This is a really cute store. Lots of variety in teen girls and boys clothing. I would say the age range is 13 to 20 something..Plus accessories, underwear, lounge wear. I really love this store for my daughter who is 14. Some of the tops are ultra revealing ( which appears to be the style) but again there is a good variety. Cute jeans, sweatshirts. There was also a big selection in dresses. My son is more sporty, so the boys clothes were a bit too alternative for him.

Blast from the past! Styles and trends from the 90s. We dipped in here to escape the heat and picked up some nice clothes and accessories.

Huge store that was well-stocked with lots of cute clothing and other goodies. The sale/clearance section was incredible! We only interacted with a few employees, but some of them could have probably been a little friendlier. Our cashier was awesome though!

Aside from the parking this location is great. It lends itself to go and check out other downtown locales. So if you find yourself some good parking near by make sure you stop by.

Lots of hip clothes for girls. Would have liked to see more of a selection for men.

Great shopping experience, bought some Levi Shorts, was a funny experience because a homeless guy grabbed a bunch of clothes and literally bolted out the door after trying to strategically hide it?? But it wasnt working anywho Im fine and my daughter are fine but was just sucks for UO.

Nice location, good selection of clothes

This is a cool place to get some unique items. I like to swing by here from time to time to look for some new things. There’s a good variety of things for guys and girls. They also offer skincare products, records, housewares, accessories, and phone accessories.

Great downtown location with a well-maintained, clean store and a friendly staff. Basic retail fare not much different from the mall though.

Ok...lots of over priced #China made items. Ppl ok...customers better. Had a moment of indecision and a fellow shopper assisted w/the decision making.

This place has some trendy fashions for the younger, urban crowd. Usually meaning street style wear like band tees, slim fit jeans, and fashion accessories. They tend to be a little on the pricey side for what they are, but it is convenient to be able to try on some shirts and clothing that typically youd have to look on the internet for.

You have to wait 20 minutes in check out line and there’s like 2 customers in line. They are so slow with everything, it’s ridiculous . So many employees walking around to have people waiting that long in line.

I loved the collection. You can find retro pieces. A few home decor and skincare products.

Basic store with manufactured charm. Youre in Austin, there are amazing thrift shops right around the corner and youll find stuff way cooler/more unique for less than half the cost. They do a good job of being what they are, so if youre looking for an Urban Outfitters... This is one.

Great trendy fashion.This place is for the new generation of folk that enjoy reference to popular shows, characters, or just simply downright goofy costumes. Most of the stuff here is very specific to taste, however if you are in to the kind of stuff they sell, its great. The quality is good, and prices are reasonable. A lot of novelty items such as a rubber T-Rex mask, or a rubber inflatable crown.

This UO doesnt have a very large selection to choose from, which is disappointing. Its incredibly difficult to find parking by this location, as well. There isnt much fluctuation from store to store, but I have found more of a variety at the Guadalupe location. The layout of this store is very nice, however. It is in a smaller location, but they have really done some great interior design with the space they have.

Really enjoy shopping here, they have a great selection. The staff is super helpful! Will return!

Called about making a return in store to ask if the item was in stock. The lady that helped me on the phone was very rude and provided no help or suggestions to my problem. Your customer service skills suck

I purchase most of Sweatshirts from Urban and usually have my size.

So much more selection than the one on guad! The employees were nice and they had a lot of really cute knick knacks for me to get distracted with lol the only thing is parking is so hard to find but if you go at night at least the walk is pretty

Why does the outside of this store look like someone used a spark plug to break the windows. Looks like a zombie post apocalyptic window design. Really weird, keep Austin weird I guess. Big store, definitely a hípster hotspot. Nice location though, a lot of places to shop by this area

Great shop but there is a sales lady who is very arrogant and behaves like people are lining up for free clothes. Though the person at the cashier was very service oriented. I’m not sure why UO hire such sad people in a trendy modern business !!!!

One of my favorite places to shop. It has a lot of cool items for not so expensive prices! The location downtown is super convenient for UT campus students!

This location is weird and sporadic and doesnt have very much at all. Maybe its supposed to make it seem more upscale since its surrounded by a bunch of boutiques. However, it really just made me feel like I wasted time even going there. If I really want to shop at an Urban Outfitters (which Im starting to think is a worse and worse idea, considering the price for the quality of clothing), Ill definitely go to the location by UT campus or see if there is another larger location in town,

Hipster AF.... I enjoyed this clothing store in college. Now it feels weird seeing what kind of threads they have. Not for everyone.

I like that this place is clean, well lit, and spacious. I feel that with all the space, the employees cant find the customer. There were at least 7 people working during the dead part of the afternoon and I couldnt get anyones attention to help me.

Clean store. Friendly staff. Popped in with a friend and ended up buying a bunch of Korean sheet masks and these super soft lounge pants.

Fun experience and great clothes- got a couch from here online as well- love it!

Rude staff, no one offered to assist me in the entire store. My presence was never acknowledged. Not once, but on two visits just to check. Never go back again.

This place has a great look but limited selections. Sale section was not really a great deal and sizes are also very limited. Only one staff member was helpful or friendly, the rest of the staff ignored all customers. I enjoy the inside look of the place but it felt a little spread out and empty. The styles are trendy so great place to go if you are looking for a in style. Also cool little nic nac section that had little collectables and house goods. For me, I could find the same clothes with a better price and selection somewhere else. Underwhelmed.

Their associates will bend over backwards for you. Considering I am a difficult retail customer - I try on way too many things, I end up returning stuff or trying to exchange it - they will go above and beyond. If there were six stars, they would get it. Also, this location is so organized & very nicely laid out. (The campus location is awesome, but it is a little cramped, even for being 2 floors.) Seriously, A+ service.

This was a typical Urban Outfitters clothing venue except for the exceptionally attentive and helpful staff. The dressing room attendant even let me charge my phone.

I was crossing the street at a crosswalk on a green light outside of your store at 320 W 2nd St in Austin, Texas this past week. I was hit by a pick up truck, whose driver was looking at his GPS on his cell phone and had turned left when he shouldnt have. One of your employees named Joy heard and saw the accident and came running out with her cell phone. She called 911 and was very kind to me. She talked to me and calmed me down until the ambulance arrived . I am so impressed that you would have such a thoughtful caring employee. I hope that you have an employee of the month or employee of the year award. I do think that she deserves such an award for being such an incredibly good citizen.A visitor from Toronto, Canada

The 2nd street location has a nice vibe set up on the corner of guadelupe. The workers there are friendly and easy to talk to The selections isnt as big as other stores but they have a well curated downsized version.

Clothing tends to be pricey given the quality. Home goods are plentiful at good prices.

Last night was my first trip to Urban Outfitters; and I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of hipster inexpensive plastic cameras.

Store is ok. Similar to any other urban outfitters store. Note that for the home furniture they only have candles and do not have any real furniture. Also their returns policy does not agree with what they say online so be aware of that. If you buy furniture online and need to return you cant bring it to the store.

Nice store but the dressing room girl with short dark hair was very rude. Watch out...

Love the location. Workers are friendly and there are always good sales going on.

One of my Favorite clothing store

If you ever forget to remember what is currently cool, just go to UO. You will quickly regain your sense of fashion and realize that yes, mauve and granny boots are back in a big way. The accessories are amazing, and their curation of books is inspiring. I pop in every once in a while and always find something I absolutely NEED. Plus, its cheaper than Anthropologie.
