety of things. Clothes, jewelry, bags, plushies, and their animé selection is awesome. Some good deals too. Nice employees and would definitely recommend.

I like the store concept because it reminds me so much of the 90’s when Rock was a thing lolThey have piercings, nice tops, and comfortable jeans along with many other things that you might find at other stores.

(yall should sell some 90s/2000s pop music merch just saying) overpriced shirts tbh but their clearance is a pretty okay deal. But just the aesthetic of the store and checking everything out is cool. Even if things are a bit overpriced I still indulge every now and then.

Love the place its already compact. For claustrophobia thats bad enough but with a mask on too? Its rough, but i still have them my business because they were just that awesome with me. Their staff doesnt look at an older person being in their and judge. Thats alone is worth the panic attack.

This location is organized more so then others Ive been to, it was easy to browse even the clearance section. The People were friendly and attentive.

The young lady working at this location was fantastic. She was the only employee on a Saturday, with a line, phone calls and someone waiting patiently for the fitting room and she didnt miss a beat. Every customer got full individual attention with patience and a smile. Fantastic customer service like this is hard to find 🙂

Ah, Hot Topic. Its all in the name really, they cater to wherever is popular among their young audience, usually teenagers to twenty somethings. They capitalize on whatever trends prevail in such a market, it is the ultimate fandom store. If youre really into a particular type of music, cartoon, or just prefer a particular style of dress that goes against the typical theres something here for you that will make you feel special and offend the person next to you. I am getting older and am finding less things here that appeal to me, but I can always depend on them to provide an overpriced t shirt I could get on Amazon cheaper and overwhelm my senses with a bunch of flashy, euphoric colors.Dont buy skinny jeans here. Their quality has gone down singnificantly over the years and they rip in 2 weeks of light walking. Yes Ive tried larger sizes, makes no difference, its like they make them out of paper and mark them up $45 dollars. Walmart has better for a third of the price. I buy cool band merch on the internet now. This store may have peaked 2000-2015 but it sucked from the start and they dont even sell any belts with razor sharp spikes anymore so I can slit my wrists everytime I reach into my pocket for my smartphone

The employees were very sweet and helped me out with anything i needed and didnt have an attitude. Had almost everything i wanted. Lots of good deals and sales. There was a good variety of band/show merchandise. It is kinda crowded but overall it is a very good store.

Chronically understaffed. I somehow manage to always wait at least 20 minutes to checkout even if theres just one or two people ahead of me. Employees walking around but apparently only one is usually allowed to ring up? Im guessing they have huge turnover and the newbies arent trained on register yet? So yeah thats annoying. But theyre overall pretty tuned in to what their mostly 13-15 year old customers want to buy.

I visit this Hot Topic AT LEAST once a week. The merchandise, environment, and especially the employees make every visit a fun, memorable, money saving experience. I especially love when its Hot Cash season. Theres something for every geek, music, movie, game, and fashion fan out there!

This was one of the better organized locations Ive been to. Didnt look torn apart or dirty. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Went to Hot Topic to buy my granddaughter a few things she wanted. Unfortunately, we we chased and harrased by employees throughout the store. They made our trip very short and unpleasant! We ended up spending a little over $200 . My grandughter felt very rushed. She asked why are they treating us like this? I like this store but employee stink! she said.I really dont understand why the singled us out . But yeah! Hot Topic Shame on you for making.my grandughters shopping experience so miserable! Theyre score is👎.

Hot topic is a great place to find any thing pop culture. the band t-shirts and great quality and so beautiful.

Selection was a bit lacking, and the racks were disorganized, but I blame that on the holidays. This location is usually great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful as always!
